I typically use the quick lane for routine maintenance and am very satisfied with that area of service. I have had an issue with my 2014 Ford Escape titanium that went unresolved until the end of my extended warranty. I left my vehicle at the service department while on vacation to have some recalls done and I informed the service manager that the hood open warning light kept coming on . I took a photo of the instrument panel to show him! I couldn’t even lock my car without the alarm constantly going off. When I returned I was told that they didn’t find anything wrong so they lubed the latch. As I drive home the light came on. Long story short… I had a mechanic friend replace the latch and the issue is resolved. Why did I pay for an extended warranty if the mechanic at Quality ford was unable to meet my needs for a legitimate issue. My opinion is the service department is good for oil change and tire rotation but for regular repairs they are unsatisfactory and overpriced.
This is a crazy time for the car business, but I have to hand it to the crew at Quality Ford. I had an excellent experience with everyone I worked with here. From the kind and smiling receptionist, to the salesman, Paul Langano, to the sales manager Tim Bernard. Even the owner of the dealership greeted me when I took delivery of my car. Five stars! I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.
Up until time to pick up vehicle everything was good. I was called at 10am car was ready. I went at 3pm waited over an hour at one point told cant seem to find car. Finally car arrived, they must have just given it a quick clean up when I arrived. Tires were dirty looks like someone just gave them a quick Armor All painting. Dash had fingerprints and front windshield still had the marks where they had there Information stickers.Went back to pick up plates and found that no transfer was done just new plates. Oh and by the way when dealing with this Dealer... check everything. The sales associate actually added my $5000.00 deposit to the amount due instead of subtracting it.
I had a five star experience at Quality Auto Mall, thanks to Carlos. From start to finish, he was attentive and let me know what was happening with the car. Initially, the car was expected to be serviced for five hours. Carlos had one of his crew members give me a shuttle ride home and I was also picked up once the car was completed. I received my car back within two hours. I highly recommend.
My family has been purchasing cars and servicing cars at Quality Auto Mall for many years. Michelle, at the front desk, is very kind, sweet, and patient. Being greeted by her helped soothe me some when I was in a panic when my car completely died (transmission) and I had to get a replacement on the spot.Paul Longano is our recent salesman. We were looking, in an emergency (last car just went dead - transmission kaput) and didnt want to spend the repair cost. Found ourselves a certified pre-owned Escape - would have purchased an Escape even not on an emergency basis - and Paul make it smooth transition and transaction.
Unfortunately there is no less then one star. This Ford Quality Auto Mall dealership deserves absolute Zero. If you have any problem with your car they dont know how to fix it, instead they are replacing parts without fixing the actual problem. I have 2013 Edge and In 2016 I replaced the driver side door latch and the guy who works there (Gabriel) told me to keep my receipt because Ford may issue a recall. For the next 5 years i was bringing my car for repairs here. In 2020 Ford issued recall but I never received the letter. To get money refunded for that repair due date was October 2020. In March this year I found out that recall was issued for my car(I found out through my VIN#) and contacted Ford Quality Auto Mall to see if they will issue me a refund but they told me that they will not do it because the due date passed. Even that I was bringing my car there all the time no one ever told me that the refund was issued and i should get money back. Also, 4 years ago their service center told me that the transmission its shifting bad and I need new. One of their mechanics was assuring me that I need to change it asap because its not going to drive more then 500 miles. I decided not to replace it and after 4 years and 53000 miles driven the transmission is excellent. Also the customer service is just awful. Anytime when I call they redirect me to voice mail that can not accept any new massages. SOOOO Annoying!!!
Arrived around 7:30am on a Saturday, they got me right in and completed my service in a timely manner. I had some repairs done and an oil change. They kept me informed and even gave me an estimate on new tires. Very professional establishment.

