Alex always does a great job getting me set up for all my Apple products. I got my iPhone 12 with him and I just got my mom and I the Apple Watch 6’s. I got a great deal on them as well. He set mine up for me and is always so kind and personable every time I come. That’s why I only go to the Rutland location. I know I’ll get what I want with great service.

Had an issue with my phone that I couldn’t figurine out, and after spending hours on the phone with AT&T customer care and getting nowhere, I decided to go down to my local store. Had the pleasure of working with Alex who was very friendly and very helpful! Alex tried many things to get my voicemail working but had some trouble. One of the store managers by the name of Tyler assisted Alex and they were able to fix it after going over some options with each other and I have not had a problem sense! It was an annoying problem to deal with but the employees in that Rutland location were outstanding and made the experience fun and entertaining. I didn’t get the names of the other reps that were there that day but they all came over at one point or another for other reasons and were all great. I will no longer be calling in when I have issues, and will just go to this store for all my future needs! Thank you Alex and Tyler, you guys rock!

We came in to the Rutland store to upgrade my phone and were met by Tyler. He listened to what we were looking for and made gentle suggestions about what would be best for me. I was passing my iPhone 6s to my husband and I purchased an iPhone 12. He transferred all of my apps and data to the new phone, put our numbers on the correct phones, answered all of my questions without making us feel “old”! and then he synced the new phone to our car. He is an outstanding employee, a good representative for AT&T, and a nice person. I feel confident with my new phone that it is just what I need and I am a happy lady! Thank you again, Tyler! 😊

I called the store today was greeted by a very friendly voice a woman named Carly i had her on the phone for nearly 20 mins and threw a whole mess of questions at her and she answered everyone of them great service will be in to switch from verizon after 18 years because of her!

I must say I was pleasantly surprised walking into to this AT&T store. I went in with the intention of canceling my service based on the experience I had with a store closer to me. I am so glad to have gone into this store in Rutland, what a great experience. The team there not only resolved my problems but really made me feel welcomed. Alex and the entire team there are truly wonderful. I will always go to this store and tell my friends to go to this store, it’s worth the 1 hour drive.

I had to go in both the AT&t store and Verizon, they are competitors obviously but AT&t was much more comfortable with nice chairs in the shade outside to wait your turn and inside as well.

This store is always awesome! Stopped in to buy a screen protector, as mine was broken, but I left with a brand new phone, a special discount because I am a nurse, and even a lower bill! Mr. Brett Austin was an amazing representative to the AT&T name and I will always go to the Rutland store from now on and I will always be asking to work with Brett!

I would not recommend At&t anything ever. First of all, their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. If you have an issue, expect to be on the phone for hours for days at a time. If its their fault they will switch you from person to person, some that dont speak your language and eventually hang up on you. Their internet is junk. Their TV is junk. Their cell service does not come in where their map says. When you go to the store to buy a new phone expect shady sales people that try to rope you in and not finish out simple tasks like downloads. I had an appointment and people were put before me even though I had kids in tow. It took hours just to have a working phone. I would recommend running as far from At&t as possible! The person I dealt with was at least pleasant and not the reason that I am unhappy.

Just at the Rutland AT&T and was helped by Tyler and Brett. Also had to go back for help and Alex was great and patient with me!! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and curtious ! The team at Rutland is the best by far! Out of any phone store I have ever been in these are the best, the guys at Rutland always help me out and it is always a great experience! I went in to upgrade my 2 phones. Jon and the manager Tyler were the best I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. They were both very professional and fun to work with. I had some concerns going into there as me and my husband had just come from Verizon with a quote that seemed great and went into the store thinking we were going to switch service. Jon was able to build a quote that actually made our phone bill go down with 2 new phones! I’m so happy with our decision and I will keep coming back to the Rutland store knowing I’m going to get great service!

Best atnt store experience in rutland. Most helpful friendly team Ive seen. Place was clean and covid compliant and helped in a emergency. Dont usually leave reviews but you earned it.

My daughter and I went to the AT&T store looking for a new phone. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. (less than 5 minutes.) The young man was very helpful, pleasant, and patient with me. I am very hard of hearing and usually use lipreading and my hearing aid to understand what is being said. With the masks, that was not possible. My daughter used ASL and her familiar voice to translate. When we were finished and left the store, I had a brand new Samsung Galaxy phone in my hand! I am now a very satisfied AT&T customer! Our consultant was Tyler.

