Drive thru takes horribly long everytime! Very slow even if there are only few cars. Expect to spend some time in line...

My every morning coffee from here

I dont know what happened with this location, but it has gone downhill. Mobile orders are taking far longer than the app states and they have been getting them continually wrong. I would understand if they were busy and you would have to wait a little longer, but this is before the morning rush, and it is inexcusable.

I always go to this Starbucks and they’re just so great! The employees are always wonderful, the inside is always clean, and it’s just a very professional Starbucks. :) love it very much, thank you for the thousands of Dragonfruit Drinks you have given me.

This use to be the best Starbucks around. I have one in my own town but I always came here because the people were friendly and the service was great. Now, not so much. Orders are being done wrong, there are all new faces and they are very rude. I know a lot of the workers left or transferred to other stores because of management issues and they were all the reason I went. I remember Lee, who use to be the manager, ever since he left this store has just gone down hill. The parking lot is a joke! The drive through lines are crazy. It is situated in a poor spot. It’s time for me to move o. To another store. Such a shame because some of the workers I know still work there and I will miss them. But if I am going to pay that much for coffee, it better be right. And I don’t want attitude when I go in. I am super friendly to them. Good bye Starbucks on Meadow Road.

Very very, rude staff workers. The one lady pushed the coffee into my girlfriend. Really gross attitudes and you can ask any question without a rude response. Never will I go here again.... waited 30 min for coffee for rude service and to be mistreated.

I had the worst experience in this Starbucks. A barista named Kaylyn was so incredibly rude to me. I was given one of my drinks, and when I asked about the other she simply said yes you will get it. LIke really, usually you would get your entire order together. I got the other drink 10 minutes later. Then she yelled at me because I need to wipe my face for a moment and took my mask off for a second. I was not drinking my drink and yet she screamed to the whole store, Maam you cant drink in here. I was mortified. She didnt even apologize about the the other drink coming out late. I will never go back to that Starbucks again.

Best service

This location is pretty slow compared to other Starbucks drive-thrus. The barista that usually works at the drive-thru window- a young male with a dark ponytail is very dismissive, rushes customers, and is not friendly. He constantly says ok what else, what else, which is very rude. I asked for extra almond milk in my drink and it didnt have any. He said I put extra, extra in it already. #1 he doesnt make the drinks, so that was a lie, and #2 the drink didnt have extra milk. He added more milk in while shaking his head and looking annoyed.

Store hours not accurate I drove there to learn it is closed at 9:30 not 11pm. You guys should update your hours!

I go to this Starbucks for convenience and cannot express the amount of times it’s given me inconvenience. I’ve never seen workers who do their job this bad. The workers cannot comprehend or get the simplest orders right. They’re slow and insensitive when mistakes are made. Multiple instances they have given someone who cannot have dairy a drink with dairy, when it was clearly ordered with substitute milk. I don’t understand how hard it is to do your job properly???. Anyways do not go here save yourself from the annoyance

Normally come to this Starbucks and it’s good but now they have crazy long line and the people working the drive thru line are insanely rude. We calming explained we want to go in the drive-through line but the old white man running the line Proceeded to rudely talk to me and curse at me numerous times. He ultimately told me to go f myself and then I drove away. Definitely steer clear of this place

This is my favorite Starbucks store, they always have My favorite Croissant with Ham and Cheese, and they make Cafe Moka perfect ☕👌.

The kid named Eli at that drive thru was completely rude. I waited about 25 mins and he wanted us to go back around even after explaining he could not hear us when we spoke. I want inside and he gave me a dirty look. The lady in the front dealing with the register and orders was nice however im never coming here again!

Easily the worst starbucks in the area. The drive thru is always blocking traffic so this place can ruin your day even if you dont go here (Rutherford cops stopped caring awhile ago). And if you order ahead on the mobile app youre lucky if you get it by Thursday. Youre better off at 17North. Im sure my one star review will cripple this billion dollar entity.

