I have used Granite Outlet for 3 apartment rental remodels and about to use them for a 4th. I find them easy to work with, accountable and they get the job done. The quality of the granite and cabinets are good. This isnt high-end stuff, but with the title of outlet in their title, thats your clue. They provide decent materials for a great price. Im happy with what Ive gotten from them. Their installers show up when they say they will, work hard and get the job done. In current times with all the covid related supply issues, they have been forthright about timelines and do their best to beat them. Ive seen some of the reviews about their customer service-I can see the validity of those statements. This isnt a warm and fuzzy place, but I dont really care. Im more focused on getting what I want, when I want and I dont need rainbows and ponies to achieve that.

Checked in at the counter. The lady told us to get one of the guys with an orange vest to assist us. I found one. He told me he was busy with another customer. Ok, no problem. We waited patiently by the counter for 20 minutes. There were at least three other people working. No one cared. Then an orange vest guy became available but opted to assist a new customer that had just walked in. When that happened, we just left. We were shopping for two jobs. One, a 2,000 job, the second, much much larger will require about $7,000 worth of granite. We are happy to give that business to L&U Granite and Cabinets. Their customer service was awesome. Great people there.

Very good installers, best ever! However, customer service not so good. They sold me 1/4in material for my shower surrounds. Therefore, my contractor prepped for this size. Material arrived was 5/8 inch. Details Details. I had to purchase 16 extensions at $9.00 each, plus machine two valve covers so they would fit. Two additional hours of labor. They refused to reimburse me the $325 for their error. Their after and during the sale service is horrible. They are all about the sale and have zero customer service after the sale. Attched is a pic of the 1/4 inch material I purchased, size was also on bill of sale. They delivered 5/8s. I know have to pursue legal action. Demand letter on the way. So sad, this was our 3rd job with this company. Third time was not a charm.

Do NOT work with these people! They are by far the most incompetent company I have ever had to work with and I am in the remodeling and renovation industry. They sent me a cracked piece of quartz and did not take accountability for it and then forced to pay for it and said they would put lien against my house for their mistake. Dont even get me started on the customer service...it doesnt exist. From the the people working at the desk to the people who work on the floor, it is absolutely horrible. They act like you are inconveniencing them by simply being there. They are rude, condescending, and unprofessional. It was been the worst experience from start to finish and I hope you avoid this place to avoid having to go through went I went through.

Granite Outlet saved our kitchen repair/remodel job! 2 months ago I decided to use Lowes for my countertops (spoiler: big mistake!) My contractor friend had recommended Granite Outlet, but Lowes said they could get it done in 4-6 weeks when Granite Outlet said they were 6-8 weeks out. Long story short, after 2 months of waiting for Lowes to install my countertops I got a call from their 3rd party supplier stating my material was out of stock and my installation would be delayed another 6-8 weeks!I immediately went to Granite Outlet and they had all the materials onsite so I knew we werent going to have the same issue. We found granite countertops we liked and then their staff managed to schedule our installation THE NEXT WEEK! I cannot express the relief I felt and gratitude I have for them doing the work so quickly.Today their crew came out and installed my countertops. They were professional, communicative, and even helped with a small problem we encountered. We now have our kitchen back and I have Granite Outlet to thank for it!

Just purchased granite for my kitchen, dining, laundry, hall counter, desk counter and 2 bathrooms... I am amazed at how fast and efficient this company is. My counters, kitchen and bath are gorgeous. Jerry and Bill are fabulous installers. Helen at the Rancho Cordova office is also wonderful. Everyone I dealt with was a specialist in their area of work. We canceled our order prior to receiving it and they charged us a 10% restocking fee. There was nothing to return. Poor service.

Rude and very disrespectful and abusive to customers, there granite is not good quality and if you ask question they start yelling and abusive to customers, Price writing on display is different then and invoice .. they already ripe me off ..charged me over priced, I would never go back there ..

Worst customer service EVER! Don’t bother asking for help. The lighting is terrible, and they won’t pull the sample out so you can see more than 6” without a shadow from the next slab. I finally had someone showing me specific slabs from the floor inventory and they literally turned the lights off and shut the doors 5 minutes before they were supposed close. The entire staff was literally walking out the door at 5:29 (their hours are until 5:30). No one apologized or even said we’re closing soon or anything. I am outraged by their rudeness and lack of customer care. Very little selection right now- especially very little quartz. If i could leave a “no star” review I would.

I would not recommend ... we have 4 witnesses as to a large piece of granite crumbling, not splitting or cracking, actually crumbling. We called the Mills Station location and two women were very disrespectful on the phone. Stacy specifically was yelling in the phone and said to seek legal representation to resolve it. They were unwilling to inspect the product, which was a liability and someone could have gotten seriously hurt. There went $350 down the drain and very rude service to add to it!

