Great experience, towed my cadillac srx there with electrical issues, very fast he figured out the problem and ordered and installed a. We alternator and I was out within 4 hours. I have taken it to 3 other places and they couldnt figure it out.No problems anymore. Very fair all around.

Amazing service and very honest.I got quotes for struts that were higher and not as fast!Franco is wonderful and a real pleasure to deal with. I snapped my rear axle on Thursday night while driving in from MA. Marco from Kartech had a chance to look things over and make some calls Friday afternoon. The van was ready to drive home Saturday evening. Great work, price was lower than I expected. My only complaint is that it took them a couple of hours to return my initial call–but since they are super busy fixing a lot of cars, this is not about poor customer service, but rather the opposite: they are helping way more customers than I have seen at other shops of similar size. Its worth the wait.
