I have been coming to this shop for several years now and cannot say enough about how great they are. Nate is very knowledgeable and has an excellent selection of cigars. The vibe inside welcomes you to sit and enjoy a smoke over a great conversation. The owner and staff are so warm and genuine they feel like old friends. If you are a cigar person, don’t go anywhere else!

I’ve come here for years to buy my husband cigars for holidays. Always excellent service! However, if you’re uncomfortable being around people without masks this is not your place. Looking at cigars in the walk-in humidor with an unmasked employee was past my comfort level. I quietly left. But if you are comfortable #supportlocal

I phoned-in from out of state to purchase a gift card. The guy I spoke with on the phone was sharp, polite and offered excellent customer service. I can imagine getting an even more gratifying experience shopping directly in the store. Thanks for the pleasant transaction!

Had a great visit at Casillas while passing through Sacramento. Nice old home remodeled into a multi-room cigar shop.Lots of house brands as well as well known choices. Some excellent choices. Most are Honduran but some Nicaraguan as well.Super friendly staff-very helpful and proud to be a part of the establishment.Would visit again.

This is it, for Sacramento. If you enjoy cigars and are looking for a relaxing environment to chat with your fellow enthusiasts, or even just to sit with your thoughts, this is the place for you. Deep leather seats take your mind from 1000 miles per hour, and comfortably put you in cruise control down easy street. The selection isnt huge, but its getting better and better. You can choose an expensive stick, or a house made treat, all for some of thelowest prices in town. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, ready to help the avid smoker find that new favorite, or the wife of a smoker to find something to match any palate. Feel free to judge this book by the cover! It is a renovated home, and thats what it feels like when you go inside. Right away I felt comfortable walking around and browsing at everything they have to offer. If you enjoy cigars, youre going to need to give this place a shot!

Great cigars at good prices. The lounge is free to use If youre a customer (not sure if theres a fee to just visit). It seemed like I was talking to the owner, he seemed nice enough and had good suggestions. It also gets a lot of foot traffic.

Very cozy cigar shop, with a good selection of hand-rolled cigars. Pricing is pretty standard, maybe even a bit on the inexpensive side (for what youre getting). Schwarzenegger used to frequent this place, though they dont have anyone in the back doing the rolling anymore. Staff has been friendly and knowledgeable every time Ive gone in. Nice lounge area. Location on Google Maps is wrong, though...its actually across the street on the corner of 16th and U in a converted house.

Perfect cigar shop and lounge. Wide variety of house cigars and inports, lounge is perfect with comfortable seats and setting. Perfect for watching sports or a movie, unfortunately not open on Sundays.

An outstanding cigar shop. Comfortable and casual. Its like being in your own living room except they have a great humidor and some fantastic cigars. Nate is friendly and knowledgeable but NOT HIGH PRESSURE.

Drove y it on the way to burgers and beer. We decided to stop in its bring your own beer or drink. Really enjoyed the house cigars and sat out front and watched traffic. Definitely recommend the place.

Good conversation, good cigars in a pleasant setting. I go there often. For the price of a cigar you can enjoy the view from the front porch of a gracious old home in midtown.

One of the store employees yelled and swore at me and a new friend I brought into the cigar lounge, very inappropriate, very unappealing. this is not the first time Ive seen this individual do it multiple times, a place like this doesnt deserve good customers when theyre treating their customers like this.

Showed up at 11 am when they said they were open at 10. Doors all locked, note on door said open for sales. No one answered phone. Drove out of my way to get there, not going back.
