Me and my friend came in and the guy with glasses who is selling was so rude to us. He didn’t welcome us when we said hi, and was not willing to help until we asked if he was gonna help! When you walk into the store you are warmly greeted by the owner. He is very knowledgeable about all products and is very helpful! The shop itself is large, clean, and very organized! There are lots of vape juices, mods, cbd items, hookahs and hookah tobacco. The display cases are bright, clean and are filled with high quality products. It is very nice to see that precautions are being taken during Covid. The store is sanitized after each customer and the owner requires masks to enter the store. I highly recommend you go to Tonic, its a huge store with lots of selection and great customer service!

And for the first time we came in you said we would still get the deal after two days and we agreed on it. What a great experience at Tonic. They have the highest knowledge of Vape product in the area. I made the mistake of going to Twisted before I came here, and what a joke that was. Zero knowledge of Vape and Glass. Completely rude and dirty place. On the other hand The staff at Tonic was extremely mannered and the place was super clean!

Honest review from someone who works in a high-end customer service industry.Ive been going to Tonic for years and years and I honestly wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Ive definitely had to visit other smoke shops in the past because of things like needing a juice late on a Sunday or just being completely out of the area but when I have a choice, I always go and visit Sam at Tonic. Ill break it down by each category from a vaping perspective.Pricing: This is probably the most important category for a lot of people during this time in our lives; although this might be interchangeable with cleanliness. Anyway, Sam always has the best prices. Before coming here I would go to some of the other shops in the area and their pricing for things were kind of just outrageous, even the smaller brands sitting at premium brand prices. Obviously there are some of the premium brands like Cutwood or Naked that are just going to be more than other brands but Tonic carries a lot of brands that are priced really well and give you the best bang for your buck. The coils and mods are all well-priced too.Cleanliness: Sam is very big on cleanliness in general even before the pandemic happened. He stands on the if theres time to lean, theres time to clean island with his employees when theyre there and is a very concerned citizen about about whats happening in todays world. Hes always wearing a mask when a customer comes in and keeps a distance to keep you and him safe. If you go into his shop, youll see that everything is very organized and easy to shop.Product: The shop itself always has a nice array of flavors that everyone can enjoy and is consistently getting in new ones, even in small batches, to see how they do. Theres a certain dedication to keeping his customers coming back by introducing new flavors that I usually take a swing at and enjoy. I like that hes honest about how he feels about some juices that hes had in the past being what we like to call coil killers and usually doesnt bring them back, so leave him feedback on things if you try something new! Having good flavors that will make you just have to buy a pack of coils to vape is kind of a back-handed shady business practice so being honest about those things should be very important to everyone. Its good for the shop and good for the Tonic community, even if we never meet one another. He also doesnt bring in fake coils or mods that you can absolutely authenticate when the possibility of authenticating is available (IE: If the vendor site isnt down for some silly reason).The Service: Sams here to make money, just as we all are however, I appreciate the honest business practices. Ive never been pressured into having to update a tank or a mod. At this point, Ive gotten a few new tank upgrades over the years because I was a big Aspire fan and theyve kind of fallen off the market and tried to find one I enjoy. I used the same Sigelei mod for years and Sam never once pressured me to upgrade as it was a fantastic mod (and he knew it too) and lasted me until I put it through enough pocket wear and tear (YEARS) that it could no longer hold a battery. Hes ready to answer any questions I have about anything new that comes in and give me the honest reviews that hes received, researched or tried himself. Good business practice states that you need to fairly assess product that you have. He being able to do so, honestly and diligently, keeps me coming back for the quality that he dishes out. Theres nothing shady or fake coming from behind that counter, only a friend keeping me coming back and it kind of makes you feel like youre walking into that bar where everyone knows your name. :)

This shop has such great variety and the owner is a delight.That said, recently I purchased a couple Puff Bar (large size) vapes and when they died after only two days moderate use, I was confused as they usually last 2-3weeks. The outer packaging was slightly different, the vape itself looked wholly different at where one inhales and even the inner wrapping was different but I just figured that the brand had changed up packaging and such. Sadly I learned this morning at another vape shop, counterfeits are a real problem. I dont have it in my heart to give this store anything other than five stars, but heres hoping they begin to check their incoming inventory. 🙏

Excellent staff. This shop focuses half on hookah, one quarter on nicotine vape products, and one quarter weed products. They carry the common replacement items, like bangers, coals, butane, and glassware regularly. New laws have ruined many local head shops, but Tonic makes up for it by providing knowledgeable customer service and good prices. They have an IG page too, where they post daily deals. Very cool.

Vape store with an excellent selection. They have all the newest vapes, juices of all flavours and strengths, and replacement coils sold as packs or singles. The store owner is also very knowledgeable and can help you pick something out if you dont know what youre looking for. They have a great selection of glassware and hookah supplies too. The interior has a very high class, luxurious feel to it, unlike most other places that have a college dorm, head shop vibe to them.

I went to 4 places trying to find pods for my Suron drop with no luck. Thank God I found this place. These guys are awesome. Really friendly, great selection, no BS. Convenient location, too! Highly recommended!!

The Best Customer service available. Ive been a customer for a little over 2 years and cant imagine going anywhere else to buy juice and hardware. The staff has always been very helpful and courteous since day 1. I think the Fortune Cookie juice they carry is the best on the market.

The gentleman who helped me was pleasant and happy to help me. I ended up buying their houseblend shock therapy due to being out and waiting for a online order. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised by the enjoyable flavor, topped with a reasonable price. Needless to say I will be returning here whenever I am in need of odd and ends, as well as their house blend flavor.

Attendant knew which coils were best for my smok baby beast and he even gave tips on how to prime them properly. He said if it didn’t work for me that he could give me a refund but it works great!

Rude service they guy doesnt stop looking at his phone when your trying to get help. He swore that a juice was really good and top seller, so I bought it to try it out. It was terrible. I tried to change it out to something else, and he said no returns. I told him but he swore it was good but I guess that didnt matter. If you refer a flavor you should stand by it if they dont like it and switch that person out, because thats whats right.

My boyfriend and I became regular customers here and its such a great shop. the setup, the guy who works there is more than informative, super nice and laid back, has always answered any questions weve had, and the prices are convenient. The flavors go on and on, there isnt a thing Tonic doesnt have. Forever a reoccurring customer, lol. Hi everyone. I’m Mandy and I am going to tell you a story. I have visited most of Vape Shops in Sacramento. And I live in the Arden-Arcade area. I have been to all smoke/vape shops on Fulton. And I have been literally Scared for my life. When I found Tonic I could not believe my eyes. I felt I am at the mall in a professional store. Customer service was out of this world, The selection is huge and the prices are much much cheaper than everyone else around the area. I bought a Small Vape Pen for my brother at $10.00!!! Everywhere else $30 at least. I bought me a Smok MAG Kit on sale for $50.00. The shops next to Tonic wanted $140.00. Please don’t go to any other shops on Fulton. Especially if your a female. I wouldn’t trust to be there alone. Tonic Store and employees succeed in making me and my sister feel comfortable. Thank you.
