Omg!!! The best car buying experience ever! I drove up from San Jose to premium to purchase a 2013 lincoln navigator (which was limited edition and a must have for me).Kamran had me in and out within 2hours!! Kamran is very professional and I will be recommending and returning to purchase future vehicles for sure!

As a new/young car buyer I got ripped off. The guys sold me a Ford with a faulty transmission and incomplete ac system. They were pretty firm on the price so I paid sticker price. When I told him that the AC is failing they fixed/patched it for free, but now I had to bring it in to a specialist or dealership to have the AC repaired and to redo the transmission. Basically I would have been better off not going through Premium Auto Sales and buying that particular car. Hindsight 20/20 all the problems that I am now as the owner having to fix were apparent when I bought the vehicle, I would say that the salesman was intentionally deceptive in the sale of the car, but when you sell a used car to someone you dont express your professional opinion on the things that the consumer is saying are broken about the car. Average experience, but I should not have bought my car with the problems that it had. Thats on me.

By far the best and easiest experience I’ve had buying a car from a dealer in 40 years! Since I had to travel a few hours to the dealership, they honored a deposit to hold the vehicle. They also started the financial paperwork and the price was very fair. After the test drive, the new tires appeared to need balancing, and they took care of it within 30 minutes. Purchased my 2015 Lincoln Navigator from Premium auto sales about 3 months ago and couldn’t be more satisfied with it. It’s a smooth riding and reliable vehicle. I did purchase the warranty just in case it’s ever any problems, which I would recommend to anyone not buying a brand new vehicle. Nomi was really cool, that’s who I made the deal with and he made sure the vehicle was washed and topped off with gas. No complaints. Once I drive the wheels off the Navigator I will definitely be back for another vehicle.

Bought my Hyundai Genesis here in a pinch because my car had broken down. They did a trade in with me and swore that the 2016 Genesis had no prior damage, clean reports and was just a fleet vehicle which is why the price was lower than others. I inspected the vehicle well and saw no signs of issues and having the clean reports made me feel good.... Well a month later I am finding one thing after the other wrong including: wrong sized tires, after-market body parts that have damage or were improperly installed with gaps in seams, after-market paint l, poor alignment, electronic issues and more. When looking at their other cars you could easily see the spotty body work, they were selling as factory new. BUYER BEWARE.

I didn’t find the staff helpful, they didn’t seem to be taking my business serious and would dodge questions I had. I even asked him about negotiation and he lied and told me they have it 1,000$ below average asking price when it was only $200 below max listing. They seemed unprofessional and to be frank really rude. He also had three cars on the lot that were same make and didn’t even try selling me on one of those. Sadly I would’ve done business with this dealer if I had a better experience and didn’t feel like I was being over looked.

An actual, honest dealer! WOAH.I had been looking for a Toyota Prius, and having had no luck on private sales, and almost getting a $30,000 leased car from the big Toyota dealer (I went alone, usually a bad idea for ladies), I decided a smaller dealer might be better. I found an ad online for a 2013 w/less than 100,000 miles at Premium Auto Sales. ($10,999 instead of the $13,000 I had been seeing for similar.) ***But the thing that got my attention was that this dealer offered a warranty after buying the car*** (3 months or 3,000 miles)I went to Premium Auto Sales with basically the intention to buy that pretty 2013 Prius- barring any weirdness I might encounter. I was impressed by how nice the cars on the lot looked, I didnt see anything even vaguely junk-like. I parked and got out, expecting a pushy sales person to jump out at me, but nobody did. I was able to go take a look at the car for a good while undisturbed, and when I decided it looked good and I wanted to see the inside and the Carfax I walked in. *Kamran* got me the information I wanted and after going outside and chitchating I asked about taking the car to a mechanic to get it checked out before I bought it. We agreed on taking it to the Toyota dealer so we could both be confident on the results, and he took care of it while I went home and relaxed for a bit. It turned out that while there was nothing at all wrong with the car, a few things needed changing (like a new headlight bulb and filter) and Kamran got it fixed for me before I even got back to the lot! He showed me what the dealership had found and signed off on the paperwork that PAS had fixed it, giving me the original Toyota copy. He also gave me a nice discount on the price of the car!While we were doing paperwork we talked about what makes Premium Auto Sales different from other dealers, and this is whay Kamran told me:-They offer that sweet drivetrain warranty-They never stock any vehicle thats ever been in an accident-They dont stock vehicles whose make/model has been found to have long-term issues (looking at you Ford Focus/Fiesta)-They price their cars to sell, so no lengthy haggling process-They try very hard to fight the private dealership stigmaI told Kamran that since I was borrowing a family members car it was going to be a little difficult for me to get the car home, so ***he offered to deliver me the car after they closed up for the day😲***. He ran it through the carwash and wiped up the inside, so it was extra beautiful and clean when it got to our house. AND when I noticed later that the headlight they replaced was much brighter than the old one, Kamran offered to find me a matching bulb to swap out---AFTER I had already left the lot and given him my money!!!I am VERY impressed, and LOVE my new car!

