I love donuts but Ive only had donuts from Krispy Kreme once or twice. These donuts are expensive! They also dont look well decorated. They packaged them in a way where the Halloween ones got smushed a bit. They also dont taste fresh. The pretzels are already soft! Picked these up at 9 am. Not sure when they made them but if you told me they made them today I wouldnt believe you. Average donuts at a premium price. Meh!

The donuts are addictive. They have new donuts for different seasons of the year. So dont expect them to carry certain ones all the time. The staffs are friendly. The donuts are fresh. The prices are decent.

Krispy Kreme donut fanatic here to say after driving 10miles on 2 separate occasions to try this location, it has been the nastiest and most depressing donut experience I have ever had. The first time I was shocked at how hard and stale the original glazed donuts were, and when I hinted at it I was told the machine was broken regardless of the hot and ready being up on their website. I love Krispy kreme though, so I figured it had been a month or so and I would make the 10mile drive again to give it another shot! Not only was the machine still down, this was the first experience Ive ever had with a wet donut. No, not wet from the sweet sticky glaze Krispy is known for, wet from condensation on the glass..... The entire bottom of my donuts were soaked and white. Gagging.. Guys, either fix your machine or fix your staff/management already! This isnt a real Krispy Kreme, this is just a sad wannabe!! Go to the one a bit further away in Roseville and I promise it will be a solid experience! :)

It’s a shame. I drove 20 minutes from Rancho Cordova to buy Krispy Kreme donuts but they didn’t have freshly made instead it was made from morning and was cold. Also those donuts are so small. I’m real mad 😠

Well, I went this morning due to their “chocolate glazed” special for only today 1/29/2021. It wasn’t what I was expecting based on their pictures and advertisements. Of course, I expected less quality but didn’t think it was going to be this bad. But nonetheless it was still sugary and sweet which made up for the poor presentation.

Great donut shop. The place is very clean. The girls were very helpful. I went in for a dozen donuts no chocolate, no maple, and no sprinkle things, they did not bat an eye (one giggled). If your in the mood for Krispy Kreme this is the go to donut shop.

Sad how small these almost $2 donuts have gotten. They used to have the best glazed raspberry filled donuts, I was really disappointed 😞 There was literally only a teaspoon of filling. If I wanted glazed donuts I would have purchased that instead.

Talk about sticker shock! Cost me over $5 for two plane basic donuts... this was and will be my last visit.Did they bump their heads in the pricing?Somebody did.Yet another poor business model decision...CMON...$3 Per.What a rip off.

I order donuts to be delivered, and a few minutes before theyre supposed to arrive, the order gets canceled. And Im like that happens even though Im upset. I call the number they give me and they just tell me that 1281 is not available and peeeeep. What dies that even mean? I want my donuts! Im sitting here donutless, and they wont even answer the phone to fix this. Horrible customer service!

Is zero stars an option? First off, I was a bit iffy on the price considering it comes to 25 dollars for one classic assorted dozen of donuts but I really wanted them so I ordered. Bad decision on my part and when I tried to call and complain for a refund...I got NO answer for at least 5 calls before I just called the Roseville store and asked if they could get ahold of the Florin store for me...definitely wont be a returning customer...Ive included photos of what I ordered compared to what I received.

Krispy Kreme is the sugar donut of the world. Lots of good choices. They have a variety of beverages that you can enjoy with your donut. Of course they have various seasonal options as well. I really like the double dark chocolate cream-filled Donuts. Glazed donuts are good as well. In fact all of their donuts are good. Theyre fairly easy to find and get in and out of.

The Donuts are always great. The Staff was very attentive and polite.

Ive only been to a few Krispy Kreme restaurants, but this one was by far the worst. The donuts are smaller than other restaurants, the donut decorating is sloppy, and the prices are higher. Maybe this is a California thing, since other krispy kremes Ive been to were in other states.One nice thing was that the original glazed donuts I ordered were prepared right when I ordered them!

Their Customer Service was SO BAD, Im not recommending this location to anyone!*Long story short*We pulled into the Drive-Thru, almost the entire Donut section had sold out taped across it, we asked what kind were available - they took forever to answer..So, we decided to go inside and they literally HAD every single Donut type they claimed were sold out - They straight LIED to Us!The donut machine AND the hot krispy kreme sign were off! It was 2:30 pm & they close at 10 pm.Just know, if this happens to you, GO INSIDE!!!

