Bought a deep seating set for my backyard from this location. Really friendly and helpful staff. Pretty decent selection. I could not bring myself to buy outdoor furniture online because I couldn’t sit in it and feel the materials. This is the place to do that! I got a great deal on the set, and it looks really nice. They offer reasonably priced delivery but they’re really busy so I grabbed it myself. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the market for a bbq, umbrella, patio furniture, etc.

I love this store! Quality of products are outstanding, as is the staff and service. Prices are a little spendy, but they have great sales and promotions such as no sales tax. I coupled 30% off the sales price with no sales tax and picked up the outdoor dining set to match the rest of the furniture I got last year. I now have a complete set and am super happy with it all!!

Sales and installation were perfectly fine two years ago.Their spa service manager was extremely disappointing. My spa sprung a leak (less than one year past warranty...), and I called for service. His response was that I should spend a week measuring the amount of water loss by marking a line at water level and seeing the change over a week. This is simple and I agreed. However, he refused to put me on the schedule for a service technician until after we spend a week getting these results, meaning I would need to wait a week, then wait however long it takes to get a technician on the schedule after that. All I wanted was to be on the schedule, which can obviously be set for after the 1-week measurement period, so that I dont need to wait while my spa leaks for longer than is necessary. The gentleman responded that I was being insulting (I suppose because I said that an inability to put me on the schedule at a future time of his choosing was absurd? I used no harsh language or insults) and affirmed that he would not schedule anyone until after I had spent the 1-week period measuring the water loss.Since my spa is no longer under warranty anyway, Id prefer to simply do business elsewhere. I bought this spa from California Backyard, but I wont purchase anything else from them going forward. If you cant be reasonable for scheduling service, anything I buy from you stands to turn into a headache.***In response to the reply from CA Backyard - its an extremely obvious leak. I told the gentleman over the phone that I was able to see where the leak was coming from. It would have been trivially easy to ask for a picture or video. The policy is not a problem - I agreed to perform the water-loss test. The issue I had was that I was not able to be scheduled. He could have scheduled me for three weeks out, long after the test was complete, and that would have been fine. What wasnt okay with me was waiting a week fort eh test to even look at available times for a service appointment, effectively making me wait twice.I was able to have a repair tech from another company come out the very next day. *He* asked me for a picture and video to help identify the problem, because he too didnt want to just charge me for a non-issue. Turns out it was a leak, and it was coming from the visibly-obvious place I had identified. I didnt need to wait a week while my tub continued to leak into the wood structure, possibly causing rot. I didnt need to argue with anyone to be scheduled for an appointment.Someday Ill need to buy a replacement tub. I wont be coming to California Backyard.Id very much like to get a shade covering for the existing tub. I know California Backyard sells them. I wont be buying one from them.

Great quality outdoor furniture, umbrellas, custom BBQ, spas and super cute decor. Staff is nice and knowledgeable. Discounts and clearance items. I will be going back for sure. Love my patio table.

Two of their employees, not wearing masks, came into the 7-11 nearby and didnt seem to care when reminded about it. Is this normal behavior for staff here?

Great selection of Weber replacement parts. Just bought and replaced the gas burners on my old Weber Genesis 1000 (20 years old) and they fit perfect and now I have even heat for grilling. Great customer service from Aaron. He held the burners for me for a day until I could get out there to buy them and also showed me how the newer model fits in the transfer tube. Thank you for helping me save my old grill!!!!

Pretty wide selection for your patio at reasonable price. Quality is ok. Theres no good alternatives so this place is probably the best.

They have a wide selection of charcoal and gas grills. They also carry just about ever weber accessory there is. If you out shopping for a new grill I would definitely stop by here.
