We are visiting here and our “Check Engine” light goes on. We were so relieved to see there is a Ford dealership in Ruidoso (we are very loyal to the brand and adore our Expedition). So my husband stops in to see if we could get a diagnostic. Response? “Yes. Bring it n Tuesday.” My husband’s explanation that we were here only until Friday when we head home (to Louisiana) was met with a blank, “so what?” expression. What is this world coming to?

If anyone is looking for a vehicle Ford is the place to go and talk to all the wonderful women and men there,they will always help guide you through everything you need to know,they are not sales men or women they are a Ford family that is there for you. Schedule you a appointment with service department who will work with you to make sure it fits your schedule. So the men in the shop can take care of your vehicle and make sure it stays on the road whether its a Ford,Chevy,Dodge ect. Take it to them and let them put their experience to work for you. I have taken my vehicles to Ford for many years for many different reasons that I wasnt able to do myself or just a oil change and got the best service. I didnt forget about the men in the parts department they have a lot of knowledge,will help you find what you need and if they dont carry it they will try to help anyway they can. When you get ready to pay for whatever you had done to your vehicle or bought the two employees that take your payment are very helpful and kind. Our salesperson, Jason, worked with us to get a great deal. We couldnt afford a brand new model but he and Chris worked to get us a year old model with only 18,000 miles on it plus the 7-year maintenance warranty and the tire warranty. I just love my new Ford Escape. Its beautiful AND smart!

In a word - Disappointed! Ford has failed to stand by their product. A known deficiency resulting in a replaced clutch for a second time. Especially frustrating since the car was rarely driven in 2020. After using this company for three new car purchases I had hoped for a better outcome. I was told that if Im not happy I can contact the Better Business Bureau.

The lady and gentleman at the front desk either have an issue with me for God knows why, or they treat many people poorly.I can understand stress, but this is an ongoing issue that Ive not been able to solve through continually being as nice as possible.I have spent thousands of dollars to service my vehicle and have no complaints for the mechanics because they always do a wonderful job; their service actually almost made me make this a 2 star review.Yet I just couldnt do it and have to give this Ford dealership a 1 star review. I will happily spend my money at another dealership from now on.Hopefully this can be addressed in order for the lady and gentleman to learn how to be more professional in the future.

Used Ford Rewards for oil change on F350. Quick service, nice people.

I came in to the dealership for an appointment to do something with the air dampener hanging inches from the ground after tearing it loose on a protruding rock. The courtesy driver AD who took us back to our timeshare was very nice. Matt the service agent was good to deal with. The garage was able to bolt the dampened back in place and the price was reasonable. If I lived in Ruidoso I would patronize this dealership.

I took my Super Duty in for routine maintenance a couple of months ago and the staff were friendly and helpful. The tech found a battery issue and explained it to me personally and I got the impression he really cares about his customers. Ill definitely go back.

Super easy and low-pressure -- gave me the facts I needed to know, fleshed it out with details I hadnt even thought to ask about, compared vehicles for me realistically and thoroughly, and let me take all those notes home with me to weigh on my own time. No pressure to return and make a decision, but they were ready for me when I returned and made the whole purchase seem easy (despite requiring my signature about 100 times). Friendly, professional, fair, trustworthy -- great follow-up after I drove away in my new vehicle, too!

I recently bought a Ford. I have bought many cars and this was the worst experience. I advise strongly to not do business with these people. Jonathon the salesman was good but he was just the go between. The higher ups were incredibly dishonest and did not honor the deal initially proposed. They also refused to include an advertised item in the sale.....clearly they are not people you want to do business with.

Ruidoso Ford was able to get my vehicle in within a few days and diagnosed so that we could get it fixed. Pleasant employees and very professional. Would recommend them to others.

The appointment was easy to set up, they are always friendly, efficent and timely. No issues at all.

