This place needs higher reviews. Henery sells good cars. He taught me a lot about financing. Good people, good prices, and good vehicles. If you want a 3rd row this is the place to go. He always has a couple options. I bought my 2012 expedition with 102000 miles 3 months ago. It currently has 109000 miles. 7000 miles 3 months no issues.

Bought my dream car from them I had a great experience and was in and out in an hour or so. They are are very friendly and stand by what they say. I have had multiple issues and have been without a car twice do to it, but I took it to Infiniti to get fixed I kind of figured buying a used car you will have an issue but never expected it to happen so fast.

I bought a 2012 Chevy Volt from them and the whole car buying process went very smoothly. However, the next day it wouldnt start, and it turned out it needed a replacement 12V battery. In addition, I hadnt noticed before I bought it that the charging cord was modified by the previous owner so as to make it slow at charging and extremely hazardous to operate. However, to my pleasant surprise, they agreed to buy and install a new battery and also buy me a new charging cord, so now everything is fixed. Just be sure to have the car checked out by a mechanic ahead of time even if youre given a report by Mirage showing that such an inspection has already been done, because the other mechanic might not have looked at it recently enough or thoroughly enough. At the end of the day though, they went above and beyond what I would have expected from a used car dealer by actually fixing the problems.

I purchased a beast of a suburban 6 years ago. Marcos was a straight shooter, he let me, and a friend take the rig on an extended test drive, without riding along. I never enjoy the salesman ride along, as it is usually the salesman trying to hype up the vehicle. After the road test I negotiated a very fair price with marcos, and the owner: henry. Henry also offered me a fair price on a vehicle I had as a trade in. They got me financed at a fair rate through golden 1. I recently returned to dealer for another vehicle, and was warmly greeted, both marcos, and Henry recognized me right away.

I recently purchased a 2011 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT from this dealership. Having only bought my cars through Craigslist in the past, I was very skeptical of going through a dealership and how the experience might be. After applying online I got a call from Shane and we began talking about my credit. I have terrible credit and I did not think I would get the oppurtunity to finance a car. Shane talked to me for a little while and got me approved in less then 1 hour. When I got to the dealership I was helped extremely fast, and the other gentleman was very accomadating to my needs of getting back to work. Not to mention, there was no push for extras. I got what I came in for. Overall, I love the car, and the experience was great. I usually dont go out of my way to write a review, but these guys deserve it. 5/5 and thank you for the oppurtunity! Later on down the road, when I need another car, Im going to check these guys out first. Great vibe!

Nice guys - at first.Then surprise, they call you a few times to resign paperwork and try to rework the deal a week later. Then come back and re-smog it a month later. Then try to make me pay for that.I have been waiting on my plates for 3 months, turns out they have them - they want more money to give them to me because they did not smog it properly and the DMV charged them more fees due to the paperwork errors. Now they wish to pass that onto me.Filing a complaint with the DMV investigations department as well.
