Went back to this business because of wonderful saleswoman Carmel. We have bought multiple vehicles but this last change........

So I went in a short while ago and got a 1971 Monte Carlo I paid good money for. Now I know its some what expected to have issues down the road but not even 24hrs in I had to buy a new alternator and battery and they werent willing to help with that. Then a day later I had to get a new starter. A week into it my back deferential started making a grinding noise and I found that their was water in it (no rain or driving over puddles since I got it) I also found that one of my headers was cracked my AC stopped working and found some questionable welding on my frame that Im going to have to get looked at and confirmed by a professional. Still to this point theres issues that were subtle in the beginning that I tried getting fixed that have now completely killed the car like electrical and fuel delivery issue. Like I said its expected to have to work on these cars but not so soon and not issues that could of been taken care of if had been inspected by the dealer. Be cautious when buying a classic or used car frome here.

I took my vehicle in to get a tire patched and have two checks lights read on the engine and transmission. Nobody called and I waited four hours for it to be finished, so I finally called and they said it was done. When I got to the counter to pay the tech informed me that the lights had gone away so they didnt bother to check them. The lights have now come back three more times but who knows how long theyll have my car for so I havent taken it back in. I bought the car a year ago from them and this is the fourth poor experience we have had with the service department. I can’t have my wife take it in anymore because they won’t listen to the problems she tells them are going on. Won’t buy or service here again.

My new to me 2013 Patriot looks OK but exhaust pipe looks like pix #2 when one is down on their knee checking underneath; which i discovered after I signed the agreement and when brought to their attention later, the salesman (Ted) said it was something I did while I was out testing the vehicle. pix #3 -- kick panel; and surely was,kicked hard.(no pun intended) Vehicle sold to me as full sale price, Kelly Bluebook!!!A coincidence incounter with the previous owner revealed the truthabout the bumper.would I recommend this dealership ? DAAh

Service department is a waste of time and money. Went in needing to fix several issues with my vehicle and was ignored when telling them the services I needed done, apart from one issue. They kept insisting that I was missing a vital part, that is not needed and only helps with how smooth a vehicle drives. After a week a nearly $500 later, they tell me they cant fix the issue, even when I provided them the parts, because there were too many modifications. The only real service I was provided was a battery change... a battery change is not worth $500.

We had an amazing experience with Gabby . My elderly grandparents needed a vehicle and could not come in and pick out a truck or do their paperwork. ( mostly due to staying away from covid scares) . Gabby helped out, they got the payment they wanted, and she delivered the truck and was made it so easy for them to complete their paperwork when she was there. She was kind enough to wear a mask around them as well, which is appreciated.

Don’t waste your time with the service department, just a bunch of pencil pushers in there that don’t know anything. They will not go out of their way to make sure the customer gets the help they need. Could not help me with getting the simplest engine component

I dont even know where to start. Went online to view inventory. Asked for an e-price, got it and was ok with it. Followed up next day with an offer BASED on e-price AND their online payment tool. Came up with an offer and sent it to the salesperson. Their response was, in so many words, that is an auto generated quote. Ok, apparently, the e-price I got was incorrect because the auto generated quote applied SEVERAL rebates that I did not qualify for. Once I got the ACTUAL sell price, it was $5500 MORE than the e-price I was quoted. I was never provided an estimated quote with numbers I could actually see based on general information I provided (credit score, trade-in info, etc). Any dealer who cant provide a quote based on general info is full of s**t. Here is the nail in the coffin, I was told we werent that far off of where I wanted to be on a monthly payment, just need some additional info and a credit app. PRO TIP - NEVER fill out a credit app without an initial quote/offer from the dealer that YOU review and approve. The estimated monthly payment was, wait for it, $200 HIGHER per month than my initial offer LOL! Ya, wasnt TOO far off, just astronomically far off. I tell you what folks, if you have positive equity on a trade and good credit, be prepared to go rounds with this group, otherwise, go elsewhere. Oh and if this review gets a response from the owner, leave a specific contact person if you want to be contacted again for follow up. Dont leave the generic Sincerely, The Arizona Dodge Team. Have some accountability for heavens sake.

So I go in for second free oil change they call me I go pick my truck up and they tell me oh it expired last month my oil still had 20percent how the hell does it expire I have engine for life they told me when I bought the truck have checked every 25000 now Im scared the parts guy told me today no every 15000 I have 12678 Ill keep you all posted

I picked a vehicle, went to deal, salesman was cool, got approved, then came the numbers included was a document fee of $595 !! No way I’m paying that since the company has a budget for documents, I learned from a friend who was a dealer, so i just walked away.

Pleasant people. Worked with us for months to try to get a match to what we wanted. When one came in, BINGO! They let us know. The were very plant during the whole process. The 5th star I took off because they wanted us to give them a list of 6 friends as references. Ive never had to do that before. They actually wanted to put them in their database to help sell more cars. We were paying cash on the spot - no financing. References should not be needed. Plus, I would never include someone like that without their permission. Well see if we end up doing it. I find it in poor taste.

Stopped in just to see if the service department could take a quick look to tell us why the check engine light on our Dodge was on. Took the tech less than five minutes and they charged us $90. Perhaps we should have been better consumers and asked before hand about the charge or perhaps the service writer should have told us. If we only knew the cost for this we would not have done it. Was going to go there for repairs and other service but forget it now.

I recommend making an appointment for service and make sure to take full advantage of any warranty you get on your purchase. Mostly because once the warranty is up the prices for services are quite high. The staff is mostly friendly though.

