Clean well organized fresh produce n meats dairy as well customer service.servers are efficient quick know the store item locations have or not products where to locate polite efficient prices are unmatched in practicality n savings spend the same as.your reg stops walk out with at least a third more of your daily needs n favorites....i really am impressed with FOOD MAX every time I have shopped there. The store over all was clean and the employees were nice. We couldnt find stir fry beef so we had to get something different. It was good. Prices were fair, meat Prices were high but it is close to the holidays so Prices go up.

Very disappointed. They advertised a special starting today and by noon they were supposedly out of stock. Makes you wonder if they even has in hand at the start of business today.

Foodmax has gone down hill. They are out of stock on items for Weeks! Asking store manager and heads of various departments when Advertised products will be in stock or items we used to purchase weekly will be back on the shelf is met with disinterest,or we are going to discontinue this item, only to find it a month later. At the beginning of the summer they made the decision to stop selling large bottles of gateraide which is most affordable, especially for seniors, and then they sell Small bottles in packs that while convenient for some is a waste economically and too much plastic. I used to love my neighborhood foodmax, now Im starting to see that despite all the business it gets this store is not receptive to the needs of its customers. Maybe the staff has gotten burned out. Either way if there was another store within walking distance from the seniors home, Id sure be checking it out!

Meat department SUCKS! Unavailable advertised Ribeye steaks. Came in two separate occasions in two weeks time frame and sale item was unavailable. Asked for a rain check, they wouldnt give me one unless I came on the last day of the sale. Thats NOT acceptable!

Why I gave 3 stars is because that is the first time I have ever went into that store..the cashier checked me out was very Rude and hateful!!! Only said 2 words to me oh Im sorry 3 words..how many bags?But what i looked at in the store it was clean..

Great price on general and weekly sale items. Veggies and fruits are fresh. But the lines are just super long not because there is a lot of people but the check clerk have to asked for help on every items. Three customers ahead of me and I have to wait well over 10 minutes to get to paid for my items. In addition, this place getto, high school kids (15 or more) running around the store not buying anything and not one employees stopping them.

They have great prices. Descent produce, open late, and good checkers/staff. Downside is the chaos it can be if crowded but not always their fault. Customer base can be less than tidy. Hard to beat the price and amounts available.

Its a nice convenience grocery store. We go there at least once a week. And the handicapped carts are always charged.

I am happy about the wide variety of groceries. I like having the option of getting freshly packaged seafood or frozen at this location. Produce is always well stocked. Sometimes their almond milk is priced higher than I’m used to but other items are cheap so in a way it balances out. The self checkout is fairly quick. The employee that works that area is always ready to help to ensure the line keeps moving. I will admit and say sometimes the cashiers seem under staffed or maybe the times I’ve went in and the lines were incredibly long someone had just gone on their lunch break. Not too sure which one it is but if you have a cart full, you will possibly be waiting a great while. I love the parking here and I love that I can get home necessities that’s not food. The good definitely outweighs the bad, which is why I’ve given 5 stars.
