I remember the days when they would open both garage doors and let quick lane people in on the left and specific car issues people on the right. Now its just one garage door they open for whatever service you show up for. I want to think that its a result of the pandemic. I hope this isn’t the way it’s going to be going forward. I’ve shown up twice in a month already to be told its a long wait and come back.

The fast service that they provide is excellent. Highly recommended.

Mechanical service is good but customer service is lacking, at least for the Quicklane people. They seem give off the impression that you are bothering them when you bring in your vehicle. This has happened each time I brought my vehicle in. I only pretty much go there if my usual shop is booked and need immediate service.

Get there when they open and they want 2 hours for an oil change. They should be called Some Time Next Week Lane.