Super disappointed with the whole experience we had. We went in to possibly trade in our car. We wanted to get a trade in value for our car. A man went outside and check it out and asked to drive it just to make sure everything was good. Well, he smoked in it. To say I was mad was an understandment, but I let it go. We didn’t find a truck that day so we left. We got a call a week or so later saying they had good news and we needed to come in so we can in ran the same numbers on the same truck (there was no new news) and they told us it was going to be over $100 more a month than what they had told us previously a week ago. To top it all off I have just received two letters in the mail from different banks saying we applied for a huge loan. What!? So I called and was given no answers. I was told I would be called back and no one ever got back to me. We took our business to Kemptons right down the road and have been VERY satisfied.

It has now been three months since I purchased my 2013 Dodge journey from Arizona Dodge I worked with a sales women the begining wasnt bad I didnt feel like theres alot of motivation to sell to me but I did go in being straight forward about my situation got the vehicle two days later though I did get a few call about how my fiancing fell through and they were going to take care of he car even though when I called my fiance company everything was fine severe lack of communication is the only thing that bothered me

Ive seen a lot of negative reviews and i havent had that experience so far. Im VERY greatful to Freddy, Eddie, Tate, Tedd, and Alicia, for going above and beyond. We told them what we had to have and they moved mountains to make it happen. Were the proud owners of a new Grand Caravan. The service department was also awesome. While buying a new car they serviced my 2012 ram. I told them what i needed, and it was no questions asked, just absolutely, well get it done. And the bill was even way lower than expected!Special thanks to Alicia for jumping in as an awesome baby sitter while we were doing paper work, and the kids were being terrors!All around gold stars for these guys.Good job Arizona Dodge team, thanks for helping me get into my 2018 Grand Caravan!

Thanks to Vaughan Sherman for the excellent engine repair on our 2013 Town & Country. The engine performed flawlessly as we traveled 16 hours the very next day. It is still purring like a kitten. Vaughan-thank you for showing me the old part and explaining how it works. All shops should get back in the habit of keeping the old parts in case the customer wants to see them. This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from them and until now I have been happy with the vehicles and service but I have had to take my Chrysler 200 back alot for getting hot and then the headliner fell down and the trim with it. Went to get it on the way home put the visor down and noticed greasy fingerprints on it started looking around and there were alot and something on the trim and after driving it the headliner on driver side still not on right. It is starting to get hot again too. Tried to get them to work with me on a used vehicle to get away from this one that I have to keep taking back but they are not trying to make it work so this will be the last vehicle I will be buying from them.

My dad Stephen Duderstadt took his old 2013 ram 1500 outdoorsmans in for an oil change. we looked at a couple of trucks then found an all-new Ram 1500 bighorn the staff Janette went in on her day off knowing that we are in town only for a couple of days, to check the loan status and called as soon as she got the news that we are approve we love the truck and recommend that anyone in Safford Az, looking for a new car go through this place the manager on his first day in 2000 sold his first car to my mom and dad. this place does not treat you like another number they treat you like family. Up here in Colorado springs they treat you like a number. 10/10 Janette was our sales person and would recommend that you go through her. Say that the Duderstadts or Stephen sent you. I am 16 I would want to work for this place. They are not pushy like trying to get you in something that you dont want. They are not happy till you are happy. :D

Took a Ram 1500 to this dealership, the truck had an electrical issue diagnosed by another dodge dealer in New Mexico. They quicky diagnosed the real issue, and repaired the truck for substantially less than the New Mexico Dodge place had quoted. Great service friendly knowledgable staff... Highly reccomend this place, as for me its woth the 80 mile trip to get service and repair on our RAM 1500.

So about a month ago me and my wife bought a 2018 Jeep renegade trailhawk and the second day we had it the battery light came on and they were real good about being in contact with us and I took the vehicle in asap and found out that the ECM computer was bad and that they would order one but its been weeks and nobody has reached out and I have made several attempts to contact someone and nothing so I wont be buying another vehicle from them ever again.

Very deceiving in there marketing brochures and the way they act once they have lured you in. They sent out these flyers in the mail that had a scratch off ticket for prizes. My 88 year old boss received one in the mail and he scratched it off and it said he one $2000.00 dollars! Well he called over there and they told him that yes he had won the prize, I thought it was too good to be true so I made him call back, again they told him that yes he had won, the next day our store manager called Arizona Dodge and spoke with someone there and explained the situation and again she was told that Yes he had won the money, September 15 I drive him from Tucson AZ to Safford AZ, when we get there we are greeted politely by a salesman named Cody, once he is told the reason for our visit he tells us that the contest rules have changed and that we had to match a number on the prize board they had inside, nobody had mentioned anything about matching a number when the long distance calls were made, the sales associate got very sarcastic with us and another Sales Associate intervened and gave my boss a $2.00 bill for his efforts, What a joke, deceptive advertising is not a good business and preying on the elderly should be a crime!. Avoid this dealership, Arizona Dodge a business without scruples.

So, I bought a car from Saffords Kempton Chevrolet, and I broke my key fob, right. So I took it back and asked if they could get me a replacement, and they said absolutely and had me a new fob in like 3 days.They sent my car to Arizona Dodge to have the key programmed, and it took AZ Dodge THREE HOURS to program a single key fob! When they returned my car to Kempton for me, they had removed the Kempton sticker (that is on all the cars that Kempton sells) and had replaced it with an obnoxious Arizona Dodge sticker, and also replaced the Kempton license plate mount with an AZ Dodge one.The car is mine and it pissed me off that Arizona Dodge has the nerve to put their sticker on MY car, especially when they did not sell me the car in the first place! Thats not right, trying to steal credit for a car sale that came from another dealer. Thats slimey to me.Arizona Dodge, if you cant sell your own vehicles, DO NOT put your advertisement on another dealers customers car. That is MY car and no one asked me to swap the sticker (I wouldve said no anyway).
