Got triple charged for an item. Tried calling support line multiple times to try and get the problem corrected. No pick up during open hours. I understand that new hires will make mistakes; however, it is up to management to correct them.Ended up losing 30$ in groceries. Just be sure to double check your receipt when youre purchasing a large amount of groceries.
I came in today around noon and used the money services. Erica provided excellent customer service. She was very knowledgeable and had a great demeanor. I haven’t visited Walmart for money services in over 5 years. I’m an online shopper because Walmart has a history of bad customer service, so I never shop in person. I came in with a minor issue with a paper check and Erica resolved it quickly. Also, she thanked me for my patience. I appreciate the service she provided today. Give her kudos and a raise! It’s very rare to find employees that provide great service these days. Thanks Erica! 👍🏾
Excellent store, I like the way it looks and it’s seems to always be clean and organized most days of the week. Some of the Walmart associates could use a little more training on the other departments, because they don’t seem to know much about their own store. Key, just go visit the other departments and learn about it so your customer service can improve overall. In any event, this is a top notch Walmart store!
This was the best Walmart I have ever been to very clean stocked with more things then I have ever seen at other Walmarts.

Its a joke. I live 3 minutes away and was so happy when it got built. I shouldnt have gotten my hopes high.You call? The phone rings and rings before youre disconnected. I NEVER get anyone on the phone. Ever. In fact ive called 7 times tonight. STILL trying to get threw with no luck. Store hours say there open for 3.5 more hours so i have no idea whats going on.When im in the store? Dont expect help. You will find employees but if your looking for help in a specific section (like photos) you wont get it. They just put bodies there. The person stationed there doesnt know how to help so you both run around the store looking for another employee to help who does know what to do. Last time I sent in 1 hour photos - got an email saying the were ready - went in 3 hours later and they were not even printed.This whole store is a straight JOKE. Drive to another walmart. Any walmart.
Ive always loved Walmart and their flexible hours. They have competitive pricing, and its a overall great place to shop no matter what your needs are. Im rating this place 5 stars.
Not a great shopping experience. Choices in grocery werent good. A lot of bare shelves of items I intended to add to my cart. Went to the mens clothing section and couldnt find hardly anything in my size. Cant say that Im impressed, wish I could though. 🖖
I love shopping at this Walmart location. You can pretty much find everything you need and all the products are not on lock down like the other locations.
Good place to get you shopping fix. This place has everything you need from groceries to home goods. The grocery price are better then some of the other places I have shop. I love the personal care section as well.
I like this Walmart store because it tends to be a little cleaner than some of the others in the area.My frustration comes from the fact that many items ring up higher than their shelf price.I am very meticulous about my shopping, I read the pricing on the shelf and the description of the item to make sure that I have the correct item, and while they are very accommodating when it comes to making the adjustment it’s frustrating that it’s not correct in the first place.
Not too crowded. Great greeter upon entry. Self-check staff, very helpful. A customer even paid my grandsons bill. It was a lovely experience.
Open early and has a great selection of products from housewares to groceries. They do offer a convenient drive-thru pharmacy pickup although it can be a bit of a wait going through the process the first time around. The store could do a better job of staying on top of cleaning/sanitizing. Ive been several times throughout the last few weeks and they havent restocked the sanitizing wipes for carts. Ive also never witnessed the carts being cleaned like other stores do. Surprisingly havent had too much of an issue going through regular or self-checkout. Even when theyre busy, the employees work efficiently and quickly enough to move the lines along without too much delay. I also visited the subway inside last week - the employees need to be mindful of washing hands for the proper amount of time - if at all - after coming back from their breaks and servings guests!
Its usually fine there - pretty nice and clean for a Walmart. But the last time I went to pick up an item Id ordered online, just one single item, but there were a ton of cars there but just a few people running out orders, so I waited for at least 45 minutes. They dont seem to have a very smooth system. I would have thought theyd prioritize me since I only had one item, but other cars were getting whole trunk fulls of bags of items ahead of me.Part of my issue with this is that Id never meant to order that item online in the first place, but their web site and app merges everything together so that its difficult to know what youre buying in store and what youre ordering online. I know that isnt the fault of this location, but I wish that Walmart would change this!
Not enough cashier open, two only with lines of 10 plus and same with self checkout. I dont want delivery or pick up. I go to shop. Please do better. This has been a regular problem. Also electric carts are always broken so I do less shopping do to being disabled. Please fix this!!!
This is the cleanest walmart Ive ever encountered. The staff is always friendly and polite to my dog xena and I. Never takes long when you need an associate for an item. I find myself going here for things Id normally grab at my local grocery store.

