What a wonderful experience with K&M! They helped take my vision of a built in office and turn it into a reality. Everyone from sales to installation were professional, helpful and considerate.

As a volunteer at the non-profit, GiGis Playhouse Tampa, we rely on the generosity of our community for the success of our Down Syndrome Achievement Center. This generosity has been extended by Ronnie and his team at K and M Cabinets so many times. When we first designed and built our center, we didn’t know our needs would continue beyond his initial offer of support. Now 2 years later, we have a great relationship with the company and know that they stand behind their workmanship and product. We are grateful for their help in creating an amazing and safe space for our culinary programs.

Worked with K&M on a project to replace two vanities in our master bath with custom ones. K&M helped withe a re-design and I was very pleased with their foresight throughout the entire project. Nathan was outstanding and always communicating which I think is very important. We had some issues with their stone supplier, Stone City, which caused delays, but very happy with the end result. Would do business again and recommend K&M to anybody!

Ronnie and Nathan did an exceptional job delivering a high quality product. We contracted with them to design and build a highly specialized combination wet bar and desk. They exceeded our expectations in both the unit and keeping on top of every detail including managing plumbers and electricians. We highly recommend them!

We recently hired K&M to refinish a walnut countertop for our kitchen island. They were able to take this off the cabinets and refinish it so it looks like new. They also refinished the surface on my dining table and a couple of side tables. After 10 years these now look better than when I first got them. K&M were very professional and the work was done in just a couple of days. I believe the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend them.

K & M remodeled our Kitchen, Laundry room and moved a wall to add a refrigerator. The craftsman at K & M went above and beyond to make our house truly our own. The team worked with us through every step of the process. We couldnt be more happy with the results! Thanks K & M!!

I had a smaller bathroom vanity cabinet layout in mind that I was wanting. I emailed K&M Custom Cabinetry my layout and design. I received a response from Jessica almost immediately, which I thought this cant be for real. We had the main topics taken care of with in the 1st hour of initial email. This really impressed me and this communication has maintained from start to finish. I knew I would possibly have a scheduling delay with backorders and install times from other aspects of the renovation, just didnt expect them to be as long as they were. We spoke about my concern on this and I would keep K&M Cabinets updated as I went. As I started to get a better projection of my install date I reached out to keep them informed and to start to get into the schedule. After the base cabinets were installed I was able to look at the cabinets more closely. I was very impressed with the fit and finish of the cabinets and drawers. K&M came out almost immediately to finish install after the countertops were installed. Just like the initial emails at the start they have been impressive on their response times. The fit and finish quality definitely is a focal point when you start into the room. Ronnie stands by his quality and workmanship of his company. I will recommend K&M Custom Cabinetry in the future.

Such a wonderful company to work with. The designs they brought to the table were incredible. I never thought I would be able to find a local company to help make my ideas a reality. Excellent service and so easy to work with. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Excellent service and craftsmanship!!!! We had a pantry designed and installed as well as a cabinet to display our shot glasses. Everyone who enters our home always comments on the pantry and cabinet as soon as they walk in. I would highly recommend K&M to anyone who is wanting excellent service, amazing designs, and quality! You wont be disappointed.

We had K&M remodel our kitchen and closets and they did a fantastic job! From start to finish they were very conciencious, on time (not easy to find these days!) and their craftsmanship is excellnt. Ronnie was very easy to work with and guided us with some great ideas! We were (are) so happy with our kitchen and closets that we had them build and install cabinets in our office as well. We highly recommend them....they do it all and strive to make you happy. Remodeling isn’t something that’s easy to endure so it makes all the difference when you have good people doing the job! Impressive.Choice and quality.

We recently hired this company to update our laundry room, outside bar and sink area and reface our kitchen cabinets and update the backsplash and countertops.We met with Ronnie and his staff and was told they were 6 weeks out andwould not be able to start our job until then. Six weeks later they started our project and 3 weeks later they finished the job. We are very happy with the outcome of all three projects.All the contractors who worked on their specialized area were great to work with and did an outstanding job.Pricing was fair and the quality of work was excellent. We would definitely give them a high recommendation.Thanks Ronnie, Jessica and Haleigh.

I hired this company and they failed in so many ways. They didnt finish the job they started. Promised for weeks that stuff was in painting or on back order. Was promise communication with the actual owner that never happened. Ron is the front man who runs the projects and the office. Things for the owner to know. Ron covers up his mistake and then blames everything on his employees. People Dont hire this company. They sell you on a product and lack the integrity and support to finish the job.

They know quality

May 8: Still no refund; they disputed the claim with the credit card company. The fight continues. They have had our money since Oct 2018 and refuse to provide the refund or proof that they generated a refund so this can be resolved.April 25: Criminals! Told BBB April 11th they would issue refund so complaint resolved over a week ago. Today they contacted my credit card company to illegally reprocess $3093 in charges!Worked with them once & they did a great job & gave them 5 stars. Hired for 2nd job Oct 2018 and they offered deposit refund March 18 2019 to cancel job. (polite way of putting it) Am now needing help from BBB & credit card company as K & M refuse full refund of deposit. Will update review based on outcome. Senior Citizens beware!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I hired K&M to do my kitchen and floors. From the very first day of renovation all the way to completion it was a absolute nightmare. This is the most unorganized company I have ever dealt with.Ronnie Wheelock is the main point of contact and a great salesman. Dont buy it! He is dishonest! He will give you a competitive price then add unknown cost months after completion. He will blame you and his employees for his failures as the job supervisor.There were so many things that were unacceptable like unattainable time lines, mutilple calls and emails that workers were on there way that never showed. When my original kitchen was removed, they left multiple LIVE wires on the ground for days before the drywall guy realized they were live. Thank god nothing happened to my family or pet.Ronnie sent me an email on a Friday evening after they were closed and no longer reachable for the weekend that I had copious amounts of mold in my home and it was a danger to myself and his employees and suggested I leave my home. Turned out to be old linoleum under the existing vinyl flooring that was easily removed.During the initial consultation, Ronnie promised a flooring professional to install the floors. The same two employees that did all of the tear out showed up with direction from Ronnie to start installation. When I questioned them, they clearly told me they were kitchen installers and not floor guys. They had no equipment, no idea about the problem spots in my existing floors, and planned to lay the new LV on top of the uneven thin set from the tile removal. I stopped them from working and called Ronnie immediately...only to have him come to my home and blame me for all of the mishaps I had experienced. I fired them from the flooring installation and found a flooring company to complete the job the correct way for half of what Ronnie was charging me.RONNIE REFUSES TO REFUND MONEY THAT WAS PAID IN ADVANCE FOR WORK THAT WAS NEVER COMPLETED BY HIS COMPANY.I have never written a bad review in my life until now! I will be filing complaints with the BBB, PCCLB, and Pinellas county consumer protection.

These guys saved the day. Great Company. Honest and did an amazing job. I couldnt be more happier with my kitchen cabinets.
