I had the misfortune of putting my car into a ditch during some bad weather, ditches love cars, and just like anyone else would be, I was worried about how and where I was going to get my vehicle repaired. Bob was more than professional and cordial with me throughout the entire process. He and his team did a very thorough job of inspecting. They found that work that had been done prior, was done poorly and they fixed it. He was super accommodating for the situation. Would recommend to my own mom and she lives 3 hours away

Bob Redmond is not only an honest man he is also a true professional. He and his team were able to get my car in without an appointment and three hours later fixed the dent on it. My vehicle looks like it was never in a fender bender. He charged me an honest fee and I happily paid it.

I have had to go there twice now for my daughters car after her accidents. They where fantastic!!! They where very helpful and carrying special what was all happening. I would definitely use them again hopefully we don’t have too. 😁 But I would definitely recommend them.

As I was driving home one evening I had the unfortunate luck of hitting a deer (RIP poor deer) I spent the rest of my night stressed over a wrecked car & dreading the struggle with the insurance company as well as finding a reputable body shop. The good news ? I took my car to Redmond’s & that is where my bad luck ended & my good luck began. They took excellent care of my car for sure but they took even better care of me & they dealt with my insurance company while I simply jumped in the loaner car & went about my life. A snow plow hit the side of my Traverse, destroying both driver side doors. Since Bob Redmond can act as an adjuster for several area insurance companies, I was able to have an approval for car repairs and car rental in less than hour after pulling into his shop. As promised, my car was repaired and ready for the road in 14 days. The body work completed on my vehicle was outstanding. One could not tell that one side of my car body was replaced. Bob and his staff are very easy to work with and his follow through is excellent. Bob Redmond Auto Collision is the only place we will be taking our vehicles for any future body work.