Went to the Granite Outlet in Sacramento a couple times, to try and pick the right slabs. Finally decided, based on what they had available. Wasnt my first choice as they were out of stock on some, but looks good nevertheless.The prices were very responsible and their install time was very prompt. Took two days to complete the install and their finish work was amazing. Great quality, finished and cleaned up the jobs site before they left A+ service!

OMG, if I can give - minus 10 for the review, I would. The worse company to deal with, horrible customer service, Cheap and bad quality material, less than a month of installation, there was a crack on the slab for no reason other than bad installation and quality, but they were super ignorant and harsh and unfriendly and irresponsible - stay away from this company - way better to pay extra for better quality and service than being treated like trash

Worst customer service imaginable...I’d give them negative 5 stars if I could...went to pick up my 5K worth of materials and was told I had to come back tomorrow..I drove 2hrs and their excuse was that they needed to verify any changes...what changes?? I paid in full and marked every item like I was advised 2 weeks ago..the ladies upfront raised their voices at me and told me to basically take a hike..they spoke rudely amongst them selves in front of my face in their native language..when I asked to Speak to a manager I was told in a sarcastic tone he was “unavailable” I hope this helps others in making their choice to do business with these crooks.

Do NOT expect good customer service. Expect lots of extra fees added to installation costs. I really like Asian people and Asian culture, but the way these people did business with me was just take it or leave it. It was very cold. It’s not a good or bad thing, it’s just different than what I’m used, and it wasn’t very pleasant. I spent an hour picking out the granite color I wanted. I needed two different slab sizes because my island has two different widths. I finally picked a color, but when I got to the counter, they said we don’t have both sizes in that color, go pick another one. Arg! I went through three more colors and the same answer every time! So frustrating. I wanted to pull my hair out but they were unphased. So I wound up with something different than what I was hoping for. They were unapologetic. Not a good experience. We’ll see how the counter turns out. I still like Asian people but I will not shop here again.

I was referred to this place to buy my granite. I was going to make a very large purchase and was told that this is the place to go. I work nearby so I went the first time after work ( i ended up wasting 4 days on this place). I chose several different pieces of granite to look at. When I finally got someone to help me (which wasnt easy), I was told that they either didnt carry that granite anymore (then take it down from the samples), they didnt have enough product for what I need etc... I finally asked them then what do you have that I can look at? I was told just go find something you like. Seriously?? I was so frustrated that i walked out. I ended up going to L and U Granite & Cabinet Outlet which is where I wish I would have gone in the first place. I found my granite and purchased it while I was there. Teresa is the owner and helped me personally through the whole process. This place is well organized, clean and has prompt and courteous customer service. The prices are fair and competitive to Granite Outlet and I left with a smile on my face. Save yourself time and frustration and tear clear of The Granite Outlet.

This is a scam business and they should not be allowed to be in business. First they charge me for the granit and than later they called me after i left the store to change the price because they accidentally gave me a different price and I end up paying more money. Then later they came to my house to do the installation and he decided to charge me extra money because office accidentally gave us wrong price on installation as well. This is a way of them making more money and not good business. They should be in jail for scamming people.

Lovely experience. David was so very helpful and the three young men who installed were easy to work with and wanted everything to look great. Price was a factor and we were able to get our kitchen and two bathrooms done in granite for the same price as Home Depot wanted for the kitchen alone. Love the new granite!

Definitely priced right, but beware, you get what you pay for. Our cabinets from them have had so many problems . Chipping, drawers falling out, glides bending, all of it. I arranged twice (took many calls) for them to come fix them, and each time they never showed. We now have had them a year, and they are problems. Pay more elsewhere for better quality cabinets, youll be happier.

It’s our first time in this place .. everybody so helpful specially Wah . He is the best ! This store has a lot of granite selection .

The 1st girl I dealt with at the counter was SO rude, and totally lacking in any personality whatsoever. While I was in the middle of explaining my kitchen counter design to her, the phone rang and she grabbed it and began a conversation with whomever was on the line - never once saying excuse me while I grab this or putting them on hold and letting someone else who wasnt dealing with a customer help them. She wrote down what I needed (sizes and type) on my design sheet and sent me off to look at granite. While I was looking around she left for the day, so I had to deal with another girl. This girl was nice enough, but when she re-wrote the figures, she put 36 instead or 39. Then, after I found just what I thought would work, I realized the 1st girl had written 8R & 8M (right and middle). I began to question that and realized I needed two 8Rs. I looked at the design sheet and she had marked it correctly on there, but when she wrote it on the paper for me to hand to the guy that helps out on the floor, she put 8M & 8R instead of 2 8Rs. That could be quite the mistake if I hadnt caught it. This was my first time shopping for granite and I just wish it would have been more pleasant. I left without purchasing the granite.