This is my first experience with a Ford dealership and so far so good, I now own a 2021 Ford Explorer ST. The process took a couple of days, mostly due to Danny who was my sales representative looking to meet my demands on the price and rebates. He was courteous and never seemed bother to help me. Most of the dealing took place over the phone or through email, I only set foot on the building twice, once to see the actual vehicle, and then a day later to sign and pick it up. At the finance office you are presented with two options, extended protection for excess wear and tear and tire and wheel protection, the last was the best for me since the ST has 21 inch wheels and well, New Jersey after the winter, need I say more.The signing of the contract was easy and fast, no hidden charges or different numbers than quoted, what I was told is what I was given. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great costumer service and good deals, and if you decide to stop by look for Danny.
Recently leased a Ford F150 from Quality Auto Mall. Inquired via the web and had the fortune of speaking with Daisy and Dee- both were professional, timely and responsive with regards to our inquiry. At the dealership we worked with Ross who was also attentive and very prompt. Ross arranged for my wife to test drive the truck in a quiet area of town so she could get a handle for the size. We also had a young child with us that day and Ross made it very easy for us to bring them along. Would definitely use Ross again in an instant. Pricing was very competitive and the entire team at Quality Auto Mall was a pleasure to deal with.

I took my mothers car for a recall. The service was poor. They told me to drop off the car and that it would take 2 hours. After 4 hours I called them and i was told that the car was not ready and to pick up at the end of the day. I told them that i would pick it up the next day. The problem was that nobody cared to call you back and inform that the car was ready. It took me 6 phone calls and unsuccessful transfers to the service person but he was never available. Customer service is bad in the service area. They have no concern for peoples time.

With that being said these people are the worst customer service sucks been trying to get plates an registration from them for 2 months now the vehicle provided with temp tags have been expired for 2 weeks now and they are not willing too re issue another due to there mishap in paperwork now the vehicle has risk of being impounded for no plates or registration & they don’t even keep you updated on what’s going on they always say they will call you back and never do!!! Worst customer service regret getting a vehicle from them !!

Quality Auto Mall is a perfect place to buy your new (or used) Ford. I’ve purchased a 2017 Ford Escape (November of 2017) and just this month, a 2020 Ford Escape. Each time the quality and service was excellent. My salesman, Paul, was very friendly and informative of what I needed to know before I drove my Escape off the lot. Ive been a loyal customer to the Rutherford Ford from when they were first Stadium Auto Mall to now Quality Auto Mall. I stayed with them even after one of their service advisors stole my car when I brought it in for service I STILL remained a loyal customer. I went in on Saturday to trade in my lease, I picked out the SAME EXACT TRUCK WITH A STICKER PRICE $1000.00 LESS THAN MY CURRENT LEASE...I was told one, the sticker priced was not important NOT TO PAY ANY ATTENTION TO IT and two that I had to put down a $1000.00 more than my first lease and my payments were going to be $100 more a month. The sales man I had was horrible. He couldnt give me 100% attention because he was also working with another customer. He couldnt be bother trying to get me a better offer, told me that was it that I take it or leave it on top of fighting with me he also trued to tell me I was OVER my miles when Im nearly 2000 UNDER!!!! Im a returning leaser, with a 20yr relationship with THIS dealership, my credit score is better than when I leased the truck I have now. This was the worst experience ever. He was rude, condescending and EXTREMELY unprofessional. He didnt even try to run numbers to get me the same price. I went with all my receipts from my first lease so if they were able to get me in my truck for the dollar I wanted my payments to be 3 yrs ago there is no reason he couldnt do it again especially since its COVID!!!!

Do not go here. Bought a brand new ford 0 miles and after already started getting mechanical issues. They never answer their phone, when i go in person they are rude and extremely unhelpful. I overheard other people in there complaining about mechanical issues and transmission issued with all their cars.