I ordered a simple coffee and had to wait 15 minutes for my order! It used to be that they would just hand it to you immediately. Now you have to wait behind all the fussy people who order their skinny tall caramel Frappuccinos. This place has gone downhill. Youre better off going to the one in East Rutherford instead.

I really like this place but wish they’d update google. I came here today and per Google, it should be open but they were closed.

LOVE the coffee but I asked for liquid sugar in my coffee and repeated it with please dont forget the liquid sugar and there is no sugar in my coffee. I am thinking it is intentional by now. I will have to go to the one in East Rutherford from now on.

The worst Starbucks ever!! I ordered online and went there to pick it up. Even though I told them two times I came to pick up my mobile order, they didn’t care. After I had to wait 15 min. They gave me the coffee that was ready 15mins ago.

This Starbucks is one of the friendliest Starbucks around. Its very small so the baristas remember you if youre a regular. Also they all seem to hang out with each other in the building during their breaks which I havent seen at a Starbucks before. It shows how great of a community that Starbucks is in. Its also close to downtown. To top it all off, it stays open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays which is great for getting work done.

2nd time coming to this Starbucks and there is always a delay 🙄

Service is hit or miss. Need to be more attentive to customers needs but I will say when service is good, it’s very good. The staff makes the drinks perfect every time. Need the warm food to be made more consistently and be sure it’s cooked the same way every time. Also, this local Starbucks are active with community which is a plus. The post on a board their local community outreach such as scouts etc.

Shawna is an amazing employee! She has such positive energy. Although I was being assisted by another barista, she helped to fix my order. She did this with no hesitation or problem. I was in a rush to work and she was efficient with getting what I needed in a timely matter. Her ability to multitask and still help with my order showed how great her customer service is. I will most definitely be coming back to this Starbucks. Need more employees like Shawna! :)

Twice the Wait! They are open now, but for drive through only. So unlike other Starbucks where you can pick up mobile order at the door, here you still have to wait in the drive through line and parking lot is not large enough to accomodate traffic. You have to wait to get your drinks, AND to get an opening to leave. Dont come here yet!

Went in at 515 on a Sunday and I was the only person in line. Three employees walked past me without speaking to me and the girl running the register was doing something and never even glanced in my direction. After about 5 minutes, someone finally asked if I was being helped. I then waited over 15 minutes more for my drink while one girl did all the orders for the drive through before mine while 4 other employees didn’t even jump in to help. 20+ minutes for a Frappuccino is miserable when I was the only one in the store. But the drink tasted great, so I guess two stars....

Great and awesome customer service skills. Theyre very patient, kind and understanding. One particular manager I do not know is named very sweet and kind.

Starbucks is my go-to coffee place. This location in particular always makes my drinks correctly and delicious ! I usually utilize the mobile ordering through the app, and my order is always ready when I get there. They can tend to get quite busy at times, but the staff is moving quickly and efficiently.

Disgusting customer service. The guy taking my order through the drive thru was outright rude to my cousin and I. We ordered, and when we went to pay he said “just to let you know you need to tell us ahead of you ordering if you’re paying separately”. WHICH WE DID TWICE. There was absolutely no need for that comment. And when we said “yes we told you” he said “well you didn’t”. Look. Ive worked in customer service for over 5 years and I would NEVER say that to someone. It’s really taking every ounce of me to not go higher up. Also, this is the SECOND TIME this man has said something in regards to us ordering. We don’t complicate things, we ordered food and iced tea. Do better with your staff.

This is the slowest Starbucks ever, god forbid if i have to order something because its not enough to wait in line for 10 minutes amd then another 10 for the actual drink. I usually just buy whats on the shelves because its much more convenient than ordering

Staff here are friendly and overall they do a good job. At this location Ive never had an issue and overall theyre fairly fast with their service.

