Update on our experience with Autoamore, 2 weeks ago we were told that an engine was found and that our car should be fixed by weeks end.Its now 2 weeks later still our car is sitting, dusty, looking like its about to be junked. We have called and were told Z nor Irfan are not available to discuss whats happening with our Audi A4. We are now speaking to a lawyer and suing for the 5000 we spent on our car, the court and lawyer fees, the Uber and Lyft costs weve had to endure, along with the lost wages, because it is just ridiculous that a company is allowed to do business this way. We are tired of broken promises, lack of return calls, lies in regard to the conversations in regard to the cost of fixing the vehicle, and losses due to having to Uber, Lyft or borrow cars to do our business. Daily we are losing money because my husband has a mobile business that we can not provide business to our customers. I can only give them 4 stars as there is room for improvement. But the experience was definitely good, even if I didnt buy a car from them. Actually I paid for it, but an airbag light was on, probably nothing major, a clock spring or some cable left unplugged at the detailing. So we agreed that Ill drive my car home and by the time Ill be back with an uber they will take care of it. It was not possible and I had to leave it there for a couple of days so I backed out of it. They returned the money no question asked and even reimbursed me for the uber, which I didnt ask. I needed the car that week for 2 850miles trips, otherwise I wouldve probably waited. Nice cars, clean, but like everywhere else, its up to you to check them out and make sure they are in good shape. Like most dealers, they probably get them from auctions so its a lottery.

This is based on my first experience of purchasing a used car through this dealership; Wow. I worked most personally with Irfan, who was both incredibly professional and an overall charming fella. Got me set up with a personal dreamboat of a car, and the car is in /fantastic/ condition. The pre-loved part of their slogan is definitely a genuine statement. Whats more, what little difficulty we did have in sealing the deal- namely a busted charger cord- was covered and handled way earlier than I expected, which was a pleasant, endearing surprise. The worse situation you could ever imagine as a car buyer occurred to me... I purchased a beautiful 2005 Audi A4 Quattro, it was pristine inside and out, and ran like a charm... For two days. Zaim and Irfan told me that if anything happened, they wouldnt turn their backs on me, and they fully honored their word. Though it took longer than expected to locate an engine of the same year, from another A4, they found it... They performed the labor on the house, and charged me half the cost of the new engine, along with fluids, and a new timing chain. They are a class act, and I appreciate their dedication to leaving their customers with a positive experience. Ill buy again...

The staff and atmosphere were true to their namesake, loving. Theres just something to be said about that degree of quality in customer service.I worked mostly with Irfan, who had the same uplifting persona as a pastor I knew. And afterward, Rehan, who was considerate of me being a veteran and a student. They even got me setup with new tires before I left. You cant ask for much more than this.

