Not only did he help my son choose a comfortable bed, he delivered and then lugged it up the stairs to a second floor apartment and set it up. (Carried away all the packaging, too!) Mattress by Appointment isn’t what you’d expect when you first pull up. A little hole in the wall, tucked away in the corner of a not so busy shopping center. You’d completely miss it if you didn’t have your eyes peeled. Craig, the owner, was incredibly helpful and attentive. Very knowledgeable and personable, he has his customers best interest in mind first and foremost. Made the process of buying a mattress swift and enjoyable. Craig have provided excellent customer service by first greeting me on my appointment day of 12/19/2020. Have give me a call to let me know he would be 25 minutes late, and that is called courtesy and respect. He made purchasing a mattress that is right for me a breeze and I like he does business by appointment especially with Covid going on. Also he have delivered my mattress the same day I purchased it, and sleep on my new mattress made a difference in the quality of my sleep. Great all-around experience -- Setting up an appointment was quick and effortless and the owner, Craig, followed up to confirm shortly after. Craig was extremely friendly and helpful, answering our questions and directing us to the single most comfortable mattress that we had tried all day after visiting two other stores. The bed we chose was competitively priced and delivery took less than a week. On delivery day, Craig and his son took care of the setup process for us and everything looked and felt great when complete. Found Graig from Facebook first seem sketchy. I don’t regret it at all . Bought the matters I wanted for a Decent price. I was so worried about how was I ever going get it to my house since I did not own a truck myself . He told not to worry about a thing he delivered it to my house for me and carried it upstairs to my house saying I do live on the second floor. I absolutely love this place. I was in such dire need of a comfortable bed, since I hadnt slept in DAYS, and work had me doing so much overtime. My body was super beat up.I reached out to Craig and informed him of my situation. What sold me was his genuine care. I personally have Mixed Connective Tissue Disease. My body has good days, and it has bad days. I never know what to expect. By informing Craig, he had one particular mattress in mind.He had me try several beds, but prior to doing so, he said had informed me the special one he had pulled out would be a winner. Trying all of the mattresses, in the end of it all, Craig was right.He himself has other patients with autoimmunes and it made me feel comfort in knowing he remembers his patients and keeps in mind what may be suitable for a particular individual.He was easy to approach, and I appreciate the help he gave me with regards to financing and understanding the need of sleep. He also sold me on two pillows that I absolutely cannot live without now.If you need a mattress by someone who genuinely cares, Craig is your guy. No fuss. I got a mattress today, and the owner was a very cool honest guy. I dont like when sales people are so pushy for me to buy stuff, but he was awesome. Really made this an easy and enjoyable purchase! I highly recommend him and the prices!!!

Craig (0wner/sales) definitely knows his stuff when it comes to mattresses and is very accommodating. We felt wheeled and desked a bit but that’s sales. Purchased a full size pillow top bed for my son, off brand but seems to be as good as the commonly know brands. He is comfortable but note pillow top has indentations - that’s how they all are so we’ll probably get a cushioned mattress cover as he’s not 100% okay with it now that’s it’s here - this is likely him just being picky and the bed is still much, much better than his old one.
