Normally SBux is great, but this specific morning, the bathroom was absolutely filthy! I only came in for coffee but restroom had paper towels all over the floor and restroom clearly had not been cleaned for quite some time. Gross.

Sorry SB buts its just not real coffee the way you sell it. If you order it black its just too bitter and too expensive. If you like lots of sweets and other things in your coffee its ok but really pretty expensive.

I been going here since it first opened. The service was up and down. It’s not that they are not friendly it’s just they are slow. BUT! Today I have to write this review about the new employee that work there. Don’t know her name, she white female, really nice.She was friendly, the drink was made JUST right. Everyone of them. Please give her a raise.Now if only they can do something about the wait...

The Murphy Starbucks is better than most. What sets this apart from others is the large comfortable dining area. Friendly staff, clean restrooms and a large tree lined parking lot. Multiple entrances and exits make it easy to use the drive thru. Highly recommend.

I order starbucks via app often but this location obviously don’t carr about online orders they should just take the feature away. No reason it should take 20 mins to make a coffee then when I ask about it give me an attitude NO THANKS

Employees have a great attention to detail which I appreciate because I usually have a long specific order. They are great at getting it right the first time, without me having to repeat anything. Its pretty amazing.

Drinks are pretty standard issue for Starbucks. Tasty, a tad pricey. Only complaint is they didnt ask my name, made my drink and put it on the counter out of view and never told me it was done. I was the only customer and they let me just sit there thinking my drink wasnt ready for a while.

Love the employees here. Always guide you if you are wanting to try something new. Really nice to kids too!!

Good little Starbucks located inside of a Kroger. It can take a while to get your order because there is usually only one barista. Other than that, service is outstanding.

Clean, all Starbucks beverages are expensive, you can make it yourself for a fraction of prices.

I am disgusted at what I found in my drink. I almost threw up when this plastic/foil like piece made it’s way up my straw. Not exactly sure what this was but there was a couple more floating around inside my drink. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location.