Trustworthy and considerate. I sent them a few thousand dollars over the phone to hold a car for me while I drove up but there was a bit of a mixup on 2 very similar cars. I was not able to get the car I wanted but the company refunded the money I sent them very quickly. I just wanted to leave some positive feedback because of it. These guys offer great cars at unbeatable prices. Their selection is perfect size and not overwhelming. They make you feel at home. They are upfront and honest about their vehicles. Its very simple. They sell great reliable luxury and sport like cars for great prices. They work with you to get everything taken care of and even if you need time to get your insurance check together they will patiently hold the car for you and not sell it out from under you for a better price like other dealerships would. Great Company.I spent a month looking for a new car and went to the lowest of low car dealerships as well as national chain dealerships and Autoamore was hands down the best dealership. They are very knowledgeable about each of the cars they sell. They do not pressure to make a decision. It is obvious they are in the business because they simply love cars. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used car.
Ill give it three stars because of the courteous personality. But Im going to offer some constructive feedback when you have a potential buyer looking at a car dont bring out a sheet showing everything you had to fix on the car as to why you cant negotiate. especially on a car that had multiple red flags that you didnt even have listed in the description. honestly what you had to fix on a car you sell prior to the buyer looking at it is irrelevant and has nothing to do with that buyer that was your decision. the beautiful thing about feedback is its a gift you can either take it or leave it. It would be better just to tell somebody your firm on a price and leave it at that.
UPDATE 2: Sorry, but Iβm done... Donβt buy a car from this place. Itβs frustrating. I was told by the sales person that the vehicle had been fully serviced, including a new battery. Found out that wasnβt true when I got stuck at 10pm the other night! I know the car is used, but a reputable dealer would not send you off the lot with faulty equipment or lie to you about its service. DONE, DONE, DONE!!!UPDATE: I increased the star level to 3 because the owner did pay the $240 toward the tires that he should have paid for the tires before he sold the car.I would have given 5 stars, but I was made aware that had the tires been replaced before the car was sold, they would have known they needed replacement. If the car had been serviced as they represented, these issues would or should have been taken care of.They do have nice looking cars, but based on my experience, I would have a car checked out by a third party before purchase.Previous Review:Buyer Beware... If you buy a car here know that it may need a lot of work, even if it looks good. On November 1, 2018 I purchased a 2010 Chevy Cobalt. The car was clean inside and out. The toggle switch for the blinker did not work, but they said as long as the blinkers flash it didnβt need to be replaced. The tires looked like they would need to be changed soon, but since they had barely βlegalβ tread they would only arrange for a cheap set of tires that I had to pay for. Turns out, when I took the car to a reputable dealer and had them replaced, they said the tires were completely ILLEGAL - they were the original tires from the manufacturer (over 10 years old) and cracking. They were so unsafe that NO car dealer could legally sell the car until they replaced them. In addition, all of the tire pressure sensors need to be replaced because of their age and two of them donβt even work.The gentleman that helped me at the dealership was nice enough, but sending me out the door on tires that are unsafe and illegal for him to sell really makes me angry and having to do almost $1,000 into a vehicle I just purchased takes the cake.I understand a businessβ need to make money, but itβs unacceptable to do it at the expense of safety.
Bottom Line: I purchased a car from Zaim at Autoamore. His overall experience and service level (from Irfan too) was superbly high. I am extremely happy!Details:I live in Los Angeles, and I have never purchased a vehicle remotely. Iβm used to dealing with a dealer or seller face to face. So I was nervous about buying an auto that I couldnβt see up close or touch.I saw a Cayenne with most of the options I wanted for a very good price on their web site and called to ask about it. Zaim ansered the phone and immediately reassured me they will treat me with my interests in mind. From then, that remained consistent through the time I picked up the vehicle.He made a 24 minute video of the car. Zaim printed a phrase I told him and embedded it in the video to prove the it was made after I spoke to him. He included all views and items I asked him to show and narrated throughout the video. He also addressed me in the video, further showing it was βmade for meβ. I was impressed with his candor and details he included in the video. Zaim showed not only all the features and good things but also imperfections with the car which Iβm interested in knowing before I can make a decision.I placed a deposit on the vehicle and requested a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI). Zaim stressed they do not want to bias the PPI, so they do not recommendation PPI providers nor do they receive the PPI results. Thatβs completely with the buyer. So I made arrangements and paid for the PPI independent of Autoamore. They dropped off the car for PPI at Midtown Autoworks and picked it up afterwards. Midtown Autoworks reported some problems with the car. I wanted no problems that would endanger or leave me stranded on the nearly 7-hour drive from Sacramento to Los Angeles.I shared those problems as well as my concerns with Autoamore and they agreed to replace three tires on the car (for low treads and a bubble) with new Michelin P-Zeroβs ($340 each from Tire Rack). The car also had a known problem with a thermostat housing that could fail and empty all the engine coolant. That part had not failed, so I agreed to pay for that repair myself. Autoamore performed the repair for about one half of what two Los Angeles Porsche repair shops quoted me. After the repair, they returned the car to Midtown Autoworks who inspected and verified Autoamore completed the repairs properly. I appreciate the repair cost savings!After I decided to purchase, Autoamore was very patient and prompt in working with me and my credit union. They have very conservative lending practices, and their checks and paperwork on Autoamore took more than three weeks! I was worried, but Zaim and Irfan assured me itβs OK. They were proactive, very quickly answered all questions and sent all paperwork my credit union requested. They never complained about dealing with my credit union.Zaim consistently advised me of my rights and things I need to do to protect myself against unscrupulous dealer practices. For example, using a credit card instead of checks or debit cards to pay them, because it offers me protection.When I finally flew to Sacramento to pick up the car, they treated me very warmly. They wanted me to spend as much time as I wanted to look over the car and drive it. There was no hurry-up pressure. When I was ready, we completed my paperwork, and I spent time looking over their facilities. Zaim and Irfan had all paperwork ready to sign and even transferred title to me before I arrived! I got a little background history on how they got started, and I drove back to Los Angeles the same day. It was a pleasant closing experience followed by a pleasant drive back (low traffic due to pandemic conditions). Iβm fortunate to have them sell a vehicle to me. They are passionate about their business, and most other dealers will not care for their customers as well as Autoamore treated me. They were patient and communicated well with me resulting in an excellent remote purchasing experience.