DONT BUY A CAR FROM THESE LIYING SHADDY GUYS!!!!! 20 mins after driving the car i just bought the car showed engine problems on the LCD Screen of the car. After having a BMW specialist look at it the radiator fan needed to be fix $1,000.00 with a bad cylinder that was so clogged up it made the car over heat and has cased another $9000.00 for new engine to fix. There was no way that didnt know as the car was not drivable and they had the sensors reset. I know why they only let me test drive it for 5 mins then I was told directed back. They sell bad cars. FRAUDULENT DEALERS.

I personally havent experience a more relaxed atmosphere when buying a car. The two gentlemen we (my daughter and I), interacted with were both personable and professional. My daughter was there to buy a car and we did not feel pressured, but were presented with multiple choses, considering my daughter did not have the best of credit. I appreciated their honesty and guidance during the entire process. My daughter drove off with a car she was not only happy with, but within her budget. Over all it was a fabulous experience, I had been in contact with Mr. Nouman was very nice from the first time I contacted him, he was very understanding about the fact that I was traveling three hours one direction to look at the car. He out up with me asking a bunch of ridiculous questions, trying to get a feel for the car before driving up, and he was very good about keeping me informed on the cars availability. The entire process was about as enjoyable as I could imagine it going and where all was said and done I got a good car with almost no pressure from him. I found the owner of this dealership very unfriendly and racist. I called the dealership before I arrived because I was interested in the Hyundai Alantra Limited that was posted on craigslist. When I arrived I noticed there where no customers in the waiting area and the sales man showed me the car, but when I asked if I could test drive the car he said we have to do a full credit report check on you. He informed me to sit in the lobby and wait. He disappeared in his office and had me wait while he was doing something else on his computer. It was Friday and I had alot of errands to run, so I informed him that I was leaving because he clearing didnt want to sell me a car. He never went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and he didnt want to do business with me. His actions said it all. I will never shop here again. Dont waste your time. I wrote my review here and the owner not once said Im sorry you had a bad experience. So unprofessional. All car dealerships that want to sell a car only ask for your drivers license Not your whole life history before they let you test drive a car.

Do not buy from this dealer! They are liars! I traded my car in at this dealer and he told me the car I was getting had a Clean CARFAX and also had the owners manual. Neither were true. Turns out, the Carfax was not clean. It has an accident reported on it. When I called to tell him this he argued with me and tried to justify it by saying it still has a clean title and there are no marks. Also tried to turn it around on me that the car I traded in had an accident reported (which he knew) and said it had other mechanical issues which it didn’t. These are not trustworthy people. He gave me a hard time about the fact that my car had an accident so he didn’t want to give me more money for it when it turns out the car I was getting had an accident!! I paid more than I should have for the car and that’s really frustrating.

I bought a 2008 Nissan Armada Cameron who seemed like a honest salesmen. Is there even such a word a honest salesmen. The ad said the car came with new brakes as well as new tires He tells me when we buy the car that he will fix the rip in the seat in the overhead console. When I took the car back to have the rip in the seat repaired I also needed him to do something with the brakes that were squealing like hell . After 3 calls and 5 weeks later he finally sends me a check for $100 which will cover a portion of the cost to replace the overhead console. Then the car starts to shake terribly and I cant figure out for the life of me why. So I take the car to University Automotive which is an awesome place to have your car serviced. They gave me a picture of my tire which was due to separate at any moment in advised me that both rear tires were from 2010. Beware of these people nothing about what theyre saying is honest. Now camera wont take our calls what a man period I would advise you to run like hell from this place. I would love to provide you pictures of the tire and how horrible it was as well as the overhead console which is wide open and I cant even get air conditioning here where its 108 degrees but this app doesnt allow pictures hit me directly if you want to see what Im saying is for Real
