A sigh of relief! A few weeks ago the remote for my garage door opener stopped working. My thought was that it was a dead battery. I replaced the battery but then it would only work intermittently. Saturday it wouldn’t work at all. So I called them and they were available to come out Monday afternoon. They did a full safety inspection. For the most part everything was in good condition. They gave me three options. I ended up replacing my old remote (which was decades old), with a universal remote and the recommended maintenance. The service providers were professional, knowledgeable, and patient. They thoroughly explained everything as they went along. I found their pricing was fair, and each service comes with a warranty. I will call call them again if the need arises. Thank you.

He tighten bolts and screws that had nothing to do with what he did and came for, plus he gave out some suggestions in order to make door smoother and better. I contacted them to get an estimate on my garage door which was beginning to malfunction. I felt comfortable with their assessment of what was wrong with the door. The technicians explained that the door springs needed to be changed. I told them that I was on a budget and if it cost to much I would have to wait a few months. After further negotiation we agreed on a price that was suitable and they replaced the springs and performed a courtesy inspection on the functionality of the system. Their positive attitude and professional knowledge contributed to a happy customer.

Tech did an exceptional job fixing our garage door. We were worried we d have to replace the entire door, but instead we only needed to remove the existing spring system, and install torsion springs which was less than third of the cost of replacing the whole door. He was very thorough at explaining everything too, which was appreciated since I don t know much about the mechanics of garage doors. Our garage door would not open due to a broken spring. Leader Local Garage Door answered my call and had someone at my door within an hour. After noting that the spring type had to be changed completely, the serviceman confirmed with his boss and with me that it was ok to pick up the part from the store and replace the spring type. The quote they gave me was honored. The repairman worked quickly. He was finished within the hour and helped tighten the chain, which was slightly loose. Did a great job replacing the bottom panel of the garage that was dented. Every other company I contacted said they couldnt find the panel and told me it was better just to replace the whole thing which would be $850-$1000. With Leader Local Garage Door, I sent them a picture and the model number of the garage. They got the replacement panel without even having to come out. When they got the panel, we scheduled the next day to come and replace it and it was all done so quickly and affordably. We also asked about another garage whos remote didnt work. Instead of taking our business and charging us, they told me what the problem was and how I could replace it myself for cheaper since it was so easy to do it myself. They even looked up the exact thing I had to buy from Amazon right in front of me! I will definitely use them again and I definitely recommend!! Thank you !!

LIFE SAVVERRRRRR!!! Our garage door spring snapped on a mid Saturday afternoon. So trying to call people manually was useless because everyone was booked on appointments!! After our teenager demolished our garage door, we chose a more upscale door and it looks wonderful! The work was done very well. Since we wanted a door with a decorative window, it was ordered and took 3 weeks, but it was worth the inconvenience of not using the garage during that time.