Horrible horrible horrible. I littlerly dont know why I go to this Walmart. Its horrible how slow the cashiers are, as if they purposely try to move as slow as possible. The managers are always standing around just talking and laughing no care in the world about the state of the store which is dirty and empty. Then today the cashier was not wearing a mask on her face but under chin and then continued to wipe her nose and touch our product we are buying. What is going on corporate. I myself am a store manager for a retail store and not one of my employees acts like this. We take pride in ourselves and customers. Corporate I really would look into this specific location.
This is probably one of the better Walmarts in the area.
Parking lot is full of shopping carts. No shopping carts in the store. No bags in the self checkout.
I had great customer service when I returned some items. Anyone I encountered who works here was kind and helpful.School supplies were basically out of stock practically, but I wasnt shopping for that so it was not an issue. Maybe everyone is stocking up extra after no school shopping last year due to the pandemic?
What can I say? It is Wal-Mart, but the prices are right. This store in particular is huge and has a pretty good selection of supplies. This time, they didnt have everything I needed and I ended up going to a further location in order to get all the supplies in one shop. This was an unusual shop for me though, so now I know which location to go to when I need those particular supplies. It is otherwise, my go to store for my all in one shop.
Customer service from the general manager Carmela was horrible ! She should be retrained or demoted! She has actitud! She left me talking by myself & couldnt even look at me! She walked off to the employees room! If I could fire her Id definitely do it! Never going back to Wal-Mart again! Id rather spend my money somewhere else!
The pick up associates are always so friendly and service is quick, I drive across town because Ive always had great experiences here.
Stay away on the weekends if you can. Management either does not hire enough people or not managing the people they have correctly. 30+ min wait times to purchase should not be the normal when you need over 20 items. Target ftw.

Overall you can find a variety of items in one location. Only suggestion is that the bathroom items be placed in an unlocked shelf. It is such a hassle and darn near impossible to find an employee let alone the right employee with a key to access body soap. In addition they will hold the items at a register or you have to pay at a specific counter. This is a nuance especially if your buying more than that. Please change this policy.
Its a Wal-Mart, seems well stocked for the times. A lot of the people who shop there give off a bad vibe, but I dont go for the ambience. They need more checkers, there are always lines. If you need help with something you might be waiting awhile, if they even get back to you. Customer service is not a priority here. Still, a need is served.
The birthday cake that my son ordered was ready when we picked up. The best cake I have ever tasted and they did a great job on creating it.

Great as far as Wal-marts go. Reasonably clean, helpful staff. Pharmacy is excellent. As with all Wal-marts, the meat and produce arent that great so I usually only go for staples when grocery shopping.

