They have good tires. I have been coming here for years and always come back to them. But they could do better when it comes to dealing with the public and masking their faces 🙄

These guys are the best! If youre looking for great price tires look no further. Fast and easy and dependable I always know when my tread starts getting a little bit too low this is the place I go. Depending on how busy they are you may be in and out and less than 30 minutes.

They are excellent here and prices are great... They work fast and get u in and out. I was up the street at a different on (sac tires) and I was there for 45 minutes and wasnt acknowledged. But here at super tire shop they take care of you right away. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs tires and fast😊😁😊☺️

I just have to say the employees and staff at super tire shop are absolutely amazing ! They have gone above and beyond to help me and have provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received ! Not only did they order the perfect rims for my car but they also held them for me while I was out of state until I was able to arrive and have them put on. They made the entire process extremely easy and convenient for me and I am so very thankful and grateful for everything they’ve done for me. Arrived with no appointment on a Sunday morning (of a long weekend). Only one option that would fit my Audi, but the price was great and the service was even better. Big thanks to the team here, got all my tires replaced in 30 minutes and was on my way.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Bent rims./scratchI will not come back here AGAIN. .They have no experiences!!!!!!!. One of the guy in there. Couldnt even break the beam. So he slam my rim on the ground. hitting the tire with a hammer . Scratching the whole faces . And try to say . That the rim was scratch already . My rims are new. .

They didnt have RunOnFlat tires, so I had to settle with whatever they had... The used tire looks decent for $45 with enough thread to hopefully get me back to the bay...

The owner was so rude and had bad attitud. He was so disorganized and wanted to escape what he had to do. He changed the tire and did not want to balance the air and leave it like that. never go to them again.

Used to go to Walmart for tires and oil changes because my dad worked there, but since Im mostly in sac or the city now, going to any Walmart in Sacramento for your car needs is very displeasing. Its terrible how long you have to wait at the auto care place even with only a few cars ahead of you. The last time I went to Walmart was today because I had a flat from a nail, and since I purchased my tire including their road hazard warranty from there, I decided to give it another shot... The west sac told me 3 and a half hours and south sac told me 5 hours (LOL). Here at Super Tire Shop however, have done a fantastic and speedy job the last couple of times Ive been here, which is why I decided to stop by since it was nearby as well. They patched up my flat in minutes and rotated my tires. Thank you guys!

UPDATED REVIEW: I came back about a month later to purchase front tires for my SUV. I was told the tires weren’t going to areive for 2 days since it was a Saturday. I received a call about 2-3 hours later and the tires arrived! Again, the service was quick and well done!!ORIGINAL REVIEW: I found this shop through yelp and gave them a call for a quote on 17in new tires. The quote for continental and michelin was very reasonable compared to a few other tire shops I called for quotes. Since they had to order the tires, my bf and I decided to go to the shop in person to confirm the specs of the tires. The owners were very friendly and accommodating!! The quote I received on the phone was the same when we went in-person. We went with the continentals after speaking with the owners. When the tires arrived, they promptly gave us a call to come in. Their employees worked quickly and efficiently and we were on our way!The next day, we noticed some wobbling of the steering wheel as we drove on smooth road. We thought one of the tires might be off balance. We gave the shop a call and they told us to come back. They checked all the tires and rebalanced them! After driving on smooth road again, the wobbling was gone!Overall, the service was amazing. The staff was friendly! We will definitely return for the next set of tires!

I got a flat tire while driving on the freeway. It was 7pm and just my luck, all tire shops were closed by 7pm. I called the owner Mazhar and he said that he would wait for me. He is so nice. I was in and out of the shop in 15 mins, got my two tires replaced for $150!! Sooo happy with the service. Would recommend this place to anyone.

LISTEN TO OTHER REVIEWERS. Bought new tires from here and the car was shaking terribly on the freeway. I went back three times for them to balance the tires and it was worse each time. I took it to an alignment shop and they said that super tire didnt even put the weights for balancing in the right place. They also put the tires on backwards (directional tires). Save yourself the hassle and possible damage and pay the extra $50 at a nicer place.
