This place was really disorganized and the vibe felt really ghetto honestly. I also didnt appreciate how I was made to wait 20 minutes for a staff member to open the gate for propane, only to find that they are out. Really? Better management wouldve at least told us at the start that they have none. Never again!

That Walmart is very nice clothing section a little hammered but stocked and you can use cash in self checkout which is a biggie for me

Was there two days in a row and couldn’t find anyone to help with opening enclosed shelves. Poor customer service to say the least. You guys don’t want to lose money on people stealing those products, but hell don’t sell them at all since no one who works there can find a key.

This is the Walmart that is close to my house I usually go there all the time for most of this stuff I need for me and my family.Overall experience is good as they always have what I need. Staff is good.I have to return two three items sometimes and it was also very convenient.

This place has bad cashiers and rude customers. I waited in line for 20 minutes and then i was told i could not buy beer it was 10:30 pm. I could have if the cashier knew what she was doing and the customer who took her time to use her cell phone. people that use their cell phones to make purchases should have that set and ready to go. It is like when you buy a cart load of goods and then when done you whip out your check book and take you sweet time writing out the check. 😣

Ask an associate to get a cart to bring a safe to the front cash registers so I could continue shopping. She was quick to find a young man who promptly handle it. He even loaded into my vehicle. Only problem it is not the safe I wanted so now I must go back to the store and exchange it. Praying its not going to be a hassle

First time doing grocery pick up and I had no substitutions!!! Employees were prompt, asked me simple questions like where did I want my bread and eggs placed (honestly I forgot about telling them that info). Order was accurate. I will do it again especially for grocery pick vs driving to west sac.

Wallys World is always busy. Lines were moving pretty fast. Whats not to like one-stop shopping most of the time. Something for everyone on a tight budget. Great customer service.

This was the most organized, clean, spacious, and orderly Walmart that I have ever been in. From the first moment I walked in, I noticed the difference right away. The front entrance was not cluttered with things, it was open and inviting. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

No deli, no air conditioning (feels so humid inside vs outside), many items are never in stock (even if the app says “in stock” not “limited”), and no dedicated fresh food section. It really sucks to have a Walmart this big with no deli or a fresh food section. I drive to the West Sac one because nothing is ever here. Extra gas, but it’s only 9 minutes from this one. I’ll live.

I can usually find what Im looking for at Wal Mart, but the one thing I dont like is the policy that requires me to pay for any personal care items like cosmetics, dental products, shave, hair care, body creams and lotions, etc., at the register in the personal care section. This is extremely inconvenient when I still have shopping to do in other areas of the store. I only want to stand in line to check out one time. I dont want to explain to an employee at a front or back register or self checkout that Im not ringing up certain items because I already paid for them in another area. This policy is only enforced when there is an employee assigned to work the personal care section register, which defeats whatever reason the policy was developed for to begin with!

They keep things locked up and you have to wait for someone to come retrieve items, trying to find someone with a key is a hassle. Then you have long lines to check out.

So I am from So Cal and this walmart was backwords. Few staff, which is normal for the times right now, but the ones who were there were overwhelmed. Maria helped me in the tech area and she was doing the best with what she was dealt, she had people coming demanding things, and a line of people. She deserves a combat medal for the effort she put forth. Now, for the store it has one of the worst layouts Ive come across, along with terrible selections. They seem to cater to clothing and home goods at this location but I was going to produce and food items, I was able to browse their 4 freezer aisles, but they were stocking early day rather at night, so there was large carts blocking access to most items.

I just love Walmart. They have practically everything you need and the prices are reasonable.No pictures taken

They were stocking in the late afternoon, so there were pallets of brown cardboard boxes in multiple aisles throughout the store, making it nearly impossible to reach and shop some departments. It was also obvious they were very short on help, as many departments were half empty and hadnt been straightened out in over a day. It was definitely not the most comfortable store to shop and find anything.

It doesnt have that touch like it used too customer service was great before now it just passes prices or up no help in depts cashiers not smiling some workers dont know what there talking about they dont have everything you need I wanted a laptop that was priced 129.99 samsung chrome demo right in front I paid for it and got a box half the size that was shown workker says the demo never looks like the one you going to get she argued with me called a manger he. Did the same thing too spent 300.00 dollars and came out with nothing but a few items it was like going into a haunted d house the workers came out when it was time to pay time to grab your receipt that was it.

Everything is okay. but the sporting good. Need worker or employee got to wait for a while for some one to show up for help.

