Vary good I had decaf blended mocha
Good, but not a reserve. That was a disappointment. Hopefully they (or Google) edit the name here. Its only a regular, old Starbucks. It was a Reserve but was recently (in the past year) demoted. Not sure why. Seems many people were interested in visiting and purchasing from a so-called Reserve.
They are very slow. It’s kind of sad that they blame it on people not showing up when every Starbucks before COVID had only 2-3 employees. They closed early on 10/4/21. They didn’t have a sign and that day was the Kings first game. I just wish they had a sign instead of staring at us through the window. That’s so unprofessional!
Service was great, maps advises this is a Starbucks Reserve, I was really excited to visit the reserve while visiting sac and when I arrived, come to find out it no longer is a Reserve location. I really wish it was updated on maps so I wouldn’t have bothered the trip from Roseville, had we known it was now just a regular Starbucks.Staff was wonderful though, very kind, and got our order right the first time. Thank you.
1 small coffee. They couldn’t break $100 bill and i was 1 quarter short and mgr said sorry. I learn everyday why people hate California and its shallow city people.
The coffee is too strong and too bitter. They built this place with no electrical outlets in the customer seating area in order to prevent you from using five watts of their electricity to charge your phone. The bathrooms only have blow dryers to dry your hands, which blow all the germs in the air onto your wet hands, and the dryers dont even supply heated air, so they dont dry your hands. No paper towels.
Saw that they opened not too long ago. This place made me smile even if it was packed today being as there was an event at the nearby Golden 1 Center. Actually, most everyone there did not mind the wait.We got to try their seasonal creations. The Staff are great and they even apologized for the wait.If one comes here to actually try the Reserve items, please enjoy the wait. There is an art to proper coffee making. It is meant to be sipped not gulped and enjoy it.
I absolutely had to review this location because of their new Mercato food offerings that are apparently being tested in only a few small markets.Wow... Just wow!!!! I first tried the grilled cheese and was blown away by the flavor and texture. As the sandwich is heated up, the cheeses melt and crisps into the amazing sourdough bread. The end result is a crispy delicious sandwich, guey with cheese in the center, bursting with flavor at every bite.Next, I had to try their Almond Butter Strawberries and Jam on Wheat sandwich. Also warmed in the oven, this sandwich is a PB&J on steroids. They literally pureed fresh strawberries.I cant wait to go back and try their other Mercato offerings!!!A picture is worth a thousand words, so look at the attached pictures, get hungry, and be sure to stop in and try out these new offerings!!
I normally find Starbucks to be acceptable but not extraordinary coffee, and this is no exception but the ambiance of the reserve location and the extra menu options are quite nice. I had a nitro dirty chai, it was good and I would have it again, not quite the same kick as the regular nitro cold brew though.
Slow as hell. Slowest Starbucks ive been to so far
This Starbucks doesnt have any of the specialty drinks to make it a reserve.
I really enjoy the Starbucks reserve. They always make really quality drinks and its such a relaxed experience. I came here with my girlfriend. She got a latte and I got an affogato. I highly recommend the affogato. Especially if you mix it all together at the end! Quality coffee, different drinks from the normal Starbucks options, and a really nice atmosphere. Service was fast and polite!
Consistent and convenient. Employees at this location are very accommodating and Ive seen them have to put up with alot of disrespectful customers. PERKS of this location: fast service- accessible restroom - mellow vibe with both indoor outdoor seating optionsPerfect place to meet a friend or go solo
This Sacramento location is really reserved for the best of the best Starbucks coffee! Prices are a little higher, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for! Location is great next to the G1C. Occasionally, you might get a homeless person come inside. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Unisex bathrooms are clean! Seating is very comfortable.
Reserve is nice, pretty busy though in the AM as to be expected. Drinks come out relatively fast. Sometimes youll catch a bball player in there which is cool.
Hot Chocolate at Starbucks is a lot of money. Like $5 two times a week adds up! And my monthly food budget is $100 so if 50% of that goes to hot chocolate...lets just say Im only skinny looking because Im poor! BUT something about Starbucks hot chocolate when its made right just makes being hungry worth it. And when the person making it is super nice to me, well that makes my day. BUT whats with the high prices for peppermint hot chocolate? Like give us a discount Starbucks your stocks are in the billions. Sorry had to vent. But this location has very nice employees.
Great time, brunch had bottomless mimosa which was fun. Carmen our server was such a wonderful person. Would highly recommend.

Its a good place to go and have a coffee and a baked good when you dont want too be alone. Theres always hustle and bustle and the core and coffee drinks are. Good
This Starbucks is beautifully designed. The location is one of my favorites since its beside many other restaurants and places to go around with the family, you can easily spend an hour there.People are always super nice and friendly. Chai tea latte is one of my favorites and the matcha tea latte (I think that was the name).
As far as Starbucks goes, this location is the best! It has a much wider and more exclusive selection than your local spot. Additionally, its right in DOCO so you can stop by on your other shopping, food, or event excursions.