Harshil is an outstanding employee. I go to this location often and have never seen him prior to today. He was very polite and efficient. Through miscommunication my order wasn’t correct and he addressed the issue without hesitation. Although there was an innocent mistake I was in and out in no time. Harshil is very good with customers and handled the situation appropriately. Continue the great work !

Just left there a few minutes ago. Ordered a caramel latte and the guy gives me the wrong order. I advise him and he still ultimately gives me the wrong order a second time. I am late for class so i just let it be. But come on, lets get it together.

Seems like theyre still learning... But they can make a decent flat white...They (and all Starbucks for that matter) need to keep the stirrer station cleaner. Thats one of the reasons people go to Starbucks. You pay top dollar you expect & deserve consistent cleanliness without a second thought...Their drive thru is kinda tight...Overall definitely room for improvement.

Starbucks is my go-to location on the weekends to sit, enjoy a coffee and read. This location is fairly clean and has great light. It also has a drive through. I only give it a 3 out of 5 because I just really do not think Starbucks coffee is that good.

Best place period. They actually take the time to make your drink and the frappes here are high quality, the whipped cream is amazing. Best place, great employees. We used to go to the other one on 17, but due to inconsistency we gave this one a shot and it’s night and day.Edit: they stopped making the frappes good. Cheaply made and barely put any whipped cream and after waiting a while for our drinks, they looked rushed and not filled. We’re paying about $5.00 per drink. Please learn how to fill it.

Great coffee but the actual establishment was VERY messy. There was a large sticky spill on the floor that was dried so it was there for awhile. The garbages at the creamer station were overflowing and the tables were dirty. Although I enjoyed my coffee, it was not comfortable sitting in a dirty Starbucks.

I do not like this one. The one on 17 by Lowes in my BETTER

Drinks always come out properly and theyre always friendly, but one of the slowest and least communicative Starbucks Ive ever been to. In-store or Drive Thru, youll be waiting a while....even if its relatively empty.

Just your standard Starbucks. Not as big as the other two on route 17. They do offer more drip coffee options with their Clover system. It lets you have an individual fresh cup of coffee. Theyre always changing the coffee so you never get stuck trying the same thing twice.

Very tasty Siren Blend, along with the pumpkin cream cheese muffin; barista was very friendly.

High traffic Starbucks and with a drive-thru. Great seating areas with tables for 1 on 1s, or a large wooden / metal conference table, and high chair-style tables if you just need to zone in on your work while with an outside view. Great spot If you have a small group youd wanna study with or show/prep for your presentation or if you just need a place to do work by yourself. Bathrooms will need more attention from time-to-time because of how many people come in and out.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The staff is very friendly & the drinks never disappoint. I get Iced coffee or Green tea lemonade. The parking lot is small but they also have a drive thru.

There is a heavy priority on Drive-Thru speed than anything else. Expect to wait unusually long for your orders inside. Mobile orders often go ignored and are all made at once when someone notices. I have mobile ordered here countless times and the average wait time is 15 minutes! I have the most problems at this location than any other Starbucks in the area, which there are plenty!

I mean, look. Its a Starbucks. The coffee is mediocre and the drink quality is what youd expect. In the end, if youre looking for Starbucks or a quick caffeine hit this will work.My experiences here are above average for a Starbucks. Theyre quick and friendly...which considering youre going to hit it up at the drive through...thats all you want.

They make my SC CF CB perfect every time. The drive thru is always fast, even faster than walking in. The customer service is great. My fave starbs!

This is definitely a good Starbucks. My orders are always tricky, because I ask for special things that are not in the regular menu (a lite frapuccino mocha with whipped cream, in the occasion) and they got it all right and fast. Nice lounge size, nice selection of products, drive thru and parking.

This is my first time at this location. It was packed but someone let me squeeze in to get a seat. I ordered a nitro cold brew with sweet cream and somehow managed to be oblivious to the fact that this drink contains dairy. I explained this to the barista and he very kindly made me a new one free of charge.