A little disappointed with the service. We called down to let them know that we had received a recall on our vehicle and asked for an appointment to have it completed. They gave us a date and time to which we complied. We left the vehicle and were called in an hour and told they had not ordered the parts. After going back to the dealership to pick up our vehicle, we set up another appointment. Once again, we complied. We were informed that it would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours to complete. It was 1:00 PM. They proceeded to keep the vehicle overnight and bring it back to us at 10:00 am the next day. Not happy with the whole experience.

The customer service of the service center is way below average standards I would expect from a dealership. My sister came into Ruidoso from OK to help me move after I purchased a house. It was wonderful to have her help since my husband is deployed. She started having engine issues with her Ford Edge. We called to get an appointment since she was stranded here now. They were very rude and suggested we go to another dealership in Alamogordo. Not wanting to risk towing the car all the way there we waited a week for an appointment here. Her insurance was going to pay for the repairs and the dealership was told multiple times to email the invoice for it to be paid the day we dropped it off. They even had the final bill total ready the day before we arrived to pick it up. We arrive to pick it up the next day and they still have not sent the invoice and now we have been waiting an hour plus waiting for the dealership to email it. We had to end up taking a picture of it and sending it ourselves to the insurance. I will never buy a vehicle from here or use the service center in the future.

Ruidoso Ford went above and beyond to help me get my 2016 Ford F150... I had tried to get another truck from the other Big Dealership in Ruidoso (SBM) but even being a returning customer they would not budge on there sticker price even with a large down payment. So i went down the road to Ruidoso Ford and they were more than happy to work with me to get the payment i wanted and more important the truck i wanted...

The head mechanic is wonderful! He is so knowledgeable about the cars and the area we live in which has critters that get into the works of the vehicles. Not everyone would check what he knows to. The service dept. schedulers are usually friendly and greet the customers in a friendly and efficient manner. They also seem to be knowledgeable about a lot of the problems.

I live in Colorado Springs but grew up in Ruidoso and started my search for the perfect Wrangler Unlimited. My Dad found it at Ruidoso Ford and it was absolutely amazing! I started the process with Ken Aarnos and he made it so easy. I was nervous doing a remote purchase but he made sure everything I asked was answered quickly. When we moved on to the financing portion, Kelley Airgood was awesome. It can be nerve wracking going through financing and he made it seamless. I could not be happier with my process and with all the help I received. Major shout out to Ruidoso Ford as a whole company for making me feel like my purchase was special! And now I have the Jeep I wanted and a relationship with a company that I’ll forever recommend!

Always great experience for me the staff is very attentive to my needs on the vehicle making sure what is needed and what parts are showing wear, like tires, brakes even belts and or hoses, but that day was an oil change and air filter, plus my electric steering may have to be changed out and tires in the near future. Over all the service was wonderful the staff was great and professional at their job as well as the mechanics, definitely two thumbs up. I will be back to get the rest done, thank you all, for your kindness and sincerity.

I always take my Ford and other make vehicles to a Ford service center. Since moving to Ruidoso a couple of years I have used Ruidoso Ford Lincoln to have my F150 and Subaru serviced. They have a very friendly staff, convenient hours and always do a great job. On top of that they include a wash job on your vehicle which Ive never received anywhere else before.

By far the best Ford service department Ive experienced in a very very long time! Our car broke down nearby in the afternoon and had to be towed here. I wasnt very optimistic but these guys had everything fixed first thing the next morning. Honest and fair service, I couldnt expect much better. Thank you.

My husband and I were on our way home near Hwy 54 when our 2008 F150 pickup locked in park after we had stopped briefly. I called Ruidoso Ford and we received help from one of the employees whom I assume was a salesperson as it was about 5:30 p.m. He suggested several things and when they did not work, he said he would contact the service manager. Both employees were extremely helpful and we were able to release the pickup from park and get home. I cannot express enough our appreciation for their help and concern.

Needed new gas cap, didnt happen..was sure to purchase the best full warranty and still told my leaking sun roof seal isnt covered... and it has been leaking since I bought the car, so of course there u.s water damage and smell in the car now. .. its a are you frikkin kidding me thing!!! Great service department! We had an issue with our car while on a day trip from El Paso up to Ruidoso. The manager checked our car out in a timely manner. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Even with the 4th of July holiday in the middle of the week they still were able to work our car in and get it fixed in a week. We wish we lived closer to use them for general service.

