First time at this eclectic. open box store. Super place for DIY or construction remodel types. Tools, nails, lighting, barbecues, swamp coolers. doors and TONS more stuff. Friendly, helpful staff.

Really cool place. Went in there today to buy a blower and a hedger. Mention to the clerk that I bought a pressure washer there 5 years ago that stopped working recently. He immediately called the technician in and he diagnosed it just by our conversation and gave me the parts to fix it myself. Great customer service and a wonderful small business. Highly recommend it. Theyve got a slot of really cool stuff in there

Needed washer and dryer. Found a great set. After a couple of days the dryer made lound screeching noise so i called and they came out and serviced twice. Same issue again popped up and they recommended i swap out a replacement dryer. I did so and all is well. Great service, great people and so happy with the appliances. Keep that pink sales slip. Free in home service for 60 or 90 days. All labor is free for bring in service after that. Best place to buy appliances in Sacramento for a fraction of the cost.

I had previously posted only one star, totally by accident, and would like to undo the harm. This store is everything the name implies. Everything you can think of and more. We bought a fan very reasonable. It was hard to leave since there was so much to see. You are in for a surprise when you visit here. The people there are very friendly, I felt comfortable talking to them, so I give it the 5 stars they deserve

My roommate and I came in to buy an electric fireplace for our living room. We found just what we were looking for at a great price. Works great, had a short warranty. No problems. This store has household appliances and related stuff. If I were fixing up a house or apartment, I would check here before a big box stores. Im pretty sure that if they dont have what I want, they could find it. Good stuff, good prices, pleasant merchant. I will be back to this store.

I was a little put off at first because the first guy to help me quickly told me no when I asked if they had lawnmowers for under $100. As I was about to leave the customer he was helping pointed out a couple mowers that were exactly $100, so sure the guy told the truth, but obviously wasnt thinking or not motivated to make a sale. Another salesperson approached and asked to help and this guy was all about making the sale and turned my experience around. Now I will say that some of the reviews I read prior to visiting this place seemed true...a little pricey for what is obviously refurbished used items, but I did find a seemingly decent lawnmower and leaf blower within my budget and they let you start and test the products out before buying and they offer a 30 day parts and labor warranty, so thats reassuring. Ive yet to put them to work, but with that warranty and having been pleased with my purchase of a washer from their sister store next door Im confident Ill be pleased with this purchase.

This is like a secondhand store like a thrift store only it is very high priced. Stuff looks used yet selling for retail prices

Tons of great products. Most of their prices are good, but you can also find plenty of great deals. Their selection is huge, only downside is that they store a lot of things outside, so they take on wear from bad weather and too much sun.

Huge selection and save money. We bought a gazebo, BBQ grill, heavy duty storage rack and a weed eater for our new home and saved $$$. Jason gave us a bundle savings on top of the already low prices. Very professional and knowledgeable helped us find whats best for our needs. Yes be patient and have patience they are very busy and the place is huge, but you will receive professional personal service. I will recommend you to my friends who want to save money.

This place is really interesting to see what they have but I saw that the prices are reasonable.

Picked up an A/C window unit here, in October, when theyre impossible to find in most chain stores. Great deal and great service. Really friendly people. Id recommend checking here before buying a new appliance, tools, etc.

The guy said he buys returned appliances from major retailers and used units from when the new units are home delivered and the old units are picked up for hauled away . He said that they refurbish them and sell them but not scratch and dent stuff.Most of the different appliances looked like new but were dented badly .The price on a used washer and dryer combo was less than $200 below Home Depot / Lowes prices for a brand new set with a warranty.After seeing that I was afraid to look at the refrigerators but had to at least check on them. All of them smelled badly and all of them had coffee pods in them trying to negate the stink in them.

Great little refurb and overstock store with surprisingly good selection. Friendly and helpful, and we got a great deal.

For the amount of prictuct they sell, the building is a wee bit small, somewhat crowded. But, the selection theyve got is very nice, from mowers, to appliances and tools. A lot of home improvement hardware is also available. I have to stop by regularly because their inventory changes often.

Ive boughten for washer and dryers and a refrigerator from there Ive never had a problem with either of them

Prices arent great and everything is disorganized. We walked around the back lot for over 30 minutes to find out that stuff isnt for sale. Still waiting for the owner to get back to me for a price quote, since the staff at the counter dont label or catalogue half of their inventory. Ill change my rating if I get a call with a good deal.

Ive been to the store now twice everything is overpriced. For a second hand store then why are they selling at retail prices. If youre going to pay retail prices make sure you buy at a retail outlet Like Home Depot Lowes you will have a manufacturer warranty at this store their warranty is always 30 days and its only in the store if they have the product. I do not recommend this store

ALot of recycled items if they dont have what you need it doesnt exist LOL I was amazed on the variety of goods if you need it they should have it

I love that place isnt that expensive but theres unique things there and sometimes they have lots of the same things like last time I was there they had a bunch of bed comforters sheet covers and bedspreads a whole aisle of it

You can find anything and everything here just like the name says from New and used goods but most of what they have is refurbished and to me they are on the expensive side if you dont see what youre searching for ask the attendant the staff was ok but like I said a bit on the high side on there prices

Lots of usual and unusual picks to choose from. I can normally find at least three items there Id like to own on every visit. Not much wiggle room on price however.

Dont waste your time overpriced for used stuff and 90% of the stuff is damaged

Check EVERYTHING they say its all good but a few times I got screwed and had not kept recipt.

Double check the price, Usually they just take a few bucks off a used item and it can be missing parts or no warranty so not really much of a savings. Ive actually found many products they sell, cheaper and new at Lowes or home Depot. Buyer beware, sometimes a deal is not.