These Batistas deserve hazard pay and a security guard. The amount of homeless people they have to deal with, and other people that come into the store and cause utter mayhem in the course of an hour or two is unbelievable. I applaud them for trying to keep the guests protected from the cussing, water throwing, insults, and everything else they had to deal with.
The most Eccentric Starbucks Yet! A for sure quiet get away! Great Baristas! Great energy! Coffee Anyone!
Great location with great, fast service! The employees were super nice and helpful. It’s a pretty large location, which is great, and very clean. There was a bit of a lunchtime “rush hour,” but that didn’t affect the service or quality of food and drink.
My favorite location on K st beautiful spacious well seating. I love the atmosphere of this location. call it home positive vibes. Love you guys keep up the awesome job. Love Malali k
Sacramentos own Starbucks reserve! My boyfriend loves the cold brew malt. I have a handful of favorites! Ask lots of questions, and if you dont like something, they will help you find the right drink! Must experience this, especially if you love coffee!
Michael, needs some customer service training at this location. He does not represent Starbucks as he should be. He made me feel uncomfortable during our transaction and made others customers feel the same way.Ps. Put your menu behind the registers so you can see when you’re ordering! Lovely store.
I came to this Starbucks with my dearest friend and the place provided me with one of the most magical moments I have ever had with her, and the place was really really modern, spacious and buzzing. Thank you this Starbucks store for your contribution to my happiness..
Shwanky Starbucks. Kind of a hip feeling to the place. It is still a Starbucks though so coffee is ok but consistent. One downside to this location is the amount of people, theres almost always a line and the seating is fairly limited.
Always an amazing experience! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and amazing drinks every time! Shop is kept clean and always has a comfortable atmosphere to be in.
I had a fantastic experience! Baristas took their time to answer my questions and engage about coffee. I really appreciated it. The location is beautiful on top of it!
This is an exceptional staff, very friendly, courteous and listened to how I wanted my order!! Double dose of great!!I always order a chai tea latte made at kids temp, often is too hot to drink but tonight ...perfection. Also had a pumpkin bread. Very yummy.
Nice inviting staff. Clean and safe. Nice place to grab a coffee or tea before or after events at DOCO.
Very nice Starbucks outside the golden 1 center. Much nicer and more spacious than a typical Starbucks, but otherwise the drinks are as you know and love. The seating and atmosphere are good, and there is so much to do in this area nowadays. Good jumping off point for a Saturday downtown.
Your coffee was good as usual. I love their vanilla scones when they have them, they run out quickly. The only negative is that the lines are so long in the Drive-Thru or even inside.
Taylor, coffee expert, made me an amazing coffee malt. She made suggestions and upgraded my drink. I was super happy and satisfied with the customer service and the friendliness of the staff
Comfortable and roomy starbucks, Super nice staff! Miles and Madeline are so welcoming helpful and knowledgable. Ill definitely be back to this location.
Needed a cup of hot water to make baby oatmeal. They refuse to give or sell hot water. Nice.
Typical Starbucks, nothing special besides the renovation and a new bar area that offers some expensive drinks.
Oh man this Starbucks is better than the ones that I have near my home we have espresso machines and they look really cool
Slowest Starbucks in the region. Its the only Reserve location but the slowest also. Its common for it to take 20+ minutes to get a drink with maybe 2 orders ahead of you
Excellent experience!!We r traveling in the states, I lost the wallet (with cash and credit cards inside )for unknown reason, but I found it next day at the coffee shop with the help of JANET, (I hope I got her name right!) her smile and the assistance sure is the most beautiful scenery in Sacramento!!KT YU
Starbucks is one of the best But steamers is RIGHT ON PEG THE BOMB. MMMMMMMM YUMMY...
I love coffee and starbucks makes somw of the best i have ever had. Check this place out.
Very clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and attentive. Clean bathrooms also.
Nice place to hang out while I wait for the train. The wiFi has a nice strong signal, sometimes I even buy something there! (Coffee, roll, whatever..)
Starbucks Reserve. Love the Reserve drinks you CANNOT get any where else. Also serve regular Starbucks coffee items. Have Reserve Coffee merchandise only sold here. I love the seating inside at the Reserve Bar. Very convenient to Old Sacramento, Downtown and Midtown. Worth checking out. I go often. I love the Hazelnut Blanco Latte. 😋
The Starbucks that is located right by Capital One arena is probably one of the best and nicest Starbucks Ive ever been. they got awesome coffee selection and unique coffee brewing techniques. and the staff is amazing.
This Starbucks is so in the future it doesnt even look like a regular starbucks. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, great customer serive, great location.
Great experience. Specialty coffees. Nice vibe!
Conveniently located Starbucks. Good for pick up and go since this is in a busy area. Not ideal for sitting, doing work, etc.
This Starbucks is very nice, being that it is a reserve store oh, but it is also very slow and does not have a great flow. Nice to visit once in awhile, but not worth going out of the way for.
