I bought a mattress from a furniture store on Folsom with lifetime guarantee. Turns out the guarantee is with Imperial Mattress. Hard as cement. I called them to let them know about it. The lady was very rude and basically told me that most likely I ordered a firm mattress. Not like! Never ever in my life have I liked a firm bed. So then she tells me they only repair if springs are protruding. Then on top of that they dont pick up. So I would have to rent a Uhaul to bring it in to them after a long debate with that evil one. Im out of almost 800 dollars have tried to put several cushions on it still hard as cement. Im disable cant afford another mattress. Heads up DO NOT BUY BED FROM THEM. LIFETIME GUARANTEE IS A FRAUD

Lady there is very she is maybe the owner ..well the fact is that she does NOT KNOW how to treat costumers ...very unprofesiinal .I have alot of bad complaints from my clients that have purchased her product ..cheap material and the springs fail to fast ...so overall Cheap Mattresses is what Imperial makes...i truly DO NOT recomend.