Sold me a 2005 Dodge 2500 4 door 4x4. They Told me it had been inspected before I purchased. I found out a month or so later that the front and rear brakes were shot ! Let the Dealership know about this expecting some compensation. They said they would pay for the break job but not the new rotors. They never paid anything and started acting like I was bothering them. Needless to say I will never buy another vehicle from them and tell this story to everybody who listens. Have a great day !

I think this is the 4th car I have purchased from Ruidoso Ford over the years, they take care of you and their prices are better than other dealerships in big towns. Awful place to get your Ford worked on. Took my car in and they said they had fixed it and charged me $1,200. My car didnt make home. Called to ask about why and then they wanted me to take it back in so they could look and fix it AGAIN but that time they wanted $1,700. Needless to say I didnt go back also they like to argue about the problems instead of listening and trying to fix it.

My and my wife are enjoying our new truck very much. Booby did a good job with the paperwork and Chris did he very good job on getting us in the truck thanks Ruidoso Ford.

I brought an 05 freestyle in to have worked on, long story short I spent $1000 and nothing was fixed. The car runs worse then ever and no attempt to make it right has been made by the Ford house, they dont call back like they say they will and have no interest in the car. I would not recommend this place to have a vehicle worked on. Unless buying a brand new car steer clear of Ruidoso Ford house.

Took care of my damaged Pirelli 18 tire, replaced with a new one. One the negative side the roadside assistance i was sold at purchase left me stranded and on hold on my phone for over 30 minutes. They never helped us or contacted us to make sure we were ok.I paid good money for this service and am insulted that I had my granddaughter with me in a town away from home nd was forgotten. It needs to be addressed soon as many people depend on this service....luckily a very nice person stopped and made sure my car and family got home safelt. Shame on Ford Roadside Assistance for NO HELP at all or even a follow-up!!!

So far, I have only dealt with them when I purchased my new vehicle, but my experience was excellent. I live about 50 miles away and was wondering how I was going to get the vehicle I drove up there home as well as the one I purchased. Toni actually followed me home while I took my older vehicle home and then gave me a ride back to the dealership, so that I could pick up my new one. They were also the lowest priced for the vehicle I wanted; to include El Paso, TX and both Alamogordo and Las Cruces, NM. I would recommend them to a friend.

$1500 ac repair that never worked. Took it back and they want another $800. They claim they didnt touch most of system. Claim its not their fault. We even have the extended warranty through ford. Save yourself money, time, and a whole lot of headaches.

I would NEVER recommend ANYONE dealing with these people. The owner is horrible and extremely rude. I have a 2014 Ford fusion with 33,000 miles on it so its still under factory warranty. Well the turbo went out so I took it in to get fixed on a Monday and they told me that it would be ready by Friday. So I called them Friday and was told they were still waiting on a part and it would be ready Monday. Called them Monday and was told that the part they are waiting on is on back order and could take up to a MONTH to get in. I told them that I could not go a month withoit a car and asked if they would give me a loaner. They said that would be fine but they wouldnt have a loaner car back for a few days. Then the next day I get a call from the OWNER informing me that they were not going to give me a loaner because I hadent bought the car from them and it wasnt their problem that I wouldnt have a car. He also told me to not call them anymore that they would call me when my car was done. I told him that I called Roswell ford and explained to them the situation and they told me they would be more than happy to give me a loaner car. The owner then tells me to come pick up my Fuc*ing car and take it to them. I took my car to Roswell ford and they were fantastic. I would suggest to anyone in ruidoso looking to buy a ford to go to either Roswell or Alamogordo.

In addition to my annnual maintenance the Ruidoso Ford Team fixed a panel that had come loose from my back lift gate. It required a special tool. No charge.

They over filled our oil, had to go back and have it drained...really the most basic of things. .glad we didnt have any major repair done.