I do like this Walmart everybody that works there is kind only thing that is a drag is they run out of product thats the only reason why I gave them three stars otherwise based on people who work there I would give them five stars. Thats just my experience I hope yours is good too
Unacceptable Customer Service!Yesterday, Sunday 10/10/21 I took my sisters to get a TV. I checked online before going to the store and it was in stock however, the one I wanted was not on the sale floor. I asked an associate if he could check the back and was told there were no TVs in the back and the online inventory was not always up todate. I then noticed there were TVs in the center isle between electronics and jewelry so I checked there but no luck, so I asked another associate walking by if there were TVs anywhere else in the store. And after explaining as I did to the first associate, Alexis scanned the barcode and said there were 21 in stock and there should be 11 on the floor so she would check the back for me. 10 minutes later she returned with good and bad news. They were in stock but on the top shelf and the guy trained to bring them down did not work weekends. But she was the area lead and would be there tomorrow if I wanted to come back in the morning (today Monday) she would make sure it was down for me. She even offered to give me her number so I could let her know when I was on my way. I said, okay great I would come back in the morning. At that point I was not upset I didnt not appreciate the first employee providing with inaccurate information, but Alexis had gone above and beyond to provide the best customer service. Do I wish Walmart was more on top of things yes there should have been 11, 55 TCL TVs on the floor like the website said, but thats not on the asssociates. Today, Monday 10/11/21 however, I left the store quite upset. Upon arriving at the store this morning around 10:06 I headed straight to the electronics department however there were no 55 TCL on the floor so I went to the associate at the register and explained what happened yesterday, he said he would see what was going on. He came back 5 minutes later to say someone was going to bring it down, 15 minutes after that a 2nd associate came over saying there was a 65 on the floor. The 1st associate said no its the 55, they spoke for a moment then the second associate walked off. The first associate then returned to his register and said nothing, so I asked if there was a problem and was told the associate that brings them down is busy so they are looking for someone else. I then asked if Alexis was avaliable and was told she did not work Mondays, so he called her, Alexis remembered me and said she would call Joshua (she was on speaker so that may not be the name) to bring it down for me. The 1st associate said okay and they hung up, he then left to help another customer. About 5 minutes later the second associate returned to reconfirm the Tv I was asking for, I waited another 13 minutes for the same associate to come back and tell me that the guy was going to bring it down now but it was going to be another 20 to 30 minutes at this point its 10:50, I have been in the store for over 40 minutes. Why would I want to wait for another 30 minutes? And why would it even take 30 minutes to bring a palete down if he was doing it right now? I am very upset with the level of service I have recieved and that not only did I waste my time driving over to purchase a product I was assured would be brought down earlier this morning but there was clearly miscommunication between the associates which led to me waiting 40 plus minutes for something that I still do not have. If the first associate had returned to tell me the person who brings down the TVs was busy and I was looking at an hour wait I would have just left but he kept saying it was coming so I patiently kept waiting for nothing.
They always have 2 cashiers no matter how busy it is, so dont plan on an in n out situation.
I have tried calling 5 times in the last hour to ask a simple question trying to find something out so I could decide whether or not a trip to this store would be a waste of my time. Not once did anyone pick up and the first 3 attempts all rang until the call was forced to end.I get that this is a larger store and that theyre very busy but this was simply acceptable.
I was going to give 0 customer service. But its not fair to all. There is one guy who is helpful, and one lady who try to help. Out of the 4 Walmart employee that I ask to locate certain items. I was trying to locate an item, but the item was out of stock. They however never update their inventory. I order through both online and purchase in person.
No matter the time of day, there seems to never be staff around that can assist with questions while searching for particular items. Self check-out lanes do not have bags and when you asking the associate in the area for bags, he or she does not offer assistance. Why is the associate even there? To socialize with other staff and not provide service?

Nowadays I just do curbside pickup. Its very convenient. Theyve really got it down. They have limited some of the things you can order which is a bit odd but not a deal breaker. Weird items like tempura isnt available for curbside. But you cant beat someone loading up the groceries for you. You can even approve your substitutions. Its pretty cool and free.
Been a member of Walmart + delivery for a year. Am disabled and limited in mobility. This store has repeatedly taken my money then failed to deliver my groceries on many occasions. They use excuses that are nonsense and never give proper notice. It takes days for reimbursement and that is their only solution. I am left without my groceries or money to purchase replacements with. The worst part is they keep doing this and dont care. This store takes advantage of the disabled community, neglecting and abusing them through repeatedly poor service without excuse. Its understandable that mistakes happen but the same issue keeps occurring over rnad over and it seems there is no effort to fix it. The store manager and those in charge of the delivery clearly dont care and should be fired to protect the vulnerable people of our community being victimized.
This Walmart is clean and well stocked. So many workers stocking shelves. Loved it!
This is my Walmart of choice. Its always clean & neat. I would love to see the availability of mini carts & hand baskets too, though because the large carts are a nuisance in the clothing & beauty aisles especially.
If this is the Delta Shore Super Walmart, my holy God, the biggest most modern, cleanest Walmart I have ever been in. Product choices, availability, quantity of stock unprecedented, an employee stated that the get a 200 pallet delivery on a daily basis, other Walmart, no so.
I had an online order for delivery(58 inch HiSense tv)…. DoorDash calls me and says he can’t fit in in his car (I didn’t know that DoorDash does all of Walmart’s deliveries) and that I should go grab it it might be faster since it’s no guarantee that the next persons car will be able to fit it so I decide to go over there myself and grab it, I call 6 times and spend over 20 minutes on hold and somebody keeps un holding and hanging up on me . So I finally get there after driving from Carmichael all the way to south sac delta shores and I go in to talk to the manager that I am here to pick up my items in person and because they weren’t answering the phone the manager radios the pick up people and they inform her that (in her words) “ they had finally put it into another door dashers car literally 2 seconds ago “ and at this point she was driving away and there was nothing they could do, they aren’t able to contact the driver and I would just have to go home. The manager was nice, she was sweet, and empathetic but I’m leaving this one star review to whoever the dirtbag employee who kept hanging up on me and was neglecting his job . So I wasted so much time and gas and had a very stressful time and everything would’ve been so much easier if they would just pick up the phone and do their jobs.