This was a very upsetting and troubling experience especially in these hard times with so much loss and discrimination,i tragically lost my job due to by no fault of my own but to Covid but it happened just as I was going into retirement,so i was looking for a new vehicle And found one online that interested me and decided to stop by despite the negative reviews,I parked and looked around the lot at Autoamore,looked around for about 20 minutes with no one to assist me,mind you there were no other customers on the lot,I finally got acknowledged by im one of the mechanics he assisted me for a minute and mentioned he was going to get one of the sales guys,I went to my car to wait a couple minutes later Iβm introduced to a guy by the name of Michael, I tell him the car Iβm looking for he goes inside comes and right off the bat says that he has to run my credit,Iβm like ok slow your roll I know Iβm an old black man driving a beat up old boat but I just want to look inside the vehicle (mind you it was only a $8k car that I was planning on paying cash for) he mentioned anything over $8k they need to finance you or see the cash?what really?i told him I was not financing even though I do have A1 credit,that I was planning on paying cash i just took out my 401k,so he said well let me see the money and then I will grab the keys,I just looked at him for a second and could not believe it but I said hey ok Iβll play along he told me to pull up my bank account and show him all the money,lol Iβm sure he was shocked after that happened he immediately goes and comes out and says the car has a dead battery and that the car will not turn on at all even if we jump it,it will need a new battery, so I ask if he has cables or a box he says no we donβt, I tell him that I have the same exact car I can swap the battery, I mentioned I am an auto mechanic so it will only take a couple minutes,he looked very hesitant,he went to the back and came out and had a Jump box,he said it will probably start now if we jump it??ok just a couple minutes there was no jump box and was mentioned the battery Will not start the car now heβs saying it may start it,at this point Iβm starting to think this guys has no clue what he is doing,he tells me I can wait inside while he gets the car running,I tell him itβs fine looks like he can use the help we jump it in a couple seconds,I look In the rear view mirror and I see nothing but a big cloud of blue smoke,I get out and step on the gas more comes out, I ask him about it, he tells me itβs normal for the car to do that,and tells me if I want to go on a test drive, I tell him no itβs fine looks like the car has some issues,I shut the car off and hand the keys back to Michael and he goes inside,I walk around a bit more and see another vehicle that I was interested in,itβs locked so I go around looking for Michael,and I donβt find him,the mechanic goes and gets the keys and I start to look at the car, 20 minutes go by Iβve finished checking the car out,I go inside to wash my hands(bathroom was disgusting)and then went to go to look for Michael I find him he says to me I thought you left,we start to talk about the next car I found and what I found it needs,it did need tires bad and looks like the ac was out,as I ask him about pricing if Iβm paying cash And I take it how it sits he mentions we are firm on prices because they are selling cheap already and they are good cars(really good cars?thats a funny joke)and mentioned it was better if I paid cash because it was an extra $1000 to finance,(At this point I see what these bad reviews are talking about, yea cars have issues but it looks like they do not take the time to fix cars up,just give cars paint jobs which the work isnβt good work and they clean it up from inside and then put it up for sale),so I tell Michael no thanks and then he just walks away,i was amazed at the lack of customer service and at the lack of what they call pre loved autos,looks like the only thing they want to pre-love is your wallet and money going into their pre-adored bank account
This is my second time back at this dealership. Theyβre not the biggest lot around but itβs more about the quality then quantity. The sales people come out and greet you and offer you water or soda. They are very prompt to your needs and very friendly. They took care of everything and gave me another great deal. The team at AutoAmore is incredible!

