OUTSTANDING customer service! They were able to remove my over torqued lug nuts that were installed by another shop. They even took the time to wrap my old wheels in plastic so they wouldn’t make my car a mess. I highly recommend this location.

My car stalled me many times in the span of 1 hour. Towards the end, the battery light came on. I was able to make it to the nearest Les Schwab. They were very busy but I was not ignored. I told the mechanic the problem. He said theyll check the alternator too incase it might be the problem. I went to get something eat and back. Later, I saw my car being driven inside. It was a long wait then the mechanic came in the office and showed me 3 different batteries to choose from. I opted for the $200 including labor. I had to wait another 2hrs as they had to order it. Overall, my car was taken cared of and off I went. Very nice place, clean and friendly staff.j

Have been taking my familys vehicles to Les Schwab branch on Bradshaw Drive, Sacramento, for brakes and tires, for yearsi Have always been treated well and the staff has always been accommodating.I recently took my car in for new brakes. Unfortunately, this time there was an issue in the servicing of my vehicle. Jeff the store manager learned of the issue and he demonstrated their honest commitment to customer satisfaction and customer service. Manager Jeff was attentive to my dilemma and my concerns and he quickly remedied the issue, fully fixing my car and getting me back on the road.I truly appreciated Les Schwab and especially the store manager, Jeff, practicing what they preach and taking care of their customers. Too bad not all service shops work this way. Being treated in this manner, makes me all the more comfortable in my continuing to entrust my cars to Les Schwab Thanks again Jeff and Les Schwab.

Took my truck in for an alignment. Dude drove it around the block before and after. Id be less angry if I caught him in bed with my wife. Never let another man drive your truck! Alignment was good though.

Been meaning to write this review... Had my brakes done here a while back. Caliper bolt fell out (front brakes) the rest were loose. Figured this out when id hit the brakes and get a loud metal clanging... From my experience as a degreed auto tech with 20yrs experience I ALWAYS use blue lock tight and torque to spec. Niether was done. Both sides were loose and one bolt fell out of the driver side caliper... Had to pull remaining caliper bolt out and go to hardware store and match em up myself. I Went back to this place they said they would fix it they ended up ordering the wrong caliper bolts. That being said I was over it and left. I still got the hardware store bolts in place with blue loctite and torqued to spec. Side note I have had really good work done here tho but they kinda hurt me on this one. Maybe the tech was new or something its all good. Stuff happends. Brakes are kinda a big deal tho I dunno should always double/triple check imo 🤷‍♂️. You can see the two different bolts in the pic.

Went in because my entire SUV would wiggle and jiggle when I drove over 60. Cant remember the guys name that helped me, but he was super professional and did a free diagnostic. He was able to figure out what was wrong and my husband was able to fix it from there. The employee was super understanding that we were going to self fix. Would recommend.

Took my minivan in to get the brake rotors checked and possibly machined. Left it in what I assumed was good hands. A few hours later I got a call from one of their techs, who told me I needed rear brakes done (this was contrary to information I got from another mechanic about a month prior, that all my brakes were in solid shape). I gave them the go-ahead for the brake work, but the tech I spoke to didnt know anything about my original request regarding the brake rotors. The second call I got several hours later was from yet another tech, who told me I needed new shocks and struts, which would cost over $1,000. At this point I refused and said I wanted to get a second opinion, despite this pushy technician trying to convince me otherwise. Took my van to a different shop that I trusted much more, and was told the shocks and struts could be replaced but werent in particular need of that.Safe to say, this place will upsell you on anything they think they can convince you to sign off on. Do NOT trust their advice on what does or doesnt need work on your vehicle. I will never visit another Les Schwab as long as I live.

Whats not to like about a free puncture repair. It was busy but I made an appointment and was out the door about 45 minutes later. They will try a no-pressure upsell for other goods, but since I am in the market for new tires, it didnt bother me to walk out with a quote.

Assistant manager has no customer service skills. Argued about redoing my rotation and balance. Called corporate and went to the Sunrise store where they told me they wont honor my warranty because I bought elsewhere. Had to call corporate again. Finally got it done. What happened to Les Schwab ? They used to deliver excellent customer service. Les.schwab left a bad taste in mouth. Unfortunately people remember a bad experience rather then a positive one. Les Schwab just lost a Loyal Customer 😔

Dear Les Schwab,After years of building trust with you, servicing the vehicles I have owned at your locations, and dealing with great service personnel(literally across the central valley), that streak of trust has been hurt.After having my rear shocks replaced at you location I noticed a popping sound coming from the rear both left and right or simply left or right (depending on road conditions).I had the car suspension inspected three times after this, and even came in with audio recorded proof of the sound, and each time your mechanics would tell me there was nothing wrong, even though on one of the trips a mechanic test drove the car and said he made the car replicate the sound once. The rear popping sound was loud enough to be heard over music and would occur when driving through some pot holes, and some raised uneven road conditions.Naturally, I had to seek out the problem and solution. I took the car to a trusted family mechanic who, after hearing the sound with me on a test drive took apart the shocks, tightened the components, and suddenly problem solved.I would like to suggest that you take your clients word a bit more seriously, as the shocks installation by your personnel was of serious concern to me, and seeing that the problem was indeed the installation now I have doubts about any future business with you.The other unmentioned aspect is the amount of time I had to spend to solve this problem, on each of the three shock inspection visits I had to A. have a family member drive a car to meet me B. wait at the location and C. drop the car off and walk to work and back (about an hour each way).Regards.