My usual weekend trip for groceries and supplies. Its always stocked with many things. Food, clothes, electronics and more. Workers are decent, could be better, but Im not mad cause its always so busy. Could hire more people on the cash registers because the lines are so long some times. But good place to definitely get your needs!
I always shop on Sundays, and seems that they are out of alot of items, so probably should shop during the week, other than that I do like this Walmart!

The staff there was really nice today, I needed to find something to distort and have but two of the staff members really went all out to try to find it for me. Its another staff member was very kind and helped me find the eggs as I wasnt familiar as to where they were.When I went to check out the cashier was polite and joked with me and I felt really nice like I meant something to those in the store.Employers supply clean and intelligent.Products Will roll displayed and they were employees all over the place checking placing and restocking but they werent in the way and theyre all willing to be helpful.I would definitely shop there again.
The hiring staff was very pleasant. Im not just brown nosing here, but if they work as well as they can converse about positions, then youre good to go!Not to mention the store is actually picked up after itself. Believe me, Ive seen other areas that look like theyve been ransacked in Sac, but here actually seems like they know what theyre doing.So with that respect I have to give them credit. Its nice to actually enter a store that I can breath in for Gods sake if Im being brutally honest, so props!

This place is almost too large mostly speaking about when it is crowded but if you need a plethora of cheap goods then this is your jam. I would deeply advise avoiding high traffic times as you could easily be stuck in here

Only problem with this Walmart is the same problem they have at most stores in general.. they need more lines open during real busy times., otherwise items are usually stocked and most other shoppers are considerate and respectful
I am a regular shopper however, this time the service was poor at best. I requested assistance several times and evan requested a supervisor with still no response. One of your team members evan said there was no one to assist me at this time. This is not the type of service paying customers want to receive from a chain like Wal-Mart. A very poor experience.
As WM Supercenters go this one is not so bad. More available checkers would make it a better experience. 😁

My experience this time was wonderful Maria in electronics helped me out with my monitor and mouse decision and delivered great customer service. The only complaint this time would be the produce selection was a little slim.
Id like to give a half a star or no star i went into the garden to get propane refilled that went smooth the i went out to do the actual swap out and waited 40 min until some one showed up and had the nerve to say i didnt purchase the exchange. Then I had to wait until it was verified which it was and no apology was made to me.

I was greatly disappointed with my recent visit to Walmart/delta shores.First off there were no sanitizer wipes to clean the carts and no sanitizer available for my hands. When I asked an employee where I might find a certain item, she pointed to the general area and replied should be somewhere over there. She then continued what she was doing. There were several items that I couldnt find that I normally buy monthly. Bare shelves. Needless to say I will not be returning. Their service/stocked items is seriously lacking. Just my opinion.
Great prices. Staff looks over worked. Walked in wanting to pick up 12 common items and they only had 3 of them. This is why Im not a fan of Wally World. I dont know if its another covid blame but services at the register is poor! Sometimes 3 registers and long long lines with 10-20 pepole. nobody guiding how to go about, basically fend for yourself. Otherwise HUGE store and great selection. The self-serve limited items, never enforced.
Very bad experience Aug/28/2021 @3pm -5pm. 2 out 17 counters was active. VERY boring, waiting in long lines and that took around 1 hour to get to the counter and pay for staff. There were other employees walking around and they said they are not allowed to to do cashier task.

WalMart has everything U need. Money Center, Pharmacy, Electronics, Jewerely, Clothes and Sports. I went in @ 9am got all I needed by 9:20am; returned in 2 mins from parking lot and got a large pepperoni pizza for $3.29. WOW

Not many pays on slots. Lunch at noodle place, no taste. My pho was tasteless and my friends chicken chow mein chicken tasted like boiled chicken and no flavor; she left it all. I really wish slots would at least give some $$.