If I could give it 0 starts I would seeing that I cant the one star goes to the sale rep who was polite and a nice guy left feeling horrible after seeing how the finace rep or management (not sure his job tile) spoke to him and then proceeded to speak to me. They persisted on a deposit for what by defitniton is their job which would be fine if they had the smallest bit of customer service. Been to many ford dealers in my life this is the first Ive felt the need to write a negative review. Not sure if this attitude was due to the fact that I told them I was going to put 5000 down payment maybe that wasnt much to them but in truth I had all intentions of leaving 10000 down payment but wanted to see some numbers before committing my hard earned money in their establishment. I left feeling genuinely concerned for the state of this country if this is the way a ford dealership treats a customer and worker.
Let me start by saying Danny from sales is a great salesperson. No pressure at all and very attentive. Had my first experience with the service department. Had a recall changed. The recall was taking longer than expected so Al the service rep explained to me in a way that was easily understandable. He gave me a 2020 Explorer ST for a loaner. (Awesome SUV). Very bad service. They directed me to this service to check my 2012 Ford Fusion car under warranty. I left the car and picked it up a few hours later. The steering wheel locked on my first ride after picking up the car from the workshop. I called the service, explained the situation. They hung up the phone for help, all alone. I had it done elsewhere, spending nearly $ 1,500. Do not believe their bragging, we will check your free car under warranty and do not take it to this service. I had the pleasure of purchasing my recent 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid lease with Paul at this fine establishment. From start to finish it was a pain free process. He was patient and thorough and I never felt pressured or rushed. He clearly explained all my options, all the current programs being offered and then some. At the end of this process; I was able to walk away with the exact car I wanted at an insanely great price. I’m beyond pleased and highly recommend this dealership. I assure you I’m not easily impressed. You will be treated like family from the minute you walk in the door. Ford cars & trucks are an outstanding product on their own but being able to buy them from people that show they care is the icing on the cake! 5 stars from me, I’ll be back again in 36 months when my lease is up. Rolled in to Quality Auto Mall service lane, they took my Focus RS right in for its 10K check and oil change. Out again inside of 45 minutes. Confident that the RS was serviced according to spec. This is the dealer which sold me the car and theyll service it too. I have extended warranty and dont want any issues if I need to use it.

Great dealership! My salesman Danny was awesome. No pressure at all during my dealings with them. Danny handed me the key, told me to go look over the vehicle, and come back when I was done. I felt very comfortable since they let me check out the car without a sales guy breathing down my neck. The entire process was very quick also. Did not spend hours and hours at the dealership. Total time spent was less than 2 hours for both looking at vehicle as well as signing the paperwork. Great dealership! Would do business there again for sure.
I drive a ford and I would NEVER RECOMMEND this dealership. I explained my situation thoroughly to Carlos Santana, and he offered a recommendation to have a ford key cut and programmed. After about two hours of waiting and making a large payment, they come back to tell me that the key they recommended will not start the car. My horrible experience with Quality Auto Mall made me feel like I was walking in a dark bottomless pit with double headed snakes.EDIT: After speaking with Tom in an attempt to resolve this issue, I feel even worse. I am now working directly with Fords corporate office about my experience with this Ford Dealership, Quality Auto Mall.

I visited the service department during the day looking for some technical information and advice on a Ford truck. The employee was polite and very helpful to me with his suggestions. Must wear mask during these times though.
My wife and I had a very bad experience with another ford dealer located in Jersey City, and we were told by Ford corporate to go to Quality Auto mall. I went into quality auto mall not sure what I wanted to get. Wasn’t sure if I was going to lease a new car or buy a used one. I was introduced to a sale person named Elliot Valdez. He was working with someone else but he came over said hello and told my wife and I he would be right with us. Within a couple minutes Elliot came over asked us some questions and he was very informative and responsive to all our questions. It was the first time I have bought or leased a car and after leaving the dealership I didn’t feel like I was jerked around, and I didn’t feel like I had been ripped off. Elliot is a great sales person he was very kind and helpful. I guess I just appreciate that old school helpful, Customer first style. He said he had 20+ years experience and it showed. My wife and I are very happy and pleased with our experience today. It’s a great feeling having someone like this helping you out. Because of Elliot Valdez I would highly recommend quality auto mall.
