My name is Lori Rubin .. using my husbands google account - having issue with my own. R & S from the start impressed me. The office staff works hard to get an appt. on the books for the customer e.g. day & time. Tyler and Jonathan came out to my dads home 9/20/21. Tyler immediately identified the issues. Unbeknownst to the family there were badly worn rods. Which could have mercy me, snapped at anytime!! He outlined repairs needed associated with our particular LiftMaster unit. However, what was required for the job wasnt on the truck. I expected return visit. But no, Tyler drove to the shop, loaded up .. came right back to finish work order to fruition. The caregiver at the home noted both gentleman were really nice, friendly, professional. I expressed money hardship to Tyler who understood and extended worthy discount. I greatly thanked him for everything .. just dont find people everyday like himself around the corner in present day times. R&S just installed our new warehouse bay doors and they were great. The crew got the job done quickly and professionally. When inside the crew wore masks and had a covid-smart no contact contract signing. They were courteous and even kindly gave me advice on something I was trying to set up in my new warehouse. We have had numerous contractors in and out of the warehouse in the past month and Nick and Daniel were by far the most efficient and professional. Thank you!!

Bang! garage door spring broke last Monday. called R-S, they sent out Tyler Tuesday afternoon. Door back up and working great. Tyler inspected and lubed door and opener, did a great job. I have used R-S in the past and will currently call them again when needed. Les Potter

Had a great experience with rsdoorsandgates. The company sent Tyler Westfall to come out and program my garage door. You see I had paid a company to fix my garage door two days earlier and they left without programming the unit. Tyler was fast and professional. I will never call anyone else. Awesome job!
