Shane does outstanding work!! He fixed my Fender 5150 . Originally I thought one of the transformers might have failed because the amp just stopped working all together,zero sound when I turned it on.Leading up to amp failure, the amp had a burning wire plastic type smell. Shanes a cool guy and knows his $#*♤

Had a twin reverb taken there, took almost a month to repair, got it back and it was still having the issue I brought it in for, took it back and he said it was a bad tube (after just recovering it back from him), waiting another week to finally get it back a second time and it still has the extra buzzing issue. So I’ve called him several times and he stops answering returning my calls, I’ve left four different messages and he’s never called back and never answers the phone. He says there’s a warranty on the amps but it’s not good if you can’t get a hold of him….. avoid at all cost

If you have a problem with your tube amp, look no further; this is your guy. Beyond competent, he is an expert. I wouldnt trust my amps with anyone else. Also a really cool, friendly, genuine guy. 5/5.

Shane was professional and upfront about all the service he needed to do on my Fender Super Champ. Replaced a tube which was causing volume to fluctuate, and also replaced the speaker which improved the sound 100%! He also has some fascinating insight and stories about amp manufacturers and his work. I will definitely go here again if I need service on ANY tube amp I may need work on in the future. Highly recommend, and he is an authorized warranty service technician on many manufacturers amplifiers.

Shane is a master of his craft and a true professional. He revived this 1990’s fender blues deluxe that had tons of bad work done on it before I purchased it. Shane rewired it and installed a new reverb tank. I would come back to him for any amp or pedal repair in the future.

I will definitely bring any gear here for repair again. Quick turnaround, great customer service and just an enjoyable time at drop-off/pick-up. All around a 100% quality repairman.

There is a certain magic that happens at Tube Sonic. My Bandmaster VM was there for an intermittent problem that has baffled many others who own this model. Even Fender has given up on it. I was ready to turn it into a boat anchor but Shane is like a terrier with a slipper. He kept at it. I would say that he just repaired the problem, except that my amp came home sounding better than it ever had! Its now incredible. Flawless....

Shane did a terrific job on getting a 1970s Peavy amp back into shape and ready to use. Took extra time to do all of the little things related to the wiring that will make this amp last another 40 years....highly recommended.