We were so impressed with the service we received. Each person we talked to was enthusiastic and helpful. We badly needed a part on our wheel and they helped us even though they had to go above and beyond, and work past closing, to help us. We had to leave for a trip the same night and the gentleman who helped us, named Les, made sure wed be safe. We really appreciated that.

They screwed me this morning big time!! At home with a flat. Called before 8 and asked them to come help me switch my tire due to a blown out shoulder. They said no problem! They came and aired it up without me even knowing they were outside and told me to go to their shop. At which point I did only to find out there was a 2 hour wait. Had they told me they werent going to change my tire at home I would have figured out something else so I could get to work and not be written up and not have to send patients to to the ER but now Im stuck here with the same flat tire as I had before. Screwed me BIG TIME!

My parents and I have gone to this location for 10 years plus but will no longer be giving them our business after my last visit. After getting new tires I discovered that for the SECOND time four of the lug nuts (which keep the wheel attached to the car) were finger tight when installed and had almost fallen off while I was driving on the freeway.I want to like this location because theyve always had great customer service but having them forget to fully attach my tires to my car twice is terrifying enough that I will never go back here.

These guys rock so hard! I had a blowout just over a mile away and didnt have a jack to put my spare on. I called them when they had literally one minute before closing. The awesome girl that answered could tell I was stressing. She put me on a brief hold and when she came back she told me a guy (Ryan)was on his way to me. Sweet! Ryan came out, put my spare on, and I followed him to the shop. He got me a new wheel and four new tires. Keep in mind he shouldve been off the clock the entire time he helped me out. Life savers!!! I will be back!! Thank you, guys!!!

Kudos to Leslie! (I hope I remembered his name right). His honesty is a breath of fresh air. He advised me that my break pads are still good for another 5K miles when Honda dealership urged me to have it replaced for double the price quote from Les Schwab. I could have given this branch a 5 star if not for their uptight manager (a short, bald guy). He seemed upset that the mechanic didnt advise me for a break pad replacement. And when he saw another worker standing by the counter, he scolded him like a little child. What are you standing here for doing nothing? Go! Find something to do! That manager needs to learn how to treat people right. I will return here because of the honest mechanic but I am skeptical about the manager.

Location on Bradshaw. I had a flat tire with no spare which made me stressed specially because they were closing soon. I arrived and was greeted and helped immediately. Not only were they quick, Ryan was really kind. He couldnt patch the tire (too damaged) and provided me with a used tire at no charge. Ill never go anywhere else again. This is my Les Swab story.

Very pleased with their service. It took less than an hour to remove a nail from my tire and repair it. Plus they checked the other three tires, including the air pressure.

Great service! They did a quick and thorough job fixing a punctured tire even though I did not purchase the tire from them. Accommodated the repair in a timely manner when the dealer wouldnt agree to unless I came back the next day. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Overall, the franchise is good. Locations vary. This one is pretty good. I was taken care of, removed a rock from my rotor, for free! They did find another issue and the quote seemed high. Possibly included labor that wasnt fully necessary, but customary to do in the instance.

I wanna give my appreciation to Dustin and at the Les Schwab on Bradshaw location.I needed to get both dolly tires inflated. This dolly hadnt had air in over 3 years and to boot slime from a sealant. He didnt hesitate to fix the rotten stem and get around that junk on the tire.Thank you greatly Dustin, as Im off to move my mothers apt without delay because of your aid.Well as it turned out my left tire stem was old and cracked so i returned and Jake took care of that old stem. Replaced it and got me on my way again to help my mother move.Thanks Jake.

Their service is excellent. Freindly people. Making an appointment is probably best unless you have time to wait. Appointments are available for later the same day or next day. Otherwise wait time could be a couple hours.

I have to say if I ever need a tire I will shop here. Very helpful folks. They checked my tires without a fee. And they are fast and very friendly.

Every time I go here, I have received efficient, professional service. They are open and informative about prices and options. Bought a set of new tires and alignment. If you buy your tires from here, you get free rotations for the life of the tires.

