Great can always count on them.

They do good service, but if you do not have a contract with them it seems it may take longer than it should to fix the issue.

The most honest repair shop I have encountered, thought I had a major repair, but Kevin inspected the truck, found that it was small wiring problem, took care of it during inspection and and did not charge me a penny. Honesty that is rarity these days. Highly recommend.

Good to you all, this shop was a life saver for me. Drive a semi truck. One night my clamp for my turbo broke and it was 10pm in NJ. Called a few shops no luck. Then call a tow place to see if they could help me out. The man was so nasty and rude to me and told me that if he came out it would be $500, just to come over to me and where I was he was only point 5 mile from me. Them I was about to call and cancel my load, then I saw ( ON SITE FLEET SERVICE ) made the call and got the owner on the phone he was so nice. Told me he had no one to come get but call uber and come on over with the part. So I did so. He had a clamp out and waiting for me when I was about to pay he told me thats all for me. I told Him thanks and even the uber drive waited for me, and even him was very nice. H ot back and put it on. I would like to say thanks all over again.

Hello everyone. Just trying to let you know guys my experienced with this shop,. came to check my oil level in the differential axels, ask help desk how much it would cost to check the level if needed to add some oil So Ahley said what ever time it takes plus oil if needed to be add, so Mechanic looked up it even didnt take him 10 min informed no oil needed to be add, gave him some tips went back to the office, informed by Ashley that have to pay $62.5, try to explain that she early said what ever takes time but now minimum of harf hour needs to be paid, this people just know how to rip your money off pocket .

Just went in for an emergency wiper blade fix they were very busy one of the techs went over to my trk fixed it immediately no charge. This is what makes America great.

To say my experience at On Site has been horrific its an understatement. They spend days if not weeks on a truck and when you finally receive the truck its not completely fixed. Feels like a bunch of backyard Mechanics with below standard leadership. Come to find out they have a horrible reputation in the north jersey area. Smh
