This was the first service for my car. I arrived on time for my appointment and my vehicle was taken in on time. I waited in the customer lounge, which was very comfortable. After about an hour, the service rep came to let me know they had finished. He was very friendly and courteous and answered all my questions about the service. The cost of the service was very reasonable. Overall I was very pleased with my first service experience.

We ended up buying a 2021 High County Tahoe from Kempton Chevrolet. We first went to Arizona Dodge to buy a jeep and were treated very poorly. We ended up with a great car and found an amazing dealership. Ask for David.

Dealership called me about changing the emblem on my vehicle from gold to black. I made an appointment for a few days later. Appointment was at 8am. I was there a few minutes early. They took it into soon after that. They told me it would take about an hour. It was done before the hour was over. I was very pleased.

I was traveling through the area when my Silverado HD showed a DEF warning signal. I knew the DEF had plenty of fluid and the warning signal was incorrect. I also knew the DEF system would shut down my engine before I could drive the 800 miles home. The Kempton team got me right into their shop and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. I was able to make it home with no problems. I really appreciate their quick and efficient work!! Their team was highly professional and friendly. I feel lucky to have had a problem close to Kempton so they could take care of it.

Got a Chevy Truck, well heres the place, try appts.

Sold me a lemon and won’t fix it. I took it to another mechanic because the transmission was acting up since the week I got it and they told me the computer shows the code was cleared. It was seen three times for the problem while it was under the warranty and I was told they would fix the problem for me. They have me bring it back several times and never ‘found’ the problem until the warranty was up and now they want me to pay for the repairs that they covered up and lied about. That’s a low move!! Now I’m stuck with a vehicle that isn’t completely safe for my child to ride in.

I was not going to come back after my last service because it was horrible. I was very pleased this time, it seemed everything was completed and in a timely manner. The only negative I would have to say is the female staff behind the service counter did not even give a friendly smile and just had me leave my key on the counter without even coming over to greet me. She also did not check to see if I had any coupons for my service, so when it came time to pay they had to redo my bill. The man collecting my money was very pleasant. I might have smiled if staff had been more friendly..

Roy Tate and his crew did an excellent job repairing my vehicle that was in a collision. My headlights gave me some issues, weeks later. Roy said bring it in with no hesitation and fixed them at no cost. Thank you to Kempton for having great employees and customer service. I highly recommend.

We were traveling on Interstate 10 when we had issues with our truck. Drove 70 miles to this dealer. We had a truck camper on the truck and were pulling a Jeep. The guys looked at the truck in the parking lot and gave us suggestions for a campground to unload the camper. Brought the truck back the next day. Fixed in one day and on the road again. Thank you everyone for getting us back on the road so quick.

I took my car in Kemptons to have the water pump inspected because I had a leak under the car near the right front tire. I ended up getting a quote for a evap canister that was in my fuel tank that needed to be replaced because it was cracked or damaged for $800.They even wrote on the work order that they pressure tested the water pump.I went to a get a 2nd opinion at another local shop after I found the same leak 2 days later. The 2nd shop replaced the water pump and I have not had any problems since.So my question was how did they go from a leak in the front of the car to the evap canister at the back of the car that is on top of the fuel tank?At one time I would have recommended Kemptons with glowing recommendations, after the last two trips to have my vehicles serviced there I am having some serious doubts.

Worst unprofessional,ran,dealership I ever dealt with. Filled the shop click and drive and I spoke to a sales consultant, I she was assured the vehicle was still available and I was preapproved,later on the week the vehicle disappeared from the listing and still was assured it was not sold. All this was before July 3rd (day of my appointment)Drove Friday July 3rd, 5 hours to find out they were closed from July 3rd-July 6th. Waste time gas and money and for them to call me today and speak to someone who didn’t know either again about the closure dates.What’s the point of having a phone if it gets directed to a call center half way around the country. They will never have my business ever again

He got us the best financing available and made us feel comfortable the whole time. The payment was going to end up being quite a bit bigger than we had been used to and we were very apprehensive of the purchase, but Eddie never pressured us, even after he had all the paperwork ready, and that felt great, knowing that Eddie wasnt just invested in making a sale but taking care of us personally.
