Me and my wife were in need of a tire badand our funds were kind of low that day so we just thought to go and get our tire patched we pulled up way earlier than they open and the kind servicemen pointed us towards the office were we was welcomed in with kindhearts and understanding! they told us they could patch the tire but our tread was unsafe. we told him our situation and that we couldnt afford another tire and he told us to not worry about it he rather be safe than anything and he put a used tire on our car for absolutely free! Ive never seen such kindness at any tire shop Ive ever been to in Sacramento area or any other area. all of their employees were kind and then just walk past us when they seen this they all greeted us each and every one of them so I would like to say thank you to them and they come highly recommended by us they just made a customer for life.I wish we can write them 10 stars with five just is not enough for how wonderful they are truly.**********

I had a fabulous experience with a flat tire repair through this business. I worked primarily with Chris, but to be fair, everyone including the owner was absolutely wonderful. I had a flat tire and the entire process in and out was so fast and so affordable. It was a more of a pleasure having a flat tire than a hindrance entirely because of this place. I definitely recommend going there and working with anyone. Chris was really awesome to work with throughout the entire experience.

Hands down the best customer service in town!!! After our nightmare with Les Schwab a while back we needed to find a new tire center for our needs. Randy’s pricing is the best! He did 3 of our cars in one week and gave me amazing pricing. Beat Costco on a deal they were having. What makes this place the best is a few months after purchasing all brand new tires for our Audi (which wasn’t cheap) our son hit a crib and popped two tires. Murphy’s Law, right? Well He had AAA tow the car to Radial Tires to get it fixed. The next morning the guy called me and told me it was going to be $600 to fix and I mentioned to him that I had just purchased those 4 months ago. He then said hold on and came back on the phone and said $400. The owner had discounted to his cost for me! Now that’s a honest and trustworthy note to make that he didn’t even need to do. This is a local family owned business and I highly recommend them for all your families tire needs.

I’ve been in the local automotive dealership business and have always felt very confident in recommending Radial Tire to all of my service customers for their tire needs. If I could give zero stars I would, I was told to drop my vehicle off and it would be worked on the first thing the next day, but when I called at noon the day of the supposed work it hadn’t even been moved from the parking lot. After speaking to whoever answered the phone I was told that no one knows about the vehicle and the person who told me to drop it off wouldn’t be in all week and instead of taking accountability for their mistake I was blamed and very rudely told that they could probably get to my vehicle in a couple days. I tried to explain my situation and then I was told to come get the keys and that he doesn’t feel like Working on it anymore. Which in hindsight is probably for the best, I’d rather not support a business with such terrible customer service!

Theres a small comfortable waiting room to wait in while your car is being serviced. Its a busy popular place. You can also leave your car and pick it up later.

Ive been coming here since 2014 for all my tire issues. Theyve never tried to oversell me and Ive always gotten quick service. I just had a tire patched today, it was quick and to the point.

Excellent service! Ive been there 3 times for different car needs, and theyve had me leaving with a smile each time. I purchased 4 new tires, they had the more expensive version but not the more economical brand, one of them actually drove to a different location just to get them for me... and because I had to wait a few extra minutes he gave me my windshield wipers at no cost. Very kind, absolutely willing to go the extra mile. Cold water and comfy seats available while you wait.

I love this place. It a perfect location right from my apartment. I got some tire work from them about two months ago and they were the most friendly servuce that I ve received from a tire shop in long time. Regarding your tires and they also let you know if you need to do some other work on your car as they inform you first. The prices were great and reasonable. This is my tire place and I dont want to go anywhere else. Even when my tire is low theres so helpful theyll put air in my tires with no problem.

So my friend needed tires for her car. And i was online and calling all over. From Big companies too little dirty sketchy shops.The options were either garbage or way to expensive. No in between.But after calling these guys i knew this was the place.I called in and was immediately helped by a nice and very patient lady.After going through options i decided on Hercules since they where what were looking for in terms of mile, price etc.my nissan altima needed a 225 /45/18She informed me the factory asks four 235 lol.But it was cool.next timeA came in the next day, (today)tires were there exacly as she said rhey would be. The staff was promp and worked very fast in helping me out.

Radial Tire is the best place - they are fast, conscientious, and friendly. They also work to get great deals, and I just stopped in for a rotate/balance, which they took care of for free! Weve gone to them for years and wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

I needed two new front tires and I saw that this place was near my house. Figured it was close enough to walk home while they replaced them (as most places take at least a couple hours) Not only did Randy have my vehicle done in half that amount of time, he gave me a loaner car to drive while I waited!! Everyone there was super friendly. Great deal on the new tires too! Will be going back next week for an alignment, which is also substantially less than the bigger chain stores I contacted. Thankyou!! Made my day! :)

Randy and the boys are awesome! We had a CV axle go out on our Toyota Corolla. We went and bought the part ourselves but we didnt feel comfortable replacing it. Unfortunately we didnt have the cash to pay someone to do it, but NEEDED our car fixed. Luckily they managed to make it an affordable fix and even threw in a free alignment! Not to mention they got it done 2 hours earlier than expected! Id give these guys 6 stars if I could!

I have been coming here since the early 90s. I had a 1987 Mr2 and needed Michelin Tires and by far I got a great deal and the service was fantastic. I bought tires there for that car 3 times. Randy wasnt the manager yet, I believe I dealt more with his dad.Alas the MR2 died and I got a new 2003 Spyder. A few years later I needed tires and I headed right on over to Radial Tire. My car takes 2 different tires for front and back, but I was able to get Bridgtone tires that were perfect, The shop nor the tires did not disappoint. I have moved to the Antelope area and needed tires its been years and we are now at 2017. Randy of course is the manager some time ago and carries on with the great service.No one carries tires with the 2 different sizes anymore, but I spoke with Karl who checked around and found tires the shop had found for someone else with the same problem. They were slightly bigger in the front, but they work, and actually Karl I think theyre better. Sorry for the long review, whether or not youre busy (which is a good sign) I trust your company and your employees and the wait for my car is worth it. Never have I had a complaint. I might add I also buy custom Valve stems and theyre always back on. Yes, other companies have lost them! I will keep coming back you guys are awesome!

Fast and efficient. They repair run flat tires. Randy and the group go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. I do believe my todayml time was 52 minutes for the flat repair.
