I went to the Florin store to inquire about getting a base for my bed that I already have in my home. I spoke with the Manager Alex and he asked me a few questions to find out what I was looking for and what price range I wanted to satay in.He was very knowledgeable and showed me what might like and what could work with what I already had. He also opened up a credit line so that once I make up my mind I can take advantage of financing available to me. Even though I had to end up canceling every thing I purchased, he was very understanding and took care of getting the order canceled and getting my deposit back to me. He was very pleasant and provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This young man is an asset to your company and I will make sure I send friends and fanily in to see him. Keep up the good work Alex!!

I am a first time Mattress buyer, and was ardent to replace the 30+ year old twin mattress I was using. Alex whom was the one who assisted me in deciding what I wanted, was very professional and enthusiastic about the products. I found the Mattress that fit what I needed so I purchased it.I was in and out of the store in less than 60 minutes. Which was highly convenient.The Mattress arrived a week later and was set up quickly.The delivery drivers did forget to deliver an item; However, the Warehouse Manager, Spence, went out of his way to personally deliver the item to me the next day, and even worked with me on a specific time to bring it to me. This made me elated.I did have some issues with my bill, but Alex was extremely kind and helped me rectify the problem even with me having a very pointed tone.Even with the issues at hand, everything was squared away and I am extremely pleased with the outcome of this purchase.Thank you for working with me.

I broke my bed over the weekend.And I just can’t take sleeping on my couch anymore.I seem to have went in at the right time Mr. Alex Rogers was working let me look around for a little. He asked all the right questions and had what I wanted with in my price range..I can’t wait to SLEEPFIRST.

While mattress shopping is almost comparable to buying a car, our experience here was very pleasant. Great customer service by Michael. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. He gave us a good deal on the mattress we really wanted. I highly recommend this place.

The sales guy was good at the time of selling his product...but the after sales experience was disappointing. Since its a new company, their after sale customer service shoukd be good, but this was really unacceptable and unexpected. Would not recommend them for future.

We had a wonderful experience with Michael, the store manager, today at Sleep First. He had a very laid back approach. He wasn’t pushy and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He navigated us in the right direction to the bed my husband and I both loved. We ended up buying our tempur pedic here, after shopping at Ashley’s and Mattress firm. We really felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. We shared a lot of laughs and he made us feel confident with our purchase. Definitely would recommend Michael and the Sleep First team!

This Sleep First location is located at the old Florin Center Mall, but it is easily visible from Florin Rd (specifically, 6001 Florin Rd). We bought a Tempurpedic motorized reclining type mattress; it is a hybrid model with coil springs and temperature stabilizing memory foam in the medium density. Mike, the salesman, showed and explained how each model differed along with the pricing structure, and was quite helpful. The place is clean and well kept. The Memorial Day sale provided $200 dollars off a queen size bed, and delivery is included in the final cost. A nominal $20 dollar charge was levied to dispose of our existing mattress and box spring. It was a smooth and easy transaction overall. My final thought is: recommended!6/12/2019 Update - As a follow up, Mike, the very nice sales person “comp’d” us an additional pillow from our purchase. Sleep first is a terrific place. Im changing my review. We got off to a rocky start with someone covering the store and we ended up buying elsewhere. However, Michael the Store Manager, was in touch with us even on his days off to handle our situation. Xavier, the owner, personally took care of us and went out of his way to rectify the situation quickly in a very professional manner. We were absolutely blown away by the customer care. The customer service actually made me wish we had given them another chance before continuing our shopping. I look forward to coming here for our future mattress needs. Absolutely recommend. They completely impressed me and my husband.

I have been having hip and leg pains with my old mattress. I went to Sleep First Mattress today on Florin Road to get an idea of the types of new beds on the market and what their price ranges were. I was greeted by Mike McKinnon who was very nice, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and patient with me. He asked me questions to find out what type of sleeper I am (back, side, or stomach), what types of problems I am having, and really listened to my concerns in what I was looking for as well as respected the price range I wanted to stay in. He took the time to explain the types of mattresses that would best suit me for the type of sleeper I am, how it would help relieve my pain, and the different price ranges within my budget the mattresses come in. He even encouraged me to try out the different mattresses in the store to see how they felt to me and which were the most comfortable for me. Mike offered me an excellent deal within my budget, unlike most salesmen who try to pressure you into buying the most expensive things in the store. I would definitely give Mike McKinnon 5 stars for his wonderful customer service and recommend anyone coming to this store to ask for Mike to assist them. Thank You Mike for all your help today.

I have been looking to replace and old mattress. Had gone to the normal places and found a great deal at Mattress Firm, but found a better deal at this new place called Sleepfirst on Florin RD.
