I was able to get a complete rebuild of the front end of my 5.0L V8 302 Ford Motor for a great price! I did some of the grunt work by removing the old parts but Eric came in and did a fantastic job finishing it off. I should get at least another 100,000 miles on it.! Eric installed a new timing belt, water pump, thermostat, power steering pump, radiator, a/c compressor, all new hoses, and some sensors. All the parts I bought new and he installed them to perfection. Thanks again Eric!

Thank you so much, Erick! I had my alternator suddenly fail on me and had to roll it into a KFC parking lot. Erick was able to find the part I needed, travel to pick it up, find me in the parking lot (no tow service needed!) and get it replaced in a matter of hours and on a Sunday no less. Erick saved me when the alternator broke down on my way back from Sacramento airport. He basically knew what was wrong after a short phone call, bought the alternator and what he needed on the way and fixed everything within a couple of hours. It was 8 at night when I called him and no one would have repaired the same night! I can highly recommend him. Mobile mechanic...how is it a mobile mechanic when the mechanic doesn’t show up. I sat out in my car and an hour and half later he calls. I inquired that our appointment was at 1:00 now it’s almost 2:30. The he starts cursing and threatening me over the phone. DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE WHOS THIS UNPROFESSIONAL. I can’t say how his work is because he has to show up to actually get evaluated but I think I probably got lucky he didn’t. Oh and when you threaten someone I’d be careful and know who your dealing with. He’s a loud mouth unprofessional and just the type that needs a good correcting. Avoid at any cost....

Its like he doesnt even want to do business. Called him once and he said hed show at 11. 2 hours pass by and says hed show up at 5. Never showed up or answered my calls after. Waste of time and the worst communicator Ive dealt with.

Had trouble scheduling a used car pre-purchase check in a timely manor.

DO NOT CALL!!! I would put zero if I could.Called him at 1 pm to come see what going on with my battery. Told me he’d come in an hour to an hour and a half. Two hours went by called him back and he told me to give him another half an hour. Then another hour went by so I called back and he didn’t even know who I was or what I was calling for then told me it would be 45 minutes and to send my address. Two hours have gone by and now he won’t even answer his phone. I have read other reviews of him taking money before work and then not showing back up. Do not call for work. He is unprofessional. I could have called someone else and had the work done today but he wasted my whole day by saying he was coming to then not answer his phone too late at night for me to call anyone else to come out.

On day one of a road trip the alternator in our TDI VW Jetta went out, stranding us in Sacramento. Erick picked up a new alternator for us, swapped it in, and got us back on the road on the same day (a Saturday!)Erick was extremely professional and was kind enough to teach us a thing or two along the way. Id put zero star if there is one. We called and they told us they will be there in an hour. After an hour, there was no communication until we contacted them again. They came 2 hours later in a minivan with no markings as to what business they are from. The person who came was not dressed to do mechanic work. He was asked for documents to prove that he is a certified diesel mechanic, licensed, bonded, and insured but he couldnt produce it. One should be able to prove they are legit and look the part. When we were deciding what to do, he said, I showed up and I drove 30 miles to get here. That caught our attention. It does not take 2 hours to drive 30 miles! Save your time and money, do not call this company.

After calling several mobile diesel mechanics, all of them with theyre over the top prices. I came acrossMOBILE MECHANIC. Eric answer my call showed up and got the problem fix with my truck. VERY reasonable pricing. I do recommend Eric. THANK YOU!!!

I was trying to replace my serpentine belt myself when I hit a snag and needed professional help. I called Eric and he told me hed find someone to help that day as he was unable to due to a hernia. Well, he couldnt find anyone that day so he said hed come by 10am the next. I said thats fine but I have work at 12. He said shouldnt be a problem. He quoted me $80 for labor as I already had the part. Well the next day; Eric, himself, showed up over an hour late at 11:15 am. I had to call out of work as this was cutting it too close to my in time which was a bit of a nuisance. Eric was doubled over in pain due to his hernia and was physically unable to do the work I hired him for. On top of that, upon arrival he told me that the type of engine I had required it to be jacked and thats an extra $30 - total $110. Well, he needed tools from his truck that I went and got for him including a huge beam crank and an engine jack. I felt bad for him so I wanted to help as much as I could. Little did I know that the entire time Eric would be having to sit down and literally tell me what to do. I physically did all the labor - I just borrowed whatever tools were needed that he had. So, I removed the parts, I changed the serpentine belt and I finished putting it all back together as Eric was sitting down in my garage holding his guts in. Eric was a nice enough guy but I gave him the original $80 as quoted - not because he deserved it (as he did little to no work at all) but only because I know what its like to be in severe pain but still having to work. The work was done, but I would have been happier had he stayed resting in bed and I called a different mechanic.

I could not close my trunk and needed it working early the next day for a trip. Not only was he accommodating with what I needed he went out of his way to come to my place after hours, fixed it and let me test it over and over again until I was satisfied. Perfect job, very, very happy.

My brakes were out and I didnt want to pay for a tow to a mechanic so I called these guys.Erick came out the next day directly to my apartment complex and worked on my car. He was very professional, did all the required work and didnt charge more than the quote he gave me.A+. Great service, would recommend to anybody who cant get their car to a shop.

