We got our SUV from them less than a month ago and It died 2s. Had it towed there after finding no Diagnosis issues. They were able to Figure out and Replace the siloniod, starter and Battery. They had it done in less than a day. Even picked us up an brought us to our car.

I had bought my car there as well, so, they were very warm and friendly...price was fair and they finished in the anticipated time. The staff is totally dedicated and I feel my car was in good hands.

These guys were great. Vacationing in Wells and my Chevy Silverado 3500 went to limp mode and they got me in right away diagnosed and fixed the problem. When you buy a vehicle from a dealership, even a used vehicle, you assume that you have bought a good vehicle. You are told it was inspected and is good to go. Not always the case though. I bought a truck in January and it has been back to the shop no less than six times in the last six months. It might be more I will have to actually total them up. Both front wheel bearings have failed, both ball joints are going and will need replacing soon, the brakes had to be replaced within five months of purchasing so they were already pretty bad, electric motor issues and other things. I will certainly never buy a vehicle from Ira Jack Chevrolet again and would caution you to do so as well

I walked in to check on having my tail light repaired. It was a great decision because their service was second to none. They were courteous and accommodating and serviced me immediately. Ordered the part, gave me an appointment for installation, and installed it as promised. On time, courteous, affordable and accommodating, all that one expects when being served. I will go back in a heart beat. Great crew!

They serviced my truck for a clicking noise in the engine and they did a diagnostic and determined that it was the cam shaft and lifters. They explained everything that was going to happen with my truck and how long it would take to fix. It was serviced in a timely manner and they went over and above. I appreciate all the work they did on my truck to get it running excellent again.

Excellent, friendly, responsive service communication and attention from Paul, and expert electrical, cabin and light system repair work for my wifes used Cadillac.

It has been a big improvement since the change in ownership. The people in the service department do a good job putting the customer first. I stopped using the service department under the prior ownership, and we bought three GM products elsewhere as it was so bad, but now it is dramatically improved and worth trying again if you had problems like I had in the past.

When I called, Mike fit us right in. We got a loaner. The work for our vehicle was done quickly(same day) and was affordable. Very pleased with the service.

The service was fantastic! I have gone to other dealers in the area and tire pressure was different on all my tires. Today was a different story. All four of my tires were at 35 PSI which made me very happy. Satisfied Customer!

Abigail and the service team at Ira Jack did a great job working on an Equinox for me. The job was quite involved and they did a good job with the work and kept me informed.

Paul went above and beyond to make my hour trip worth it. When I arrived Paul had to give the bad news that he had no loaner car for me which was scheduled for over a week. The reason for no loaner was because no one had returned one. Not Pauls doing. So Paul knew I was not happy hearing this, as stated above Paul went out of his way to make sure I had a car for at least that day. Within minutes Paul had the care rental company picking me up and taking me to the rental car which IRA paid for. Big kudos to Paul and the mechanic whom replaced my ignition pack

He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man,and if he wasn’t sure of something he found out ASAP. The staff is always polite, friendly, and helpful.

They diagnosed a problem with my radio, I was told they would have to reschedule since the part wasnt in stock and they would need my truck for the day. The service writer would contact me when my part came in to schedule the repair. I still havent heard a word from them its been over 4 weeks. This is the second time Ive been told they would contact me for service and the second time I havent heard back from them. I will not be contacting them again to try and schedule service or maintenance.