If I could give less stars I would. Lets start with how they falsely advertised the vehicle as having a complete entertainment package (built in DVD player). None of it worked but, i overlooked that ( and we haggled a little on the price) and I just had a new system put in the truck ($1600 and I still need new monitors for the back seats)The last thing they said to us after we purchased the truck (cash money out the door $25,500) is if you have any problems or concerns, please contact us first and let us try and see if we can work something out before you give us a bad review.Less than 30 days later, exactly 624 miles on my truck and its acting funny and actually dies. Have it towed to the Ford dealership and it needs a whole new engine!! Have been calling them for 2 weeks now! They dont return phone calls. Finally today after my husband really lost his temper they cut us a good faith check for $1576. It cost me $19,000 to put a new engine in my truck!!Bad business! Stay away from this place. They dont even service their vehicles before selling them!

January 2020, I purchased a 2013 exterior black/black interior Audi A7 on behalf of my Nephew Jamaal Miller. The staff are very professional. The car looked extremely immaculate. The car had a few minor scrapes. They provided the Car Fax up front. I had purchased the car. Upon arrival home, I reviewed the car fax and was shocked to see the car had a replaced engine in 2017. The car had over 100k miles. The car was corporate car from Niello Audi.So, I drove to the Niello dealership to ascertain, why was the original engine defective. The service manager wouldnt share with me why, but said they had the engine replaced by a third party, in Rocklin, ca. I talked to the Mechanic in Rocklin that stated he couldnt tell me why, but said just know its like getting a brand new engine. So, I was satisfied with his response. I talked to the owner at Autoamore and shared with him, in the future, he should tell folks that an engine was replaced. His response was it was disclosed in the car fax. Had I known that fact in the beginning, I probably would have passed on such an amazing looking vehicle. I say all of this to share do your research, before you merely become fascinated with the clean outward and clean looking engine compartment. Staff are very professional with a no pressure take it or leave it sales persona. No pressure.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. If I could leave -5 stars I would. Ive had the vehicle I bought from auto amore for almost 5 months now. Going on SECOND month with the vehicle broken down. I tried calling them and they said they would get back to me and that was almost three weeks ago. I wont beg them to help me with something that their shop caused. They fixed the AC and caused another issue to arise. It only started to overheat after their shop fixed the AC. auto amore said they were willing to help fix the problem and gave me a deal where I paid half. The vehicle over heated a month after that, had to get the radiator replaced and a new thermostat. With no help from this dealership Ive paid almost 800 in repairs and 500 for a tow because when it overheated I was 100 miles from home. Do not waste your money here. Please go your research, take the vehicle to an ACTUAL mechanic before purchasing. I regret having ever stumbled upon this place. This car is unreliable and so is this company.

There were no high pressure sales tactics, he greeted us when we entered the lot, offered to answer any questions and get the keys if we wanted to test drive. PHENOMENAL! Bought an 07 Audi s8 about two weeks ago and traded in my 2006 Ford F-250. They had the same financing company I was working with on my F250 and the process was smooth. They ended up getting screwed because of the trade in on the truck but still didnt mind. These guys are awesome! They went above and beyond to make this deal work. I worked with Irfan and couldnt have asked for a better guy to work with. He was HONEST, plain and simple. The experience from start to finish was great, though it did take me about 4 hours plus to do the deal. Wish I could have been out sooner. Cant ask for the world though can I?

