Found Yume Gelato on Google Maps next to a place that I frequent nearby, and figured it would be a good place to check out after lunch. So glad I found it! The gelato tastes amazing, and even after I left, I was tempted to come back and get some more the very same day. If youre in the area, check this place out; you wont regret it!

What a refreshing hidden gem of a place! Amazingly good Gelato. They offer 10 different flavors. The small cup you can get two scoops of whatever flavors you want and the medium and large cup will get you three mix and match flavors. I got the medium (pictured) with cookies and cream, banana nut, and some almond thing and it came with a complimentary waffle with “Ciao” stamped on it. Yume Gelato is very yummy!

I had a good time here. They have 4 whole selection of dairy free Gelato/sorbetto...and it is still so creamy and yummy. The flavors are very natural tasting and high quality. The staff is also nice.

The gelato was very delicious! The employees were friendly and the atmosphere was great. The only single downside is the relatively small amount of flavor options.

I was visiting a friend who lived close by so we went and it was my first time, the service was great and the flavors were so good. I got pistachio and the chocolate is dark chocolate if I remember. I am always a bit skeptical when it comes to a good chocolate gelato or ice cream because I feel like it never has enough chocolate but this was amazing, no joke. Real chocolate and not a watered down version..... I definitely recommend, I can’t wait to visit again

Yume Gelato is amazing!! I am very impressed by not only how delicious the gelatos are, but also by how kind the owner Mike is. I went here yesterday and mentioned to Mike that I really wanted to try the Rose Saffron Pistachio flavor. He said it wont be back for a few months and I was pretty sad, until he said We might have an extra scoop. Let me go check! Lo and behold, he appeared with the last scoop and said it was on the house. Ive had a lot of Rose Saffron ice creams and this was truly the best one Ive ever had. You wont regret checking this place out. Also, you get a stamp card! 5/5 for the gelato and the customer service.

Driving try Sacramento we were looking for good gelato so we decided to check out Yume Gelato. This place is amazing! The staff is very nice and friendly and the gelato is really the BEST! They have interesting and unusual flavors like tomatoes-watermelon- basil that will blow you way. We are very impressed and we loved every flavor we tried!

Helpful server as it was our first visit there. Recommended at least 3 flavors to try. All gelato served is made on site. Gelato is rich and creamy. Flavors of the day are displayed on a board. My husband had chocolate heaven and I had the roasted almond dark chocolate. So good. Definitely a place to stop whenever we are in Sacramento.

Good customer service. There’s not a huge selection of flavors but the ones they have are tasty. They seem to have a rotation of different flavors so each time could be an interesting experience. There are vegan options.

After living in Italy for 3 years I feel as if I can safely say that this place is legitimate the best Gelato spot ive been to in the USA. The flavors are so good esp the white peach and the lemon lime. This is a great gem in Sacramento.

My boyfriend and I have been on a mission over the last few weeks to find the best gelato in the Sacramento area and Yume is definitely it.In terms of price and serving size, Yume by far is the best value. Also by far the most flavorful and best mouthfeel for gelato as well.Yume also has gluten free and vegan options and being someone who is gluten intolerant I am thankful that they have clearly labeled gluten free options.They also have a wide variety of flavors that are updated daily on Instagram so its easy to know what your options are before you go or if youre waiting for them to have a specific flavor. Theres bound to be a flavor for everyone to enjoy!My favorite flavor has been the Vietnamese coffee. My boyfriend is hoping that they have Thai Tea orhorchata flavors again soon since we see they were flavors in the past. But honestly every flavor we have tried has been great.The staff is always friendly and the shop is always immaculately clean.

Checked this place out a week or so ago. Met the friendly owner Mike. Who with his wife make unique and delicious gelato. Flavors change every couple days if not daily. Definitely worth the stop and will be returning. Thanks Mike for a flavorful experience.

Friendly customer service. Unfortunately for the small selection available there werent any that were delicious. I would try again if they added better flavor options. Even a classic vanilla would be a good addition to current options.

Great Gelato but there is no seating outside but 2 benches. One is in the full sacto sun and the other is the parking lot door. We came here on our bikes last week and will not be returning back if they dont t fix the seating issue.

Ill give this place another try. The flavors were decent except for one- the dark chocolate? It may not be for my taste buds. I loved the options and the atmosphere inside. Id return to try new flavors.

We went there recently. I thought it was okay, I wish they had more flavors to choose from but maybe that was because we went a little later in the evening. I liked the location so it makes it easier for me to go there again. The service was great and the decor was clean and esthetically pleasing.

Places like Yume are really hard to come by. The gelato they serve is unmatched by any other gelato/ ice cream place in the area. Ill never understand why people line up for run of the mill ice cream at Gunthers when far superior gelato is available close by. They frequently introduce interesting, experimental flavors that are switched out regularly for new ones, while keeping old favorites always available. I drive all the way from Fair Oaks to get gelato at Yume, and its worth the drive every time. The staff are very friendly as well.

Delissio! Do not miss. Beautiful renovation of the building and the outdoor lights direct you in. They use mini metal spoons for sampling. No plastic! Of course sampling a few I left purchasing three flavors. Chocolate Heaven, Mikes breakfast, and of course Strawberry. All packaged in compostable paper packaging.

The gelato was delicious. I had the cookie coconut, and the creamy strawberry. Service was fast and friendly. Cost about $5 for two flavors in a small cup.

The gelato is so gorgeously flavored with real ingredients - I could see mint leaf fragments in the mint gelato. They change their flavors often so youll always have something new to taste and they have a list serve to snag their durian gelato which is divine.

Not much room inside. Clean and new. Interesting and delicious flavors to choose from including pineapple basil (odd but tasty), cantaloupe (very refreshing), and your standard chocolate/vanilla/caramel combos.

Gelato tastes as good as it does in Italy! And many interesting flavors as well as classics. Will definitely come again.

The owner makes some of the most tasty and unique creations and the young woman that helped me (Coco) was super sweet, no pun intended! Seems like every week theres a new flavor to try too.

A super cute shop with extremely friendly and welcoming staff! I was already wowed, and then I tried the gelato... I AM HOOKED! This was the first time Ive ever had a mint flavor that tasted like real mint (you could actually see the tiny mint leaves), and it was amazing! The complementary wafer was cute, surprising, and yet it paired well. Regardless of flavor, the texture of the gelato was creamy and smooth, just perfect! Its obvious that a lot of care and consideration went into this place, and the prices are very reasonable considering the high quality. I definitely recommend stopping by.

Unexpected find after dinner, I believe they just opened. Delicious gelato, tried the peach and pistachio yum to say the least. Friendly staff and very clean space with lots of indoor seating. Definitely recommend for a treat or to cool off from the heat.

Ah-mazing gelato in an adorable, warm, brightly lit space. They also have drinks! Hot chocolate, chai, etc, so it seems like it could be a nice place to study on the weekends

Vegan chocolate orange gelato was omg... so rich! All others super good too. Good espresso too.

Finally, Sacramento has a top quality gelateria! Its been way too long. There were a number of good gelato shops around in the 1980s before they were replaced by fro-yo outlets like Pinkberry, etc. We found Hot Italians gelato to be flavorless and Devines to be so-so, but Yume is the real deal.... each gelato is bursting with flavor and texture. And, for less than $7, you can get a large sized container with three flavors, which seems like a very good deal relative to other places. Ive tried six different flavors (dark chocolate and hazelnut are especially amazing), and will be back to try them all.
