I had a great experience. The gentleman [Rick] that helped me was polite and very patient. Due to my friend not wanting (able) to get out of the car, and parking at the end of the lot, he (salesman) walked back and forth to office in order to have application filled out and answer questions. Also dealing with me while I looked at cars and asked a million questions.When I decided on a beautiful and affordable sleek black Lexus he showed me another (from the back) with less miles and even more affordable than the first! He could have easily tried to sell me my original pick for more money. Now thats what I call great CUSTOMER service! Thank you. I can honestly say... This is the place to buy a car☺ THANKS RICK!

Sold me a 2009 Ford Ranger, told me they put in a new transmission transmission broke down a week later auto repair shop said stop slip was found in the transmission tried to go back had nothing but excuses the guy is out due to Covid 19 and so forth. So as of now I’m out of $5,800 and still need a truck to operate and pull my food cart.

I have nothing but good things to say about the guys at quest auto sales. They are very picky about the cars they sell and they make sure to go over them thoroughly.

Overprize cars Adam is very rude It takes a long time to get your paperwork sent to,DMV Charges more for licence and tags After you have signed paperwork. Hey would add estimate on your paperwork so he could charge more I would advise my followers not to go there Trust me it is not a good place I also filed a complaint at consumers affairs Followers please dont go there You will regret it

I went to look at a car and when i got there they were working on a car, they didnt stop they keep working until i have to beep my horn, i tested one car it was kind of junkybut theyre asking about 8k wow., high price cars in need of repairs, not recommended

This place is a scam. I looked at a 2006 lexus is350 here and the heater didnt work on the test drive.They told me they could fix it right there on the spot that some connections were dirty. Im an auto mechanic now train mechanic. I let him try to fix whatever he thought he convinced me was wrong. I watched him open the radiator cap and there wasnt any water which would explain the lack of heat in the cabin. He tried to convince me that was normal. He got a pair of plier and wd40 to try to look like he was doing something and had me turn the heat up and down to try to make it work. I looked up and he was dumping a gallon of water into the engine. When I told him that I already had said that was the problem he denied it and told me to start it up.THE CAR NOW WOULDNT START. While I was walking away I could hear him start the car up after LOTS of cranking.You cant make this stuff up. Do not buy anything there.Edit: they also got a call about someone trying to finance the car i was going to pay cash for while he was trying to fix the heater. So happened to be at the same time Rick went inside the falling apart building.

There were few things like light bulb in my car, engine light glitch and remote control reprogramming needed and Allen took care of all that. I bought a Kia Rio from them and I was under time constraints and Allen wrote up my purchase. Rick took care of submission of dmv and registration. Allen followed up with DMV tag.