Gotta say, worst experience Ive ever had. It was time to upgrade for the wife and I. Ordered two silver Galaxy 21 Ultras. Once we finished the quick and easy process (so I thought) and got home my wife noticed that the tax prices on our phones were different which we found odd considering we got the same exact phone. So I checked the orders and thats when all the crappiness started. Both phones were black, not silver (which in itself wasnt a big deal), however instead of both phones being delivered at the store, my phone was being delivered to the store, and my wifes was being delivered to my mothers house 2 1/2 hours away. So Saturday comes around, and I planned my trip to get my wifes phone around when mine was being delivered. I figured Id swing in, pick up the new phone and then drive the 5 hour round trip to my mothers and then to my house. Once I got the email confirmation of delivery on my phone I went to the store only to be told it wasnt there, rechecked the tracking and it had updated back to being in transit. I was told there was nothing they could do, to check back Monday and it should be there at the latest. I proceed to make the round trip to get the wifes phone and checked back on Monday. Nothing. Tuesday I rechecked and it still said it was in transit, however the delivery date was unavailable. Went to the store and spent an hour to find out that, I had to wait longer. Somehow the overnight shipping was changed to regular business shipping. There wasnt anything they could do. But it should be there by Wednesday by their internal data. Bam! Its Wednesday, I call to see if its in, and imagine that! Its not.Even though they have the exact phone I ordered in stock, they said they couldnt give me one of those due to it not being the one ordered for my new contract. I dont understand why they cant just cancel my contract with the phone, which I dont even have, and just write up another one. This is just ridiculous. I have a $1300 phone just floating around out there that both AT&T and FedEx dont know where it is. Im guessing it either was stolen or broken idk. But its pretty exciting to be about to start making payments on something I dont even have, oh and those emails I keep getting telling me ways to make use of my phone that I dont have are just the best.After 8 years of being with AT&T with always having on time payments, if not early even... Im about ready to move on to another service provider, because this is just complete non-sense.

The staff there are all friendly and knowledgeable. Carly took excellent care of me during a difficult phone transfer. On a scale of 1 to 5 - these folks are a 10!! Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I walked into the store a couple of days ago, with our guards up as we had been scammed by a competing phone carrier for some time. Not wanting to be taken advantage of this time around, we meant business. We were quickly greeted by Tyler A. with a smile on his face (behind his mask!) he made us feel very welcome in the store, worked with us on all of our needs extremely thoroughly, and assured us over and over again that we would not be taken advantage of here. And for that I thanked him over and over again, as well as the other employees for being so truly kind to my husband and I and treating us as family. I had cricket and its the worst for a so called (free phone) u need too pay over 300 up front including taxes I do not recommend cricket and AT&T is by far the best anywhere my associate was also very pleasant and helpful and kept everything on my new phone when switching from old one.

Im not a person to write reviews but i really think people should know about this place. The service I received was one of a kind and I really felt the need to say something. And I’m not surprised as I’m reading other reviews before I wrote this one. I was a little skeptical at first because I have been put through the ringer at Sprint! There is no comparison in the customer service that you provide at Your store! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the manager I believe his name was Don or Dan, and 5 minutes later I was being helped. The sales person that helped me Tyler Ackley was one of a kind! He walked me through everything, never felt like he was trying to rush me or take advantage of me. Something I was not used to from my Sprint experience. He gave me his business card with his cellphone number on it. I will be talking about this experience to everyone!

I was a T-Mobile customer for many many years and after moving to Vermont we no longer could get service through them. We decided to stop by AT&T in Rutland to see if it was a good option for us, and we had such an amazing experience working with Mr. Tyler Ackley. The biggest reason I was so scared to leave T-Mobile was I never have had any problem with getting help or dealing with any sort of bad customer service. After my experience at your store the other night I know that won’t be an issue here either. One of the best experiences I have had at an ATT location! My first time going to the Rutland location, I pulled up to the building and Tyler Ackley came out and greeted me at my car. He was very polite and gave me the option of coming inside the building or being helped curbside, and I picked curbside. I thought that was wonderful that they gave me the option and was taking this whole virus thing seriously! Tyler was also able to troubleshoot my daughters phone without touching it and fixed the issue by walking us through the technical mumbo-jumbo. Tyler also talked me into getting the new iPhone (typical salesman!) and I am so happy I did I love the new phone. Overall awesome experience and Tyler was amazing and gave me his business card so I can reach out to him if I need anything! Thank you so much ATT Rutland!
