First time trying this place. The ice cream is delicious 😋 my family all enjoyed their rolled up dessert. I love that their ice cream flavors arent so sweet. Perfectly balanced. Nice treat for summer time or when ever your craving.

Not bad. I see the way they make it on YouTube and it looks entertaining to watch. Flavor is okay. Tends to be on the sweet side. I liked the Ube with toasted coconut shreds. Not sure if it was just me but the ice cream is gooey... like some sticky stuff no issues.

Came here 3 months ago and it was great. Thought maybe it was worth the price. Came back today and it wasnt nearly as good flavor (same order) which just made it a really expensive disappointment. Wont be returning.

This was amazing ice cream. It was super creamy and flavorful. The consistency of the ice cream perfect. They had a large range of topping to customised the rolled ice cream. There is just something about rolled ice cream that makes it delicious!

First visit and it was phenomenal just like my dream expectations! Friendly service run by family ( I guess), worth every single penny, multi favours to choose from, and fair enough open space to sit :) Dank ! Coming here more with friends.

Waited for 20 minutes at the cash register and they never even asked to take our order while standing in front of them. We went to the competitor, was served quickly and paid half of what they charge - $5 vs $10.

Great place to take kids (they absolutely love the cookies and cream one) or go out with friends! They have a good variety of options and diary free as well or milk alternatives. Flavors I have tired are point on too. Lots of toppings available all included with price. I didn’t think the price was bad, but I can see it being pricy if you go out as a family and all get individual orders. And staff is supper friendly! Kids love watching them make the ice cream and roll it.

It wasnt very busy when I went in there the product they make is very good and I love the variety of toppings. Staff is super nice.

I have to keep it real, I love their vegan options but the night I went one of their staff members wasn’t that helpful, they were nice but since it was my first time here I would expect to get a better response then “oh” when I ask a question. But all in all, I would come back here and bring friends.Due to Covid restrictions you can’t watch them make your cup step by step, but when this is all over It will be fun to see them make your cup or cups up close.The taste is 5/5 but I’d give them a 4.5 out of 5 because of the staff.

I am in love. My summer body goals are in jeopardy and I dont even care.Imagine all of your favorite ice cream toppings. Then imagine those toppings as ice cream. Then imagine this ice cream being freshly made in front of your face. And as if that is not already enough, you can put toppings on the ice cream you just had custom made. And all of the toppings are free.Honestly, Im shook, my taste buds are shook, and my life may never be the same.

Its so awesome to watch your ice cream come to life right in front of you. Cold Stone has nothing on this place. The ice cream artist carefully blend your treat with simple tools but they work 💯 fold compared to the other guys. Once your creation is ready an extensive array of toppings are available.👍🙏🧁

When in doubt, get rolled ice cream. I like how you can substitute coconut milk. I also like how they have a whole no dairy menu. Clean, super friendly staff, and you get to watch your ice cream being made.

Poor customer service. I made an order with Uber eats and had to cancel minutes later. Icicles charged me for the FuLL amount!!! $20 down the drain. They have no phone number, and I believe this is by design so they can keep money for not providing any services when people have to cancel an order. We had an emergency! Sent an email on there website and NO response after 2 weeks!! And counting……Thank you for the reply.. however I see no one really looked into this. And your response is just another episode of passing the buck in corporate America. I already contacted Uber eats first before trying to contact the store. Icecicles in fact charged me as if the order was already made! “Picture of the revolt is included” —It is impossible to make a smoothie and a Reese’s ice-cream in 2min.

Great selection of flavors/combos & non dairy options. Many toppings and a cool experience especially for the kids. A bit pricey, but a taste you dont find just anywhere. Got the #4 Bravocado & #12 Rock N Roll. Both were very good.

Rolli Rolli Rolli with Icicles Ice Cream: Fun Adventure in SacramentoI went to visit my little brother for the weekend in Sacramento. He suggested Icicles for dessert. At first, I was hesitant because I have a severe allergy to nuts and to dairy, making ice cream a bit of a risky adventure for me. To our pleasant surprise, Icicles has dairy free (coconut based) and nut free options. When purchasing, inform the cashier of your allergy particulars. They have whoever is making your ice cream switch gloves and use a separate slab that is allergy zoned and sanitized (separated from the allergens). They even have toppings for those with allergies. You can watch them make their ice cream roll creations (like sushi for ice cream) which is pretty cool. I give a 4 out of a 5 just because I wish they had better zoned toppings for those with food allergies as it looked like many of the toppings are stored in the same space. An allergy zoned cupboard separated from the other toppings, safe for nut allergies and no chance of cross processing would be absolutely lovely. I would give a 10 stars out of 5 for that! When I returned home to the Bay Area, I was informed that there is another location in downtown Willow Glen (Lincoln Ave). I can’t wait to bring my aunt and friends to this location closer to me. A fun night out with the family, friends with allergies, even a date night option.

First time visitor and I was amazed. A lot of work goes into make the ice cream fresh, right in front of you, its very impressive. I got a hazelnut coffee ice cream that was delicious. Added almonds, caramel and cinnamon toast crunch as toppings!! Highly recommend giving this place a try

I love this place. Great pricing and you can get as many toppings as you want without paying extra. Theres a variety of flavors and theres even a variety of choices for who cant have dairy. the inside is also very clean and taken care of. I definitely recommend this place especially on a hot day a. I visited this nice little place with my family. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They make your flavored ice cream icicles while you wait. They have a large variety of choices, and you can even make your own flavors, just tell them what you would like to put in your order. A great summer time treat and a cool place to visit. You do have to wait while they make it, but its definitely worth while as they make it right in front of you.

Delicious Ice Cream, a bit expensive but well worth it for the fresh flavor we recieved with our Berry Squad. It was a fun experience for our family and the 4 year old loved it. Such a fresh and creamy treat.
