I would never do business with this location again. I placed an order on line at 8:30 this morning for a birthday gift to be delivered tomorrow. 15 minutes before the store was closing today, someone called to tell me that they are not open tomorrow and therefore my delivery will not happen. Had they let me know earlier in the day, I would’ve asked for it to be delivered today, or made other arrangements for a gift. But now I am out of luck with no gift. The excuse when I called is that the website is not operated by them, they should definitely look into fixing that. That is a disconnect that leaves people in a difficult situation. Extremely poor customer service.

I called this shop and was helped by Heather who went to great length to help me with my order!!! : ) I was calling from CT and tried the online order system which was not good at all, not user friendly!!! I decided to call to a shop in Sacramento directly to see if I could find someone to help me. Heather was amazing, patient, and very nice!!! It took awhile to do the order and it was time for her to leave for the day and she stayed on the phone and finished up my orders to make sure they were done correctly. Fantastic!!! Thank you so much for that!!! She put in my order via there computer system and sent one order over to the shop for delivers to an address I had in Sacramento that was not in her shops delivery area. The manager of the other shop, Elvira, was very abrupt and not helpful while we were on a conference call with her which is why Heather handled it for me. Thank you again! I am so glad I called her shop and she helped me!!! I will always call her shop when I have orders for gifts to family in Sacramento!!! Thank you so much Heather for being so wonderful!!! They are very fortunate to have you there and I hope they appreciate you!!! : )

I got a few bouquets for a client a while ago and they are absolutely beautiful they take their time to create unique okays and art with fruit however it is definitely a little on the pricey side so if you do you have restrictions for your gifts you get for clients it can be tricky.

OUTSTANDING service! I was a little nervous because i live in Utah but everything fell into place. I placed an order last minute for my little sisters birthday today and not only did they call me and communicated the time for delivery the bouquet turned out to be very well put together! It was so beautiful and was delivered to my sister on time! Not only did my sister loved it but my entire family in Sacramento.Thank you Edible Arrangements for your outstanding service!

The people were friendly and helpful. The arrangement looked great and the fruit was sweet and fresh. I was very impressed that I ordered it in the morning and the order was delivered early afternoon.

Its a cute little shop in downtown Sacramento you could easily miss it if you blink LOL but they were very friendly I went by there on Valentines Day to get my mom and dad some chocolate dipped strawberries and the strawberries were oh so delicious I dont know if because it was Valentines Day that they were expensive like that but they were a little expensive 12 for $39 but maybe thats the average price of a chocolate dipped strawberry around $3 but for the most part I loved it the strawberries were delicious and fresh they looked green on top so I was worried that they might be sour but she assured me that they are green on top but they are really red on the rest of the strawberry and she was telling the truth so yeah if you are in downtown Sacramento kind of off of K Street I would check them out

The location of this place is horrible! I drove pass it two times trying to figure out where it was. Maybe a street sign or one that sits in front of the store. Also this store barely had anything to first times to look at for example what size each order comes in like the mugs. The staff member wasnt to helpful and referred us to their sister store. We never went..

There are few times in life when fruits are so expertly crafted and planned that is nothing short of genius. Today, I had one of those beautiful crafted and hand dipped freshly prepared fruits by edible arrangements. My favorite was the pineapple with cantaloupe in a flower shape.Although the prices of the arrangement can look like sky rocketing, you can always use coupons which are available on retail me not. For example, yesterday my co-workers ordered the medium sized fruit baskets which were $80+. Looking at the price, my heart was pumping hard. Sometimes, I act like those Krazy Coupon ladies. I quickly searched for coupons on my mobile (thank you wifi and verizon) and instantly he was able to save few bucks. Yay!!! For the SAVINGS. And my co-worker can use that $10 at Starbucks... win...win...Although today is the administrative day, the staff managed to take our last minute order and accommodate us picking up the basket by 8am.Edible arrangement recently relocated, I liked the previous location. But as you know, Sacramento rental is not cheap. And the staff was super sweet. Before we left the store, she gave us samples of the fruits. I tried the apple truffle which was covered with chocolate. It had the crunch and delicious chocolate taste. I guess anything covered with chocolate taste good. And yay, for the extra calories...Parking can be challenging at this location.Thanks to the admin day, we get to enjoy this beautiful handcrafted basket.

Im so disappointed, I ordered these online as a bday gift for my little sister and I opted to add on the birthday wishes dipped fruit box, and when she received them they were not included only the chocolate covered strawberries and birthday balloons were. I called and they said that the second box was not included in my purchase but I did opt into it and reviewed my purchase before confirming it and both boxes showed in my cart so I do not know what went wrong.
