He knows this business.Sadie is a real gem. She is polished and friendly in ways you dont find in these days. She knows her stuff, and its always a pleasure to have her help me.

I ORDER 150 OIL CARTRIDGE. 2 WEEKS LATER NO NEWS. I SEND E MAIL NO REPLY. THEN I CALL; THEY OFFER SOME EXCUSE AND SAY THEY WILL UPGRADE MY PRODUCT AND GIVE 2 DAYS SHIPPING. THAT WAS 04/28. LATER I GET A UPS TRACKING NUMBER DELIVERY EXPECTED MAY 4TH OR 5TH. SO FAR DISAPPOINTED. SLOPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE. LETS HOPE THE CARTRIDGE IS GOOD.

I placed a rather large order. Everything was okay until we started selling the BB Tank Vaporizer Batteries. Almost every one of them came back NOT working. We had to pull them from our shelves. I emailed 420 Stock asking if this could be remedied over a month ago. I never heard back so we are out over $200. Very poor customer service. Not smart on their part as I would still be placing LARGE orders if the customer service was helpful, but they arent. All they had to do was make it right. I will NEVER order from them again. So buyer BEWARE! They will not help you if you receive defective products.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WAY POOR. FIRST OF ALL ITS HARD TO COMMUNICATE VIA CHAT FEATURE ON WEBSITE. SECONDLY, WHEN YOU CALL, IT SOUNDS LIKE A COMPANY RUN FROM A BASEMENT. IF SOMEONE PICKS UP THE PHONE, YOU WILL BE SURPRISED HOW THEY TALK. I HAD TWO EXPERIENCES SO FAR TRYING TO CONNECT WITH A RIGHT PERSON VIA PHONE, VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTING EACH TIME.

Just got off the phone with Alfonzo, be aware they have some disgruntled employees trying to sabotage their business. Alfonzo and the REAL Casey were great when they called and spoke to me over the phone. Thanks again guys. I hope you figure out who is causing all the chaos and they get what they deserve.

Even though I moved out of Sacramento I still use 420 stock. These guys give you the most bang for your buck and are always updating their inventory so youre never stuck with uncompliant packaging.Keep up the good work guys!!

I ordered 50 of the Vaporizer Battery & USB Charger and did not receive what I ordered in the mail. It was fast shipping; however, we received the batteries alone in smaller boxes than advertised and without any chargers with them. I tried to use a separate charger on them and although they would light up for a few seconds, they were not even able to produce a proper hit and did not seem to work at all. Very disappointed and hope I can get the rightful product that I paid for.
