I had to take my car in for a recall issue. As I waited in the dealership waiting area it was obvious the place is spotless with a gentleman continuously cleaning the tables, chairs and floors. Patrick bought me the service sheet when my car was ready, thoroughly explained what had been done, and reviewed with me the safety check they completed on my vehicle. These folks are professional and competent. I highly recommend Prime Honda for service.

You knew we were going on a cross country camping trip towing a trailer. We brought the car we bought from you to get serviced. Your team put a tire on a bad rim (that we mentioned needed replacement). You used a mallet or similar to bend the rim to try and get a seal on it. Congratulations you got a family with 3 kids stranded during a trip cross country. You are lucky something much worse didn’t happen by your unsafe practices! Got pictures of the crack in the rim and the spot you hammered on to attempt to fix it instead of replacing it.

So incredibly helpful, friendly people! No one talking down to you if you know nothing about cars, doing whatever they can to help you & your car.... just so great! Thank you for that!!

Reminded me of why I don’t go to dealers. Charged me $150 bucks and fixed absolutely nothing when I was initially told it would be $70 for labor to check on a few things. They wanted to charge an arm and a leg for brakes and rotors. While the staff was nice enough, this felt like your typical dealership experience that they all have a reputation for.

Alberto took great of me. He was very busy at The service desk in got me then in the next day for my tire changeover extremely nice guy And very accommodating 5 stars all the way around for everyone.
