Great place to shop, and they literally have everything you need!I’ve been going there for 4 straight years after first trying it out on a friends recommendation, and each visit seems to get even better than the last…I love consistency, and if you ask a question they’ll give you a straight answer and even confer with others employees just to be sure.You might find a slightly cheaper price on a few things at one other place, but it depends how you pay… At Greenthumb if you’re in there and you shop, you see the love no questions…Anyway, great selection and awesome loyalty love!

I read the reviews of this place and there are negative ones. It’s hard to find a place where they know their stuff, if the associate helping me doesn’t know he ask his coworker to solve my issues. Some of their stuff might seem a bit high but if you shop Amazon or even other hydroponic stores they sell you on anything and they don’t work properly.I’ve been to a few different places and I’m willing to drive 25 miles to feel confident in the product and service they provide. Keep up the good work fellas.

Im new to growing and was on the lookout for a Hydroponics store to purchase from and possibly get advice from, and I was happy to find out that this was the place to be! Staff is very helpful and were happy to share their knowledge. I will be back there shortly for all my needs!

Its a little dark inside and its hard to see labels on the stuff. But other than that no complaints. Friendly staff, asked if I needed help and then let me be. They dont come at you like car salesman. Seem to be pretty knowledgeable. Theyre always courteous and they have everything I need every time. Great place, you should check it out!Maybe if management sees my review a 20% discount on my next purchase would be excellent!🤔😁🤞

I have had nothing but good experiences at the store. The staff may seem laid back but if you have any questions concerns or problems they are there for you. Their prices are in the ballpark and when I order two or three or four bags of fertilizer, they don’t even ask they just grab it and roll it out to my truck. To me that’s pretty good service. But the best part of the store is their knowledge of problems with grows. They have helped me immensely and my crop has benefited greatly from their advice I would recommend them to anyone.

Just moved to the area.I have been dealing with shops in the bay area for the last 18 years have a couple a buddy that owns Shops . Can honestly say prices are definitely low for a legitimate shop. The guys were friendly and didnt try to push their products on me yet sold me what I was asking for. I have only visited this store A couple of times but the staff was always helpful, courteous and had what I needed.

Very knowledgable staff. Im new to gardening and they helped me get a tent and all the right equipment for my small grow. Ive been doing a lot of research online and they even matched the Amazon prices on a few items I was going to buy online. I highly recommend this store!

No one here has any motivation to work, nor really seems to know much of what they are talking about, but they offer some of the best prices in town, and have the best inventory. Plus, if youre buying lots from here, they have an amazing baller membership you can buy your way into. Once you do you receive the keys to by far the best prices on anything grow related you could need!

Great and helpful group of guys

Clean, well equipped and somewhat friendly. I clearly wasent part of the regulars and felt it but I still was well tended too. I was looking for a soil ammenemt and he quickly found a water soluble organic fertilizer that did more then I even needed at a great price per weight. Have recommended multiple times and will return soon for my next round!

These employees so happy not working. As soon as you disturb their high, you become an inconvenience. I do not recommend this place. People here do not want to work they want to hang out.

Hella ghetto here. i cant do it anymore guys. not to mention the busy freeway has be looking over my shoulder overtime i come here. guys are cool but my 20% off discount seems to be fading away more and more everytime i come in. not to mention everything seems marked up only to be discounted again :(

Dont ask where anything is at, or about pricing. They dont got anything available when you need it anyway. Store sent me to their other store toward Roseville. Item wasnt there either after employee called. Prices not in the right place or ripped off. Both stores get 1 star. WASTE OF TIME.