I bought a 2007 Toyota Matrix from them on 4th July. Car was little overpriced as per online websites but still they didnt do much with the price as it was newly listed car. Christian was very firm on the price. I also ended up paying around 108$ extra because I had to use my credit card but still I am giving 5 stars because I had an issue with my bank and during this entire process Christian was very patient and cooperative. So far there is no issue with the car and hopefully it remains this way, I will revisit this review after using the car for few months.

I am bummed to see the negative reviews that have cropped up on this page. I bought my 2014 Prius V from Autoamore back in November 2018 and it has served me very well ever since. It has not been without its issues. The first major repair was a leaky head gasket that became an issue not two weeks after purchasing. Autoamore helped me out with that repair because it was something I had voiced concerns about based on my mechanics assessment of the vehicle, while Autoamores mechanic had assured me it was not an issue. Alas, my mechanic was right, and Autoamore paid for it-- but ultimately they had no obligation to, as I knew the risks when I purchased the car. A little over a month later, the electric water pump needed to be replaced, costing me $1600. Then it needed new tires in June 2019, but at least I had expected that. As my first vehicle, it has certainly been a lesson in how much owning a car can cost. Even so, I love my car, and I think the money I have had to invest in it is reasonable. I did my research before purchasing, and I knew that buying a car with 135,000 miles on it already meant there would be big repairs sooner or later. Autoamore gets 5 stars from me because they made the potentially stressful and confusing process of buying a used car so personable, comprehensible, and frankly empowering. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and taken care of. I felt respected and heard the whole time, from all my questions about the car to negotiating the price. Christian and Irfan were a delight to work with. They are in a tricky business, so I understand where the negative reviews come from, but I honestly have no regrets. My roommate is now looking to buy a used car, and I am referring him to Autoamore. I hope the quality still measures up to my experience over a year ago.

Purchased a Range Rover and was told by Irvan problem with a leaking sunroof was resolved. I have called numerous times for them to take a message but never call me back. They claimed it was fixed and it wasnt. I would never trust them after such a poor experience. They also claimed nothing was wrong with the vehicle and I learned in 2 months the heater core was also blown. I have a Baby and both the leaking sunroof and lack of a heater has impacted me greatly. We live where its 30 degrees in winter and raining often during the day and I cannot go out with Baby because of how expensive it is to fix both the heater and sunroof. I do not like how they take a message everytime I call but never return my call. They are not trustworthy and appears now they just said all they needed to in that moment to make the sale.

I had the best experience buying my 2015 Honda Civic. I read through some of the other reviews and knew these guys were legit, but I didnβt know they were so thorough. I wanted to have my own opinion of these guys, and Iβm SO HAPPY I CAME HERE! Irfan and Zaim know what theyβre doing. They buy solid cars. All the cars on the lot are cars I would personally love to have in my garage. They thoroughly go through their cars and even showed me the multipoint inspection they did on the car. They even followed up by showing me what they replaced. I loved the upfront honesty. The car wasnβt perfect, but no used car is and Iβm okay with that. The service was perfect and so is their selection.

The people here seem friendly but the service they provide is something else. I bought a car from here and a week later found out the car needed 1500 dollars worth of repairs, at that point I thought nothing else could go wrong but than the car broke down and needed 1700 dollars worth of repairs. After I got the car back two months go by and the motor critically fails at 45000 miles, I went and spoke to the owner and he read me all of the paperwork that had been filled out upon buying the car. Long story short I got my car fixed at a different place because I wouldnβt trust them with any of my familyβs cars. And would never buy another car from them! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Unless you want to replace every moving part inside
Horrible service!!! Ifran promised us he would throw in a 3 month warranty for us then we dealt with two other sales guys that said something totally different!! Promised the sun roof would be fixed before we picked the car up never got fixed said they would fix it Thursday for sure . Never called us back said they would not be able to fix it due to their busy. Horrible communication. When you go to a car lot your supposed to deal with one person not 3 other people.