So Ive been using these guys for years and there quality of pre fabricated counters is one of the best around. Customer service is a little shakey but i go for the material, not the experience. I am a fan of custom slab kitchens but for the price, you cant beat the price if your trying to do an affordable upgrade.

Extremely rude customer service! We had a question about two sinks they have in store, my mom went to ask one of the four ladies ‘working’ there, for help. She was just on the computer but still she told my mom to go ask one of the other ladies. My mom then went to ask the second lady, that lady barely came over after we almost insisted that we have some questions about the sinks and we need her to see them. One sink was $300 the other $500, but looked very similar. She told us in a very rude way that the price is the difference and she doesn’t know anything else about the sinks. I then asked if anyone else knows about them that can help us and she said no. So much for working there to ‘help’ customers. She then happily returned to her station where no one was awaiting. Get another job if you hate customers! There’s other places that sell better quality and customer service!

They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. We went in and at first they didnt want to help us at all because they closed in 30 minutes, we had to reassure them we would be out in time just to get them to help. The man that was helping us move the granite slab was extremely rude and kept yelling Hey?! Hello?! When they needed to ask us a question. Please, please go anywhere else to get your countertops.

Dont buy anything at this place, the manager (his name is HAN) is so rude, my contractor recommended me to this store, we chosed our granite couple of weeks ago, at that time it had limited items and not matching each other, we were told to pay first and we could chose later or even return at time of pickup if not matching or no-satisfied, I was told same thing when I was at cashier!last week, we figured out we could not do remodel as scheduled due to various of urgent/unexpected things, we came to store and ask for return/refund (the stuffs we purchased never picked up and still in store somewhere), they told me they needed 25% transaction fee! about $650, later changed to 5%, they insisted this would be credit card company charged them, the manager Han was so rude, didnt want to listen and threaten to kick me out of his store! so my experience here (first time and will be last time) is NEVER deal with these guys, dont even go there!I am going to use small court to get my money back

Youre not going to get a lot of service as far as questions you may have, but if you know what you want and have a tight budget, this is the place to go! We bought pre-fab marble slabs for $100/8 and they look great in our new house and after a year, look good as new. The backsplash pieces we got ended up having quite a few scratches which we didnt notice at first- keep an eye out for that.

The Asian girl at the register, bad attitude, no customer service, why, because they know they have a lots of customer services. And both places,. And the other one is in Sunrise. You ask question and answer with bad attitude. Never go back again.

Not what I wanted prices went up

I have mixed feelings about their service. Recently I had new countertops installed from granite outlet. I paid for tear out of old countertops, plywood install, new sink install, and new countertops with installPositives: arrived on time, friendly, willing to answer all questions and explain the process, they did a wonderful job with installation and tear out. I am pleased with the final result. They even added a window sill and gave me a price discount for paying in cash. I also have left over granite to possibly make my bathroom sinks match.Negatives: after they installed the plywood they neglected to tell me that they don’t cut the hole in the plywood for the install of the sink- they only cut granite. I had to hire someone to come out and cut the hole in the plywood. When the new hired outsider came and questioned them their excuse was that the sink was a different style then the old sink. Even though the sinks were the same size. When they first arrived my dad directed them over to the new sink and showed it to them before they started. They asked if it was the same size and we agreed. They neglected to say anything at the time about installing my new farm style sink. Lastly, I failed to mention that I wanted both the bar top and the window sill to be level to the floor. I was not aware that I needed to tell them that. So unfortunately they are both not level.Overall my countertops look good, the price was amazing and the job was done in in the two days allotted.

I am not new to renovations. I wanted an inexpensive but GREAT QUALITY way to changeout 4 inch ceramic tile countertops to granite in kitchen. Bingo! I visited all 3 Sacramento area stores. Everyone was helpful and professional. Selected my stone, made install date. Was told it was a 2 day job. Nope, they completed in ONE. The 3 man crew, headed by Cuco, could not have been more professional; Pleasant, fastidious, neat, clean, tidy, respectful, etc. They installed 4 counters of granite perfectly. They protected my floors, walls, hosed down driveway when finished. They swept, vacuumed, wiped, picked up as they worked. The new sink fit old space, the new cooktop didn’t. Cuco found a way and all were installed perfectly. I Cannot recommend Granite Outlet and these particular 3 men enough. I can’t wait to do our bathrooms now!

Horrible service. I asked Or how about the storm. The lady behind the counter counter and house while there’s five other people standing behind the counter looking around. It was so frustrating and she was extremely demeaning. I told her if I knew what I was doing why would I ask you for help.
