Lofing lighting was so helpful when I had no idea what to do with my landscape lighting. They took the time to work with me and help lay out a plan. They even recommended local electricians that could help. If you need anything lighting for your house I highly recommend them!

They are the very best at customer service which I have seen personally countless of times. They always know the right products to go with whatever you’re purchasing which isn’t an easy thing to do. They are all extremely knowledgeable in their field and everyone is very nice. You get the very best quality at the best prices period. They will always take care of you and keep excellent records in case you have a warranty issue. I recommend everyone I know to them. I was very impressed by the quality of service displayed by everyone at Loftings Lighting. Despite the fact that I needed only a tiny replacement piece to repair a costly lamp, not only did they go the extra mile to order that piece from Europe, but on top of it they didnt charge me for the repair! As a result, while they certainly didnt earn much in financial terms, they have won my trust and confidence for any additional purchase in the future. Trust is gold, and theyve earned it.

I have been working with Rob Slusser at Lofings Lighting on putting together a lighting plan for our cabin. Rob has been extremely helpful and made great recommendations that have really helped us in developing the plan and finding nice looking and affordable lighting, fixtures, switches, etc... Their prices have been better than what you can get a Home Depot. Moreover, they have relationships with many, many companies and can provide more options and choices than from other providers as well as big box stores. Keith, Wendy, and the entire Lofings team were just incredibly helpful when my husband and I were updating our 80 year-old house. Took them some 15 year old hand blown Italian pendulum hanging lamps. They easily replaced the old electrical inner parts, cleaned and polished the glass and referred me to an electrician so that they could be reinstalled. AMAZING customer service!!!!
