Called them to get an estimate on an iron fence and gate which needed two concrete columns. The guy came out and took all the measurements and we discussed the details. He said he’ll have his concrete guy call me to come out and discuss the columns. Never heard from him. A week later, I called to let him know we’re still waiting and he couldn’t remember who I was or location. After a minute or so he remembered and told me he’ll call the guy now and have him call me to set up an appointment. Never got a call. Guess they didn’t need the job or it was too hard for them to accomplish (?).

My elderly father who lives off of Norwood Ave contacted Benson to install a new chain link fence and gate for him in his front yard. The whole experience was awesome. The sales representative was nice and not pushy. He also gave us a quote while socal distancing.The install was great as well. The installers Tim and Evan went above and beyond to meet our expectation. Even a month later were still happy we called Benson for our fencing needs.

My RV wooden gate kept blowing down and needed repairs year after year. So I call Benson and Penny told me what size posts to cement in ground. She says she will not build the gate until I tell her the exact length between the two post once installed. I called her and pick-up the parts to put the gate on and it fit perfectly. Im also able to put wood boards back on to hide the metal frame. This gate is so strong you can swing on it. Thank you Penny!

I recommend Benson Fence Company. Ryan was great to work with, knowledgable and responded quickly. Mike and Beau did the installation. They were early, quick, very polite and did a great job. I feel their prices are fair.

Great people and great service. I called looking for a specialty part and spoke to Penny who is very knowledgeable. She not only knew what I needed, she went as far as having me email a picture of the old piece to her so she could make sure that it was in stock in order to save me the trip in case she didnt. The part was in stock, correct, and priced fair! Thanks Penny!!!

How they have two five star ratings is beyond me. Tried dealing with this company twice. both times ended up not purchasing product from them.Just bad customer service. When I called the most recent time the lady acted like I was ruining her day trying to get pricing. I know what I need from the fencing company and I shouldnt have to explain how my company plans on installing the fence so she can understand why i am asking for something specific. If a potential customer asks you for pricing just give it to them. Its that simple. easily cost them at the very least 2 grand.

They were very helpful and reasonably priced. They built us a set of fence posts and rails as well as a gate that worked perfectly. We could not have had a better experience.