Eric answered my call. I requested his services, he then told me he was going to dinner and would be available in an hour or so. Despite this being unprofessional, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. 2 hours passed, no information or call. I am sitting with my broken down car in need of help, no one else is open now. Call Eric again, he says he will be there soon. At 9.45 I finally give up and call and tell him that if he cant be at my location within 15 minutes I wont be needing his services anymore. He then says Oh that is not possible, I have not even left here yet I explain my displeasure in a professional manner and he hangs up on me mid sentence. Dont bother attempting to hire this young man.

Guy came out and didnt fix anything actually made things worse didnt even finish the job was to much in a rush to get to his next job so left it half done and still wanted to get payed full price dont call these guys worse service ever

Awesome service. Eric came out and did a fantastic job. It took 2 days, because we needed a part that I couldnt just buy at autozone, but he did not leave me high and dry. This guy was working on my car till midnight! Not only that he did every little thing that needed to be done and made sure everything was good to go even though we were both very tired. I cant say enough good things about Eric. He is an awesome guy and superb mechanic! A good mechanic is hard to find, I am very thankful I found him.

Eric came and spent 2 hours on a diagnostic test. He was able to find the exact problem. We went out and personally bought the part. He met us a couple hours later and fixed the problem. We were very thankful for him to get us back on the road again. I will have to say, though, that his repair prices were just as expensive if not more than going to amechanic. Also he only takes cash.

This guy is a crook. Called him a 6, he kept telling me he was on his way. He finally shows up at 11:00 at night and tells us to get a certain part and asks us for $90 to install it tomorrow. We give him $120 as a tip for coming out late, and he never shows up the next day. He has been ignoring my calls. I feel like such a fool, dont let this man take advantage of you.

On my way to the store when my truck stalled.I called Eric to come look at it and was there an hour later,just when said he would be.He diagnosed the problem as being the fuel pump and was very professional.He was very thorough and checked everything.it was totally worth the 60 bucks!!!He also knew a trick to get my truck started so I could get it to my mechanic.I would recommend Eriic to anyone

Eric was great! My husband called him with a no start issue on his 2005 camry. Eric was over within a half hour and ran a thorough diagnostic. Although Napa auto parts tested our starter the same day and said it was good Eric thought otherwise. We went and bought a new starter and installed it and car is running!!!! Thanks Eric.

I was stranded in front of starbucks this morning with a car that wouldnt and called to get help since I wasnt sure if it was the battery or starter or something else. I called at 7:20 and was told someone would be there in approx 45 min give or take because of rush hour traffic. 2 hours later I was still sitting there. I called them twice to get an ETA and was sent to voicemail both times (which was full so I couldnt leave a message). So I called another company (H&R towing) and they were there in 15 minutes to help me out. I was an hour late to work because I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt that they would show up; it is after all a business that is trying to make money and keep customers right? Well apparently I was wrong.

Eric had me wait two days before he showed up. kept telling he was coming at a certain time and didnt show up. Had to keep calling to find out what was going on and on top of that he didnt even fix my car.

Eric arrived within the hour in the late evening on a public holiday, ran a full diagnostic on our van and fixed it within 2 hours. Awesome service and very friendly guy.

Eric is horrible . He installed a fuel pump on my mercedes incorrectly and I was charged $600 for my car to break down in the middle of the street with the same problem 2 days later. He came to help me get my car out the middle of the street then told me it isnt his fault and I need to pay him 200 more dollars to fix it and never suggested fuel filter which was needed and treated me like I was stupid, but come to find out hes stupid lol. Dont call them this is a joke he is not professional and has horrible service. He charged me $60 to diagnose an issue that was incorrect. Dont waste your money on him. ERIC IS NO GOOD !!!!!!!!! Please seek services else where!!!!!!!!!

I too got Eric. I called up, and had a difficult time communicating my problem because he was constantly yelling at his kid. I asked what the repair price might be. Apparently this is an unreasonable request, so he called me stupid for asking and then laughed. Obviously I took my business elsewhere. Not a professional, not even a decent person. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! DO NOT CALL!!!!! My bf is the one who found Eric AKA Sacramneto Mobile Mechanic. I would havr read reviews prior to calling. He flaked on my bf day 1 and left my bf stranded and unable to work. He had said he was in Placerville and heading to my bf and never showed. Day 3 je came over 30 minutes late and had no tools to sync the twin carborator on a 2003 Vstar 1100. My bf just started riding and Eric assured him that its not suppose to sound like a Harley. Well its not suppose to idle high and backfire like someone is doing a drive by. My bf being unexpirenced listener to Eric and gave him $90 for maybe 20 mins of work. My bf called him that night once I came home and informed him thats not right. My bf then went on a mini ride thinking maybe it needs to be warmed up... My bf got into a horrible accident and not only is the bike messed up so was my bf and all because of Eric

Very poor service.. find someone to listen then make sure he will stop by..me & family stranded in our moter home over a couple wires came off ignition he wont be able to make a lot off of...
