My favorite store to find unique decorative items! I am always greeted and staff is helpful in answering your questions or finding items for you. I purchased this mid century modern chandler and matching pendant. Both are statement pieces that garner compliments everytime I entertain.

This is a place you dont want to miss.. The staff are very help! They have Beautiful pieces to spruce up your home. This one in Mid town Sacramento has a great places to grab something to eat or drink.

This is the store where you say, if I had a genie, I would ask him or her for one of everything in the store. The products here have that design effect which is timeless and current. So many Danish modern and mid century cues are present in the furniture and accessories. Play the lottery or be ready to raid your future slush fund but also, you can get lucky on sale events. Bottom line this is not the big blue and yellow warehouse store, but is a place to find quality furniture that both look great and lasts.

Ordering on line from West Elm has been the single worst experience I have had ordering on line. The order was accidentally duplicated as no confirmation was sent. Called. 25 min. Told it was fixed. Set up delivery. 3-5. Email confirmation. Called at 4:45. Told it was really 3:30-5:30 (no notice of this). They acted like it was my fault. Delivery guy shows up at 5:50. His paperwork has delivery for 4-6. He shows up with 2 tables. I send one back. Called. Told all was fine. 2 charges show on my card. Call again. 25 min on phone. told it was fixed. No emails. no confirmations on delivery or of first order. Cranky people on the phone on delivery day. The only bright spot was Pedro the delivery guy. I will NEVER do business with West Elm or affiliates again. For high end products, their on line system is absolutely a nightmare.

Bought a white leather sofa with Brenda and she was amazing to work with! I called her multiple times with questions and she was very attentive and helpful! Highly recommended!

Lots of wonderful home furnishings, great sales. Retail therapy paradise which my friends love. Im a color blind consultant that discovers some treasures for them.

While the establishment is beautiful and looks well stocked, the staff will ignore you if you dont look like their kind of clientele. I went in earlier today and the staff didnt even acknowledge my existence but welcomed the rich looking women who walked in a few moments later. Im not sure if I feel welcome enough to support this West Elm location.

This is the best West Elm I’ve been to in awhile. Clean, bright and the visuals are beautiful. The visual manager is charming and informative. It’s a welcome addition to R Street and Our city.

I’ve gone into this store twice. The first time just to look, they followed me around and asked me several times if I needed help like they thought I was stealing. Against my better judgment I went a second time because I was in the market for nice sheets but I couldn’t get any help. I won’t be going back to this location.

This place is dreamy. The products they offer come from a large range of styles. They have warm wood and soft shapes then they have sharp angles and marble fixtures, not to mention gold. They allow pets in the store which I dont think is that good of an idea. Some owners are not that aware and its like a bull in a China shop lol. Still a cool place to buy some nice swag ti make your friends jealous.
