If you have a small place, dont bother with them. Very rude company president with poor customer service. The guy came to our apartment to do the estimate and hardly said a word while he was here. Didnt even make eye contact with us. Then sends us an estimate that was astronomical because he noticed we had books. When we questioned it, his email response was unprofessional and then admitted that he over-estimated how much we had. So like I said, dont waste your time having them come out.

Unprofessional, especially when you deal with the owner. He doesn’t know what customer service mean. My advice for everyone, do not use them. You will definitely find a better option bc they are the worst.

Very friendly people reasonable prices

They stored my contents for a few yers and everything was well cared for and in great condition when I received it at the new home. Doug took care of scheduling my move and the driver was on time, courteous, polite and careful with the contents. Highly recommend using Todd Transportation!

We could not have had a better experience with Todd from beginning to end. The movers were polite and considerate. There was nothing scratched, bumped, broken or anything wrong. They are great!!

Had a 5 star experience until we unloaded the truck and discovered furniture destroyed by massive weight stacked on top of it.The owner does not stand behind their work and refused to try and offer any resolution.Time and time again my wife was reassured that we are moving professionals, we do this all the time.The crew was polite nice and easy to work with. But Ill never understand why they decided to overload the furniture.We hired them to load the truck for cross country transit, there was no confusion about where it was going.So if youre hiring them for labor, know that they do not warranty their work for safe transit unless you hire them to drive the truck.A disappointing end to what we thought was a good job.Freight company will not cover the loss due to poor packing