Starbucks reserve is pretty cool. A neat experience if youve never been to one. Cheaper than all the artisanal coffee shops around downtown. Remember when Starbucks was the expensive one? #doco
Amazing service. Top quality reserve bar. To anyone unaware, (person who complained about outlets), this is not a regular starbucks. You aren’t meant to stay for hours. But instead enjoy every minute of the uniquely available services. This is one of FIVE stores like this in the country. Feel lucky.
Great location if you want to see the capital and downtown. Great coffee as always!
The service is great, fast and very friendly staff. Its clean and close to my job.
A very modern Starbucks, however very slow taking orders even though it wasnt busy.
It beautiful place nice work very friendly and helpful thank you this best place yall build in sacramento love it I give this a million star
THEY DONT VALIDATE!!!!I work for postmates, in app it says park in parking structure before 24hr fitness. if YOU DONT VALIDATE, dont tell people to park there. parking cost me 2.50$ got payed 3.25$ for the delivery.
Cant stand coffee taste and hate their politicizing coffee shops. Plus theres just too many of them, like weeds.
Its Starbucks, one doesnt come here for the coffee (not good) unless its one of their sugary, calory rich drinks which although great cant be called coffee. What one comes in here for is to neet people, sit down, work or have conversations... But what makes me come back is the amazing staff they have. Their employees seem genuinely happy and it shows in their service.
Great service! Awesome choices of coffee! I highly recommend trying your coffee with Nitro the flavors are more distinguishable.
I am not the biggest fan of Starbucks coffee, but I was excited to try Starbucks Reserve. At first I was impressed, but then I received my cappuccino. I was immediately dissapdissap as I didnt realize that I had to specify that I wanted my drink to be reserve. I thought it would be assumed or at the very least be given the option to upgrade. The foam on my cappuccino was also disappointing being composed of chunky macro foam that was just dolloped on top instead of the smooth micro foam that is normally poured in. It also would have been nice to be given the option to use a mug instead of the normal to-go cup. I would be open to giving Starbucks Reserve a second chance, but it will take some time. As of right now I do not recommend, check out your local roasters instead
Nice for early walk good employees nice way to start the day
Beyond disappointing experience from this morning’s coffee run. Walked into this bustling Starbucks earlier and an elderly homeless woman queued the line behind me. I noticed myself and people ahead of me in the line began to find the odor of the woman behind me to be unpleasant, but she was minding her own business and patiently waiting for her turn in line. As I was waiting with still a few people ahead of me, an employee walked out from behind the counter and proceeded to very loudly call the attention of the woman behind me. He demanded that she would need to leave the store without being served and did not offer her any time or assistance otherwise. The woman responded by holding up her own Starbucks card to show that she was a paying customer and he very dismissively said, “You need to leave.” His voice carried through the shop, calling most attention of the other customers and the woman proceeded to walk as an 80+ year old woman would outside to exit. A few customers exchanged looks and a young man who had been in line followed the woman out to ask her what he could get her. He came back in, queued the back of the line and those of us who were still at the front of the line told him to go ahead to serve the woman waiting outside first. A few customers individually purchased something for the woman to eat/drink and the woman graciously said thank you and replied with a warm holiday greeting. I don’t know where to begin with what makes me angry about this situation. It being the holidays? Or a cold winter morning? Or the fact that she was a paying customer? Or an elderly woman? Or how about the simple fact that she was another human being who was minding her own business. The complete lack of compassion and sensitivity on behalf of this employee is ridiculous. And having worked in the corporate/franchise food industry I know for a fact that there is always a way to give a little extra. So here’s my review: lose the lamo hipster image and show some empathy to fellow human beings.
Reserve location so baristas are top notch and decor is elevated. Better than your average Starbucks experience.
Great coffee shop with a friendly staff and delicious drinks. Little pricey but worth it
Decor and style is beautiful, but like previous person mentioned no Outlets...actually they do have them but they are located 12 ft above the ground where you cant reach them LOL bring a ladder if you want to use them.
Its Starbucks, no suprises, except maybe this one was kinda slow for a walk-in...maybe they didnt plan for all the Pride Parade foot traffic? I also dont go to Starbucks very often, so...maybe the speed is normal? Took about 10 minutes for an Americano.
I went here for breakfast. nice place and I came early right when they opened tho not to crowded. seating is limited and mostly just a mounted table along the window. the usual good Starbucks coffee and food. when I left it got mute crowded...
I love how they ground your beans for free Starbucks beans for Mothers Day
Just another Starbucks. Electrical outlets for phone charging would be nice.
Love the place, nice and clean. Nicely polite staff.
I like the atmosphere and menu specialties, but the rest rooms need more attention on cleanliness.
Such a awesome locations 7th and K right next to the arena beautiful setting suspicious and Great Bridge service love you guys thank you for having such an awesome line of coffee thank you.
The place is great, clean, and a comfortable place to spend some time. I ordered the pick drink and by the taste, the strawberries seemed a bit rotten. I had an unpleasant, bitter after taste.
Such a fun Starbucks. Make sure to try out the Reserve Bar options for a whole other level of Starbucks. Obsessed with this place.
A nice brand new coffee shop.