I had a great experience working with Zaim buying my 2005 Acura MDX. Ive had the suv for about 4 months now and it runs great. I had an issue come up with one of the wipers and I brought the MDX back to Zaim and he fixed it for free. Thanks for the great service.
The dealer (Irfan) is quite the talented con artist. He will sell you a used car and claim that it is in tip top shape, providing Car Fax and everything you need to feel safe. Shortly after purchasing the car the vehicle will start to have problems, and Irfan will promise to repair them. He will keep your car for months and ensure the problems are fixed, only for you to get your car back and have all the same problems (except a brand new set of tires to make the car look shiny). He will then e-mail you and offer to still repair the vehicle at a discount (even though he failed to fix the problem when holding your new car for months in the first place). DO NOT TRUST! DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!! You will end up with a lemon and a very expensive life-lesson learned. This was an absolute nightmare for me, and it continues to be! I am ensuring that everything is documented and reported. Terrible customer service, and you are likely to end up with a broken car that you spend thousands for!

I was kindly greeted by Chayla in the parking lot and thought she was the saleswoman but she was just going through all of the cars to make sure the paperwork was situated properly and that everything was in order. She had me wait no more than 30 seconds and got Irfan to help me out. She brought me some water after introducing me to Irfan and I knew that this was the place I wanted to work with.BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I wanted to pay cash and didnβt want to bother financing. I looked around for a little without any pressure and found this cute Audi that I thought I couldnβt afford but I was wrong. I was very hesitant to buy it because I know these cars suck to maintain but irfan even told me it was okay for me to see it on their service rack. I said donβt bother let me take it to Audi instead. He was more than happy to help me do that. THEY OFFERED TO TAKE IT FOR ME BUT I WENT MYSELF. I wanted to be fair and appreciated their hospitality. The service advisor at Niello Audi named Dain checked it out by their techs and gave it a thumbs up. There was MINOR STUFF, but what do you expect for a 14 year old Audi S4. I canβt express enough gratefulness that I found Autoamore before making a purchase. I originally was using Carfax and was ready to go buy a car but thank God I ended up checking yelp first. Most of the dealerships on Fulton seem to be all scam artists with horror stories on their yelp reviews, where they get on and bash every reviewer that gave a negative review. So I switched my searching to look for the best Dealerships in the Sac Area. Automore wasnβt number one, but the other dealerships didnβt have good car selections. So I made it to Autoamore and found some really nice cars. What I didnβt know is I also had found a dealership with really nice staff. Itβs rare to see good customer service in Sacramento (Iβm from Monterey where the customer is king), but Autoamore has the BEST customer service. The owner, Irfan, will answer your phone calls during any part of the dayβ¦ and actually returns your calls in a timely manner if he does miss you. Heβs also more than eager to help you with any problems. They really understand the power of good customer service and word of mouth.About a week after buying my car from them, a 09 Lincoln MKS, I ended up having a battery issue and couldnβt start my car about a week later. Turns out my car had been on their lot for a few months during the Hot summer and the battery terminal corroded (not something the dealership or me thought to look at when inspecting under the hood (no oil anywhere btw)). Now Autoamore staff repeatedly told me if there were any problems, just give them a call. I figured that was BS salesman speak, but sure enough, when I gave them a call that morning, they were ready and willing to send a mechanic to my house to take a look at the car. I ended up calling my emergency road side service because I wanted to make it into work earlier than the Autoamore mechanic would have been able to arrive. Roadside assistance told me about the corroded battery terminal and that I would need a new one, although the battery still had good life in it. I called Autoamore to let them know the issue and they said they would fix it for me for free. On top of that, they hooked me up with a temporary ride so I didnβt have to rent a car or take Uber to work. And to top it all off, when I picked up the car, they threw in a new battery for me.I canβt say enough about the customer service at Autoamore. Check it out and I guarantee youβll feel the same.P.S. Raider fans, ask for Christian, he might hook it up with the black hole discount; you got to know your stuff though!
