Very Friendly StaffVERY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFFI came in with zero knowledge of the project I wanted to start and they helped me with the basic supplies and gave me some starting tips as well.I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to start off with hydroponics

Use to be a cool place but staff acts like they want to kick me out, overly following me around and not asking if I need help but “do you need something.” Yeah, the old attitude back, peace.

There is one person at this store is who is very helpful, but the rest of the staff lack customer service. For their inflated prices and lack of willingness to work with you I would recommend another option. It’s almost like they don’t care to help customers. I wish the original staff member who helped me was still there, but now I will take my service else where and recommend my friends not to come here.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!I have been a loyal customer for years before today.Hydro Seasons 3 sold me 2.5 gallons of Hi- Brix which only had 1.5 gallon of product in container.I tried to return.They insisted that I had used the missing gallon.If you like giving your money to rip off artists, this is the place for you!Happy Gardening!DO NOT SHOP HYDROSEASONS!