I went a couple blocks away to the Bradshaw location on my 20 minute morning break. My tires needed air and Patty took care of the problem quickly and professionally. He informed me one specific tire needed watching and sure enough I got back to work and saw there was a nail in it!I actually drove to Costco after work since the tires were under warranty there but Les Schwab was there to help quickly and friendly when I needed it.

I love these folks. Prices are reasonable, theyre honest about what needs done, and when you tell them youre in a hurry they LITERALLY run. Theyre fantastic.

The estimate for a brake job was way off, started at $275 then ended up costing me $435. Then a employee told me Im not allowed to watch him through the window while he tears my car apart. To top it all off they didnt get my tire pressures right and I had to do it my self.

Customer Service in inadequate. This is the second time I have taken a vehicle in and been REFUSED an alignment. I called ahead and was specific as to what my issue was - rear wheel looks misaligned and was quoted $89.99. When I get there the tell me $109.99. Explained I was told a different price and counter guy says ok I will honor that prince but he put the work order in for a front wheel alignment. When I got home I notice the mistake and I called in - had to go back and forth with Glen who said “fine, I will honor the price but let me look at the car and make sure there is nothing bent.” Glen called back 8 minutes later and told me that my rear wheel is - 2.4 and I need camber kits. When I questioned why I need a camber kit on a stock suspension, he said camber kits are typically needed on lowered vehicles - but my car isn’t lowered. His next thing was “we’ll, maybe your subframe is bent.” - so he can’t tell my why my wheel is is off but they refused to do the alignment to even make the situation better - simply quoted me a price of $700 to install a camber kit plus and additional $109.99 for an alignment. The time before Glen again refused to do an alignment on my 4x4 because it supposedly needed a knuckle - which has nothing to do with and alignment - again quoted replacement price of $1200 plus &109.99 for alignment. Every time i go in they find some reason to not do a simple alignment - but when ask question they just get an attitude a won’t provide an answers - just refuse to do the work unless I complete additional service recommended.

They are awesome, they found where my tire was leaking from and they even fixed it for free. They provided free wi~fi, air conditioning waiting area, and several different phone charging plugs (wich is free as well) They literally came running over when i pulled up and they all were really sweet and friendly. Its so nice to have great service nowadays, i would recommend Les Schwab to anyone, their customer service is exceptional. Thank you, you guys are the best.

Came in for a tire rotation. They said it would 45 min. Its now been over two hours and they now finally just move my vehicle. Ridiculous. I saw customers that came in after me leave before my car enters their shop for what should have been a simple tire rotation. Be warned about estimated times.

Decent service. Bad prices. Brought in a couple low tires and they found the leaks and patched them in about an hour. Not bad considering there was no appointment and they were fairly busy. They also checked for a few strange steering issues I was having but they werent able to find it. To be fair, neither have I been able to. All that was free. Asked about some new tires and almost choked on their prices. I can get those same tires with a little shopping for almost $550 less.

Friendly staff, but dont tell your customer there is one person in front and then put 4 cars ahead...I wasnt told that was happening. (Communication is important.)Im not in a rush (yet) but I got here at 815, was told there was one car in front.Looked out the window and saw my car still parked with 3 cars being worked on. Its 50 minutes later and they just started working on it.Second time Ive been here and this happened both times.Is there a reason why a flat repair is secondary to something else, regardless who got here first? If there are people with appointments, I get that. Just tell me that so I can determine if I need to come back at a different time.Came to Les Schwab at the recommendation of my GF, and I will still return for tire needs but please work on updating your clients.

One of the best Les Schwab locations. Bill, Mike, Petro, Daniel are all excellent people and have always made my experience a great one. I have had them service four of my vehicles in the past and have never had any problems with the quality of their work. I would recommend them to anyone, with pretty much any vehicle without hesitation.

I came in last week to get 2 tires replaced. The flat tire indicator light comes back on even after i turned it off (all 4 tires match and are new, all purchased from this location). Upon informing the staff they treat me as if Im lying. I was here for an hour and 15 minutes before my car was even seen. I dont appreciate having to wait that long without being told its going to be that long. Especially because they messed up in the first place, I have to spend all day here. Im going somewhere else for tires from now on. Extremely dissatisfied.

DO NOT GO HERE! THIEVES AND LIARS*I discovered that a $200 electronic accessory was missing from my vehicle - stolen by one of the employees.*They told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour for tire service... over an an hour later, after inquiring, they admitted they still hadnt even started on my vehicle.*When finishing up, they were quite pushy about getting all new shocks, even though I wasnt interested and they admitted there was nothing wrong with my current equipment.*I had recently gotten new hub caps, but they failed to replace one of them correctly, causing it to come off somewhere on the drive back from the shop, which will cost me another $45 to get a new set.

They help me with awesome customer service! I asked how long I would have to wait and they said it would be all day. You can reschdule. Honesty is the key. Help me with such ease. Would return.
