I needed a new tire this morning and Hector saved the day! He made many phone calls to track down the model and size needed-and even went to pick it up! He also offered me a ride while my car was left for repair. I appreciated his prompt attention, kindness and professionalism.

Despite the local roads being flooded and blocked with abandoned cars from the previous nights freak storm, the shop opened on time and I walked into a clean waiting area. I was greeted with a smile and concern which was exactly what I needed after getting caught up in the aforementioned storm, being on the road for 12 hours, and still being two hours from home. I didnt have cell service and the internet was out in the entire area so Hector let me use his personal cell to call and let my family know where I was. Taking my situation into account, my car was checked out quickly even though I didnt have an appointment. I was sent on my way with peace of mind that my car was safe to drive the remainder of the trip.I work in service as well, and I know that valuable employees are hard to find, so I really appreciate when things go this way. Car trouble is never a pleasant experience and even moreso when associated with a trip in which whatever could go wrong did. Im extremely grateful for the service that I received this morning and Im sure that this wasnt an isolated incident. I highly recommend Rye Auto Care.

Hector and his staff are absolute saints & saved me from purchasing a Certified Used Subaru Forester that turned out to be in need of many expensive repairs. I brought two cars to Rye Auto Care for a complete diagnostic. One car was a certified used car from Rye Subaru (which I wanted to check before purchase). The other was my old car, which my teenager is inheriting from. In both cases, Hector performed extremely thorough inspections (visual+computer+driving) and returned very complete reports, taking the time to explain them to me and giving me his opinion on the work that should take priority. He knew from the beginning that I wouldnt do the work at Rye Auto Care (sad face) because Im from out of town, but it didnt affect his professionalism (or kindness). Honestly, I wish I lived closer and could actually take my cars there for service. Hector is friendly, professional, and very fair when it comes to pricing his services. Highly recommended!

I just moved to NY from Florida where they dont have front license plates. I needed help drilling the plates in and wasnt sure how to do it. I spoke to the gentleman on duty and he walked me through my options. I had plate holders that I had bought on Amazon and I told him I just wanted to drill it in. He did that and even changed the plate holder in the back. It was fast and they look great. So incredibly helpful - wonderful service!

Nice little place that was very friendly and upfront with everything done. Needed the alignment fixed. What I really liked was that they printed out a report on what was done and how much everything was adjusted. They even pointed out what couldnt be aligned completely. Would recommend

They go out of their way to get my car fixed right, and fix what is necessary, and not run my bill sky high every time I visit them. Very quick turnaround time too in general.