Well done, this location is not our normal spot, most Walmarts in the area offer meat, vegatables, & fruit. This location did not whether its only temporary during a regularly scheduled remodel is unclear. Overall a positive experience

Walmart never seems to suprise me. The staff are useless. Staff doesnt know the layout of their own stores. I rely more on the mobile app then on the staff.I understand its not the employees fault but having boxers and socks locked up is ridiculous. The wait times in this particular Walmart to get boxers or socks out of the cage is ridiculous. Clicking the red button almost guarantees you a 15+ wait time. As said before the staff are useless.Lines are quite ridiculous and of course never more then two registers open. I dont understand how a multi billion dollar corporation doesnt have enough cashiers. Sounds and looks like Walmart is too busy spending money on politics and pandering to certain groups and organizations. But at the end I still will shop at Walmart just avoiding the staff and doing my best to find my own products and will stand in line for 20+ minutes. It is Walmart after all...

I really liked this walmart. There was way more of a selection than the one in my hometown. I also liked how customers werent forced to checkout beauty products separately.

Walmart employee is taking all the good sports cards before the store opens so customers can never get any. He walked out with a full cart at 5am and the store doesn’t open till 6am. Where’s the management? Customers should have an opportunity to buy product and not just employees.

Redecorating my place brought flower pots and repotted some plants.

Always had a wonderful experience every time I go into the store the staff go out of their way to reach items that I cant reach work you know locate stuff that they dont have on a shelf in the back never had a issue or an attitude theyre always smiling and they do the best they can. Everything was in plain sight and in order for shopping. I was able to take my time, wasnt very crowded for how many people were there. And the encap displays save me lots of money.

If you go very early between 8 or 9 am you will have the most pleasant experience! Only complaint is the employees are busy stocking so theyre not very helpful. I do understand though because they have things to get done. They do need to remember the customer is spending 💰🤑

Well supplied but trying to get a couple t-shirts or socks is a pain. Product is locked in some areas so finding some one to open lock which takes more time.overall love it.Lots of stuff to check out.Dont forget to install the app.you will be surprised at how much other product is available for pick up and delivery.

This walmart was a great place to find gifts for my nieces birthday! They had a great selection of girls clothing to choose from and many hair bows which I got one for 2.00!!! That was a great find considerig some bows go for 10 12 dollars. I also found a great toy for her! They have a great selection of toys and priced well. They had a good selection of birthday cards to choose from and I was able to find a great frozen themed card to go with the frozen themed gift bag and balloon. I really enjoyed my shopping experience and the staff was friendly and helpful. I also bought about 100 dollars worth of groceries, they had a great selection of food and priced well. I got a lot of food for 100 bucks and I was pleased with the cashier she was very friendly and made me laugh a few times and was very pleasant. I would definitely go here over other walmarts closer to me. Its worth the 10 to 15 min drive to get too rather than the Walmart 5 min away. It was very clean and well taken care of with many clean carts available and it was nice to see the carts being cleaned often. I would recommend this walmart to my friends and family for sure.

We went looking for a relative obscure item, a cart to move groceries from car to house, and the employees were very helpful.We found it with the help and it works great.

This has to be the worst Walmart I have ever been to. Dirty parking lot, and Dirty store. People were trying to enter the exit door without face mask and employees were yelling go to the other door. The shelves were empty, it felt like I was shopping in an old flea market. I asked an employee if they were going out of business, she said no. I picked up a bottle of tire cleaner and when I got to check out there was no bar code on it and the lady said I cant sell it to you, it was the last one on the shelf. Another employee looked it up and asked the first cashier to key in the price for me. If at all possible avoid shopping at this Walmart location. I will not shop here again and I recommend that you shop at a different Walmart location as well.

Walmart in natomas needs a reboot. Unlike most Walmart stores that have fresh produce, fresh dairy, bakeries, fresh meat, natomas walmart has nothing of the sort. Corporate needs to bring natomas walmart into 2021

This Walmart is Not Safe!!I went there last night and there were a large amount of young adults/teens causing straight up chaos. One of them slammed into me while I was shopping and caused a glass bottle to fall right by me and explode. It completely destroyed my shoes that hold a great sentimental value for me since my mom got them for me a while back. When I tried to talk to the manager about it he was rude, dismissive, and said not his/store’s problem. It real bothered me that he was much nicer and respectful to the large group of people causing chaos, such as flipping trash can outside, yelling/causing a scene with other customers trying to start a fight… Go to literally any other Walmart, it can’t be more dangerous than this one.

Were just for too many people there and sometimes the clerks are not that polite. I did receive expert guidance when I purchased my vacuum in the team leader was extremely patient in locating and bringing the item to the register and then opening an actual physical register for clerk helped me so I didnt need to wait cuz Im disabled and where I was able to make the purchase via a customer service representative

Dont buy groceries from here. A third of eggs came broken and remaining were about to go bad. A gallon milk went sour a week ahead of expiration date. Normally I would give this kind of performance two stars or lower. But its very easy to return grocery items and walmart will immediately credit. So Im giving it three stars and continue to shop here.
