This is the first time I went to see this optometrist. I really liked Dr. Lee (I think was her name). She was pleasant and down to earth. I brought in two pairs of frames I had purchased somewhere else and got my eye exam and lenses here. One of the lenses was covered by medi-cal and the other I paid cash. I was told when I left that they would be ready in two weeks. I left messages at the 2 week mark and never got my calls returned. When I finally got in touch with someone she said that medi-cal glasses take 3 weeks. No one could explain why. No one could explain why I didnt get the pair I paid for in cash, in two weeks. I finally picked up my glasses at 3 weeks and still couldnt get an explanation as to why. I went home and saw that the lenses I paid for with medi-cal were not fixed inside the frame causing them to be crocked on my face. I called several times and voice mail picked up, outside of their lunch hour, and their voicemail box was full so I couldnt leave a message. I ended up driving across town to go there in person where they fixed the lenses and didnt apologize but instead minimized the issue. So waiting a week longer because I used medi-cal and couldnt get glasses that were ready to be worn, having to drive back to get them fixed...I wont be going there again. They are pleasant and soft spoken but their service isnt good.

I really wanted to write a good review because doctor fong was super nice and helpful the first time I visited in 2020. I went to get new glasses. However, after receiving them, they werent clear and I contacted the office with the problem. The front desk people insisted that I try it for a week to adjust. When I finally went back because it wasnt any better, turns out the prescription on the glasses were wrong. Took me a lot of headache and a whole month to finally get my correct glasses. When I go in to get my glasses adjusted, the person made me feel crazy for thinking they are uneven, and overall they didnt seem like they wanted to help me. They sounded annoyed and I am bothering them. Every time I call, the front desk is really rude and overall I just hate the experience calling and going there. Will not be returning.

Dr. Fong was great. His administrative assistant is very nice and welcoming. The Doctor himself was very personable and professional. He gets things going and is easy to talk to. They seem to be keeping up with the latest technology on eye scans and have a nice selection of frames. Highly recommend it here.

Nice place and excellent staff!I went here because it was within walking distance from my house and it works with the insurance I have. I was very pleased!The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.Dr. Fong was very nice, professional, and took all the time needed for my visit. I wasnt rushed or made to feel ignorant.They had many options for glasses including very inexpensive ones and my glasses were ready in less than a week.Over-all it was a great experience and I would recommend this office to anybody!

I absolutely hate going to the doctor for anything, optometry included. However, wearing glasses makes it a necessity. My first visit to this office left a solidly positive impression on me. Dr. Fong is personable and efficient, and clearly loves his profession. The office is small and parking is tight but I had no problem for an 11:00 appointment. Everything is clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. I highly recommend this office for your optometry needs.

Dr Fong and staff have been providing services for my family for well over 10 years. Always with Proffesional care and service. I wouldn’t look to go anywhere else. We thank you guys.

My 3 children & I have been patients of Dr. Fongs for over 20 years...(hope that doesnt make him feel old LOL) then my granddaughter became his patient! I absolutely love his kind & caring spirit, along w/his truthful consultations. The office is ALWAYS clean, and Kim is an AWESOME office manager. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Friendly staff and Dr. Fong. I was seen quickly. My eyes were in pain and doctor was able to see me within 2 hours of my phone call appointment.

Love the selection of frames! Im still wearing my Salvatore Ferragamos!