For me personally, this is a great place, especially when you need to hold a morning meeting with a large team and how can you do without donations, there is always a large selection, reasonable prices, friendly staff, what else do you need to start the morning :)

Dont like Krispy Kreme and they dont have all the donuts that they have listed. But you can go across the street to a great donuts and they have everything your heart desires. It is perfect

How you gonna tell me i cant use a Krispy Kreme gift card at Krispy Kreme?!Drove almost an hour to get a few dozens for friends and fam. On the drive thru window theres a sign that said please pay with card. Or have exact change do to cash shortage via COVIDIm like ok cool i have a Gift Card after 20 minutes of waiting they give me my card back and ask me to pay with cash because their system is down and wont take any cards.Krispy Kreme is my go to spot, but after today its time to call it quits. Well atleast this location, no wonder why they have poor reviews, never going here again!

I order online and have them delivered to me because the drive through line is too long. I Order 2 dozens donuts but only received 1. It happened 2 times. And another time they gave me the wrong order. Whenever I call them they don’t answer their phone. They are not open and you have to be in drive through line to get your correct order.

Went with a Groupon I told the drive through worker only to be told when paying that this location doesnt accept Groupon so I had to cgabge my order. U dont see how some locations rake Groupon and others dont. Great donuts though but the service was weak here.

Great donuts but awful coffee... Give me a caramel ice mocha that tastes like nothing but chocolate ask to change it for an Caramel ice coffee which taste like coffee no sweetener no kind of hint of caramel...didnt even get a price difference for my purchase

This is my 3 time going to this place and everytime I ask for a doughnut they dont have it just the classics one and when I did order the classic one they still got my order wrong si awful.

I just had surgery and donuts was all I wanted afterwards. We went though the drive through and the lady wasnt nice over the menu speaker. She got mad and told us someone else was gonna take our order.. Then once we got the donuts they got 5 of the 12 donuts wrong. We went back through to tell them they were wrong. The lady was super rude and when we asked if she wanted to see the wrong donuts she said no I dont care then closed the window. Not sure Ill be back.

NO MASK!!! BEWARE!!!!Went with my family 11/22/2020 to pick up some donuts through the drive-thru and noticed that the manager seen in this picture in the black shirt, dark haired gal came in through the back door of the store that is next to the drive though menu while we were in the drive-thru. She had no mask on her face and I thought for a second that she might have just forgotten and was getting ready to put it on (starling however we are still human and we forget sometimes) To my surprise!!! She never did, about 5 minutes later when we reached the front of the line we see her standing with the employees all wearing masks around her and shes handling food without gloves or a mask the whole time! The employees were acting as if this was totally fine and normal, We refused to pay for our box of donuts due to the fact that she was touching her face and our donuts without wearing a mask and gloves. It was so uncomfortable and extremely concerning especially during this time. She got mad at us? Beware!

Lazy workers, went this morning cause i see the dounut store next door is jammed packed and kk is empty so i say oh i give them some buissness, mind u no one in drive thru so i walk up and ask for coffe and a dounut, they just look at me like im botherin them and say no car no service, i say are u serious 4 of them just standing there not doing anything, i said ok i wont come here anymore,, next door is better anyway and they never turn down money they actually smile and accept my money

These dounuts suck. They are stale and full of air. Went there yesterday and they were out of everything! $14 for a box of air is a rip off! Stick to the old school dounuts!

I went in to get donuts and I was right behind two other gentlemen who went in before I did. I went to place my order and was told that I had to wait until the two people before me had already ordered even though they were still looking around and hadnt decided what they wanted yet. I was fine with that, but then I asked to use the restroom while I waited and I was told I couldnt use the restroom until I purchased. I pointed out that that didnt make any sense as I had already tried to order and was told that I had to wait and when I asked if I could use the restroom a second time the manager was called. I left I wont be going back there also I called and tried to leave a message to speak with the management and they never returned my call worst Krispy Kreme Ive ever been too.

Utterly ridiculous the inconsistency here, one donut will be fine the next either burnt or almost dough, It’s impressive how bad this Krispy Kreme is, also the customer service was honestly horrible, get donuts from a local place.
